Please speed up the process of manual approval. I've uploaded some receipts in September. It's like they're still pending

App not user friendly. I wasted 20 minutes in Q just to register Hcoins. App has inbuilt function for using camera so why not allow customers to direcly scsn the receipts? In these covid times, manual Q must be avoided. The staff manually scans one by one receiipts and then again checks Alipay hisitory for scan codes. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Please IMPROVE Promotion emails are exclusively in Chinese text. So minorities cannot read the contents.

Please don't force users to install updates. Occupying too much of my device's storage!

以前都仲好啲，近來經常出現系統繁忙中，要重試好幾次先upload 到積分登記，今日直頭無論用wifi /手機數據/重開app都完全upload 唔到，一直出系統繁忙中 ...

2025年10月3日登記的積分, 到2025年10月29日還未被處理

起計5個工作天內是一個大謊言（我究竟對香港的客服有什麼不切實際的期望🥀）待定了整整一個月也沒更新，等到收據全都過期也沒表示🤕 就算不成功也應該給一個更新吧？讓我還有機會直接去櫃檯登記啊

單據永遠唔批刻，明明單據上寫明地址係馬鞍山新港城，永遠最後會變咗其他地方，打去客服問，佢叫你自己親臨到商場前檯辦理，咁個app要嚟做咩？花咁多錢搞個廢app不如下架啦！浪費時間！

Outfocus 少少少少 都拒絕，嫌尖到。 同樣拍收據，新鴻基即時批核，積分好用好多。恆基孤鬼寒，意圖推廣，反而得罪客人, PR 係未同老闆有仇？好心收埋佢，好過日夜趕客，何苦來由？

過日提示愈惠券到期（早了成個月，及 notification 無提及到期日，唔 友善）
