HD Camera for Android: 4K Cam

This used to be a 5 star app. Not any more. What use is a camera that now shows you an advert that you can't get out of, when you open it to take a photo? By the time I can get the actual camera to open, whatever I wanted to take a photo of has run/flown away, changed, or stopped happening, which renders this app almost completely useless to me. The only reason I have not deleted it yet is because I have not got around to finding another app that has the torch on as one of the flash options.

They should call this HD Ads instead...ads from opening, right after opening, while you're trying to take a Pic, and right after taking the Pic. I'm surprised the ads themselves don't end up in my actual Pics. You will have so many missed picture opportunities using this app. And they purchase reviews from some 3rd world country. It's so easy to spot the fake(bought) reviews... Especially after a 1 star critical review like this one. Don't bother with this app and don't fall for the fake reviews

it's good for new photographers but as a regular photographer I don't prefer this app because it's almost same to the inbuilt camera in my phone, if you have a good phone, then it doesn't matter and also skills matter not app so i don't prefer this.

downloaded again in 2026 hoping that it fixed issue with ads not closing and now 2 ads unclosable one after the other, not good at all two years later. if we cannot test out the camera at least for one day without ads stopping us, no good.

This app is great, I use it whenever I take pictures anywhere. It's better than the phone camera. It has more features and the auto focus is better. The person who made this app is amazing.

This camera app is way better than the one that's preinstalled on your phone. It has tons of features in settings. Definitely a must try.

Just because of ads 🙄 you are losing 3 stars 🌟 . make a wise decision - should not contain ads

Works fine until you actually need to take a quick photo; then BAM, 30-second unskippable ad while your kid’s first steps / the UFO / whatever vanishes forever. Missed shots left and right because this greedy app forces ads BEFORE you can even press the shutter. “VIP PRO” scam: $2.99/month or $9.99 lifetime just to use a basic camera without interruptions. Uninstalled in under 5 minutes and grabbed Open Camera instead (100% free, zero ads, instant shots).
