Headliner.App - Podcast Videos

Huge waste of time. And that bites because I was really excited there's an app like this. Was trying it out with the free tier. It allegedly gives you a free unmarked video once. I did all the designing multiple times because it kept saying error exporting video with zero explanation. looked online for a reason why, I cleared the cache, audio is wav and only 58mb out of the 500mb max, have internet, have storage, spent too much time creating the video for the error at the end. Never got a vid.

Would be fantastic if other instagram users could actually hear my audio. Upload an mp3 file, background and waveform into the audiogram builder and have no issues. The audiogram (on my end) plays, the waveform moves, no problems. BUT: after insta upload, viewers say there's no audio, they can't hear anything, etc . Problem is on my end everything works, I can see the video play, I hear the music and can tap to mute/unmute. I don't understand why and it disappoints me. 1 star till it works.

The Desktop version seems good, but this app version is not. It only allows you to use 10min of your podcast, and when I attempt to use or share what I create, it says, "Please keep Headliner open for just a sec". After 2 hours of waiting, I exited the app and tried again but still had no luck. After multiple attempts, I will just wait until I can be at my computer and hope the desktop version works better.

I would rate this app higher if I was able to do everything I normally can do on the Desktop version through the app. Not entirely sure why I even need the app when I can just view the website in desktop mode on my phone's chrome app. Can't even sign up for a membership on their app, which isn't smart if you want to generate more revenue for your company.

Don't know how good it is on mobile. When I downloaded the app, it stayed frozen on the Headliner screen. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and it wouldn't let my type in either my email or password. I uninstalled/reinstalled a second time, only for it to be frozen on the opening Headliner page, again. Not sure what rating I should give it, other than 2 stars, and that seems like it is charity, from my standpoint.

it's ok. had to try a few times before the video was actually rendered. there's no option to just save the video locally or pick where i want it to be saved and the app will not accept my rss feed and an episode of my show was missing (the episode i wanted to make a video for), when i searched by name despite it being available on every major streaming platform.

you all forgot about people that dont have money i have used this app for years, i just updated it and cant access my edits, and know you asking for use to spend money wow, i really would appreciate if i can have free access to my video that are more than 6 months old thank you since 2020 and only 6 year and this is what you all want people to use

I like this app, however recently the audiogram videos don't load at all! it just stops at around 20% and that's it!! the videos would usually load in 1 to 5 minutes, an hour passed by and it's still loading?! hello?? I'm hella unhappy.

Simple interface, easy management and navigation of the app. Why haven't found this app sooner

I got excited at first thinking the mobile app would be like the desktop app, but nope! They are far from the same. The mobile app gives you zero to no option to create, edit or transcribe. The desktop app has way more options for a creative and the automation option on the mobile app isn't really necessary I mean.. I had hopes but the mobile app is really not it.

Their advertising for the transcription service is a lie. You are very limited and they use the advertisement as clickbait so you make an account. If you make an account on a computer you can't delete the account, you have to install the app onto a phone, log in and delete the account that way. Going back to da Vinci paid subscription because this service was a joke.

Result is accurate and attractive, and I'd be happy to pay for the app if there were any obvious way to download an MP4 file. The website looks much more intuitive; can't say if I'll bother to use it, but I do know I'm ditching the app. What a disappointment.

On my computer it skipped a few episodes instead of going in order. Then when I tried to use the app it made me set up a new account and didn't load anything I already did. I didn't use the app because I don't want to double post all of the automatic stuff. I just wanted to add the skipped episodes to youtube. Now I have double posts and I can't find the instance to delete the extra. I've checked my phone and my computer and I have no clue where the auto post is running from. Every day I delete

Edit: The update did fix the issue i had with sharing creations,however, I still prefer being able to use the web page. Having a mouse and keyboard, along with all my audio and photos on my computer, it is more of a hassle to keep transferring everything over I do appreciate the fast and helpful response though.

I am still learning the creative process but I got t frustrated at first as the app wouldn't open. Thankfully Headliner did get back to me and tell me there is an older version that has issues but there is one that works..so I went back to the play store and downloaded the other option. Looks like we are finally in business. I'll have to play some more...

The website is much more intuitive than the mobile application. For example, when you decide to alter the color of the sound wave on the website, you have the ability to match the colors that the image has as opposed to the mobile application where this is not possible. Customer service is phenomenal, but the application needs some added tools - i.e. a way to grab a color from an image to use within sound wave.

The App will keep two stars at the moment because it currently still uploads 1 video each episode, regardless of me repeatedly putting the settings on 1 video daily. The fact that you can't choose where it makes the clip was fine at first, but when it did upload daily clips, it was the same part of the episode just moved over a literal second. The videos look cool when or if they are actually created but I really hope someone else makes a straight forward app, instead of this one.

Was looking for an alternative option for Wavve's 10min per month for 10usd. But unfortunately this app doesn't work. 1 minute audio with a simple waveform and a background, waited 5 minutes on the rendering page, the circle line moved about a quarter and I gave up. Can't imagine how long 2hrs or 500mb would take. I'm using a Note 10, so I can't blame the phone. Hope the developers can fix it, in the meantime I will delete the app.

I can't save or share my files. I literally can't fully access them! I can just play them, and the part where you guys take control of everything else actually sucks. I don't feel like a user of the app, but a contributor of my creations, which I'm not even able to save or share An update to me earlier review: the issue was fixed and the app works great now. Mobile app is very unreliable. Audio doesn't get trimmed the way I want it to, waveforms & progress bars do not end up where I place them, overall very shoddy app. I stick to the desktop site because I know it will actually render the way I want it to. Mobile version really needs to step its game up
