I used this app in 2018 and truly loved it. It gave detailed daily and weekly updates about the baby, and I even recommended it to my pregnant friends. Now it feels mostly focused on promoting products. The daily updates are just 3–4 lines and the rest is advertisement, which is disappointing. Please keep advertisements in a separate section and bring back the detailed daily and weekly updates like before.
Earlier this app was really good but now they have lowered their standards. Customer service is not at all supportive. I am a gold subscriber and nothing is working from the last 2 months, getting a blank screen for every feature. I even contacted them via email but they are not working towards solving the issue. Their attitude towards customers is very bad. Will not recommend it.
since I'm using this app for a very long time but for the knowledge and update and also bought product from the app but their customer care service is pathetic as i have order and right after booking cancelled the order and booked again but the refund amount showing that amount has been refunded and I'm trying to connect with the team didn't get any response and not getting satisfactory answer via mail also I don't know how to coordinate with them. pathetic customer support.
Don't paid for a gold subscription and any order from the app.It is only take your money and after gold subscription not a single thing that use ful for you and any of the tab can open in gold subscription.when you call or email for that no one can received your call or not answer email. if after sending so many email they reply only that cancel the subscription. so don't waste your money for gold subscription. third class app.
The app itself is very informative. But the notifications are really annoying. 2, 3 or say 5 are okay number of notifications per day but 50-100 notifications feel super annoying. Then you have persistent notifications on top of these.
worst experience with the coustomer support no one is responding if there is no one to take care of customer support then why should they keep the number I have taken the subscription with the amount of 1000 but I didn't get the subscription and I didn't get the refund amount most worst app

Earlier this app was good and supportive, recently i ordered a product worth 538/- on dec 15,2025 but it is not delivered and no services team is picking up calls or no email replies.dont know how to connect them. this is a very bad experience.
I ordered a muslin nappy for my newborn on 17th January. I needed it as early as possible. The estimated delivery date was 25th January. On 29th it was not delivered. Very poor delivery system. I will not recommend the app to anyone.

I have taken the gold subscription, but nothing is visible. When I contacted customer care via email, I received no response. They don't seem to be interested in responding. I paid for a monthly subscription, and still nothing is working. It's just a waste of money for the gold subscription.

I don't like this apps because it's a paid app. To get any information from this app we have to pay. Without paying anything we can only see just delivery date. There are so many apps which are not very popular but provide more informative information without paying.
Very disappointed with Healofy. I took the 1 trial plan, but ₹299 was automatically deducted from my account without my consent. The auto-renewal was never clearly mentioned. Support has not responded yet. Not recommended.😡😓😞
The app was helpful in the beginning, and I used to enjoy it. But now it has changed a lot. Too many ads and promotions everywhere — every page is pushing us to buy products or subscribe. Earlier, all information was free, now even basic pregnancy tips and weekly updates are locked unless we pay. It feels like the app is more focused on making money than supporting mothers. Very disappointed with the new changes. Not going to use it anymore.
I can't see or read daily tips. The daily tips page is totally blank👎
