This app was awesome. However, this last update on 9/15/25, made it unusable. I tried to log in, and it said no one associated with my account was active and to try another account. I freaked out when I saw that because my son is active. So I turned on my computer and logged into the Peak site with no problems and our info is there. So my account is active. I then uninstall and reinstall the app. Now it won't go past the "loading" your info page. It's forever loading.
This app is pretty useless for anything other than just looking up your ID numbers. The login process gives me an error every single time I log in so I have to do the same steps 3 or 4 times to even access my information. Information about my account is inaccurate, it's completely non-functional for communicating with anyone when you need help, uploading documents, or making requests through the app. Because the app is not effective nor efficient, I'm forced to call in. Wait times are crazy.
Why did Medicaid send an approval letter, but the app doesn't update that, and it shows under review to the doctor's offices when they look it up. So frustrating especially when your dealing with health issues that the ER says needs to get taken care of ASAP. I also have a huge ovary cyst that's growing daughters, and the ER said I need to get it taken care of ASAP, but Medicaid is delaying my treatments bc of this.
love this app that makes everything easier to obtain when it comes to my insurance and my coverage who I can see and who I can also my SNAP benefits all my other extra information that covers all my Medicaid Health plans my food stamp food stamps whether I'm capable to get social security or disability it's an amazing app all together it covers everything you can think of you can also find providers for your PCP you can find specialists you can find dentist, orthopedics, optometrist!!
it won't load just stays on information being retrieved may take a moment..
more than half the time I try to log in, it won't let me. I try my fingerprint and typing my password but it goes right back to the login part every time.

This app is great. Easy to use. and I always have my card handy.
The app is not functioning as expected at the moment. I have attempted to resolve the issue by restarting the app, deleting the app and reloading it multiple times, but since the most recent update, I am unable to proceed beyond the loading screen, which appears to be going on forever.😔
Same experience others are having..ap won't open, or if it does it closes by the the time my finger reaches the sign in..over and over..So...that worked well..time sensitive information to be completed by your say, but make it impossible to do so?? Nothing has been smooth with this program..very insufficient, and so aggravating for the oodles of customers.
I get so frustrated because it is so ridiculous trying just to log in to the website and ice been locked out numerous times and then you gotta do all these steps just to retrieve a new password and it could be improved to make it easier to login and navigate when applying for assistance
Whenever I try to log in, the app tells me "there are no active users associated with this account." I've logged onto my account before through this app, and I just called them to verify I have an open account with me being an active member, and the app still won't let me access my information. I just want to be able to access my card information if I ever forgot to bring it, but I can't even do that. Otherwise, when I can log in, this app is pretty nice when it comes to showing your basic info.
Each time I use the app, I run into an error. Currently, I am unable to get past the inital screen telling me an update is available, though I am unable to perform an update once in the app store. I am also unable to continue using the app without clicking the update link. I have even attempted to uninstall and reinstall only to be stopped with the same "update" cycle as mentioned above.
Worked fine on my old phone. While a little cumbersome, it accomplished it's intended purpose for the most part. However, NOW It absolutely will NOT make it past the sign in stage... if it even opens at all. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it 5 times.... I'm pretty sure after the second time I was LITERALLY the live action movie of insanity. PLEASE FIX IT.
Previously left a review stating I couldn't log into my account. Turns out the app was working fine. After trying their website with no success it's clear that the PEAK system just wasn't playing nice. App is great, when you can log in it does everything it's supposed to.
I have been using the app for almost two years without any issues. However, now when I try to sign in, after entering my information, it simply returns me to the sign-in page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. I also emailed the support contact provided, but I have not received a response.
I love the interface. easy to navigate and make changes. I can view my medical info on the go. my only complaint is sometimes it gives me issues trying to log into it. i will log on it will error force close and log in again and it's fine. otherwise pretty handy :)
Useless piece of trash (just like AutoCorrect which overwrites your text with nonsense). Too much to write. Simply, you cannot do anything useful with it. Not much of a surprise, after dealing with their hopeless web site which has not been fixed in years. A placeholder, so that some manager can brazenly say "we made an app". Not worth the risk. They should test it with friends and family first, before shoving it down the throat of helpless public. And yes, they shoud fix their website first.
the idea of the app seems like it should be good. However, the functionality is terrible the PIN does not work. there is a constant need to continually sign in with your email and password. and the overall convenience of it is not worth the frustration. if you need to use your mobile device to log into Peak, I suggest you save the aggravation and log into the website using your mobile internet.
Since you've been able to get THIS app up and running, you should consider using it to allow ppl to apply for food and financial support. My COBenefits app won't even open, even after downloading and uninstalling 5 separate times. Make sure you specify these apps are in beta before you release them.
