Ads are a major irritant. I don't have Pro and won't pay for ads to be removed. Other than ads popping up everytime I want to log something in, it's a decent app. I use it mostly to count my calorie intake and see how many I burn throughout the day. Food takes a bit to find. I had to Google some foods. I like it reminding me to drink water. It keeps track of my weight and helps me set goals for the month. Without Pro none of the other features work well, but it's okay for my basic needs.

Don't have anything to compare it to, but it helps me track basics. The tracking aspect when I walk could be a lot more accurate. It usually makes it look like I zigzagged all over the place & cut thru backyards. Inputting food intake could be easier. It's annoying having to input ingredients in order to track dishes you had during a meal.

If I could give negative stars I would. Setting up the app was frustrating. I had to scroll through each month of each year to reach my birthday. It started at 2006. I was born early 90s. Before I could evens start learning the app, I was bombarded by ads. adding food and additions didn't flow well. Editing my food was confusing. Oh wait. There's another ad! I spent less than 3 minutes in this app and had 4 different ads cock block my attempts to track my health.

really nice app. reminds you to drink water, keeps track of a whole bunch of stuff including intake of food and what you do for exercise. when you eat something you Can just scan the foods barcode or look it up and it's more or less ball parked. only thing is they bombard you with ads. I just bought it because I liked the rest of the app, or you can also just buyout the ads for cheaper.

To me, this app is more user-friendly than MyFitnessPal. It has a convenient way to track excercises as you do them & calculate the estimated calories burned. You can track water consumption and even your sleep! I only wish that burned calories are subtracted from your total daily calories comsumed, and that the barcode scanner would detect more food labels (error/ try again messages most of the time).

It's OK. Some areas are cluttered & the data you get back from searching for meals is cluttered with garbage kcal values for the same foods (like raw carrots) or UPC. Using an accurate nutritional database may help. You can let people make their own meals, but indicate what is a verified UPC or user-created. Get rid of reminders and notes. Add more challenges, like steps, fasting and maybe a sedentary alert, add some encouragements. Also a blood pressure tracker. Overview needs graphs!

Comprehensive, fun, simple health app with smart features that I haven't encountered in other health apps. My favorite feature is that it counts push-ups, pull-ups, and squats. It does not count sit ups for me. Definitely worth the money for the unlocked version. There is also plenty that can be done with the free version if you don't mind the number of ads.

Some useful information that definitely is helpful to developing better habits, but i find it a little frustrating. Trying to log info and foods lacks fluidity. For example, i tried to log my activity and it started a timer, as if I was just starting. I cant figure out how to just add my activity without starting the timer...? I could just be doing it wrong, but there is some confusion all around. Except for the pedometer and sleep feature- those work great.

Have tried a few similar apps and this app is the final winner! It is very user friendly, logging food was made very easy because you can search for logs also it saves logs for your own food so I can add again in the future. Only confusion was weight track, we have to (+) instead of just changing from overview. Also, I'm happy because I used this app for 5 days and lost 3lbs!! Of course that because self-discipline but logging things down really helps me control!

Like the reminders, the BP monitoring and the daily home workouts, though you have to input that you did them. I don't like that everything has a separate app, or the weight loss coach, and it doesn't track my steps unless I activate the "route tracker" every time I want to walk. I'm probably not keeping this, will go with Samsung Health, and re-download my own BP app. ? It does or will sync to other apps or devices, but not the one's I have. Too many ads, unless pay for upgrade. If fixed, nice.

This app has a lot of features for tracking your activity, meals and kcal consumed. what I found annoying is that when you search for food types you get reusults in all units (grams, serving, oz, cups etc) but you cannot change it to your desired one. Further more when I scroll down in foods list all the foods dissapear and I get "no results found"

Great app. Only one I've found where the pro version has a one time purchase option vs a subscription. That made all the difference. Would be great if steps were tracked automatically instead of requiring the user to launch the tracker. Interface Could be cleaned up a bit. A light theme option would be nice. Also the circle charts for comparing target and actual amounts dont really do a good job of showing if you are on track. Having to flip back and forth between views is not the most helpful.Overall though, a great app with tons of options.

Using this app for university presentation purpose, used it for a week. Overall, your app do not really suit me because i found it very tedious and complicated when you have the find the calories of certain food by yourself , key in your weight everyday and etc. And for the water intake with reminders, it definitely make no sense for me. But the way, quite impressed by the way of checking our own heart rate.

Sad.. sorry to say, but it's really bad, even after I tried Pro. Very inconvenient way to create foods and meals.. no pictures.. they aren't editable. No good visual separation of breakfast, lunch, etc. When you create a meal it's not always shown right away, but I have re-visit the menu to make it show up there. The premium is not super cheap, So I'd expect this app be much more solid, but it's not

I love this app. I set a reminder for my water intake that ensures I'm drinking all the water my body needs in a day. I set my medicines reminders so I don't forget my meds anymore. It tracks alllllllllllll of my activities, set goals to reach in a time frame that you choose. Ie: lose 10 lbs target date **/**/****. I just can't say all that this does because there isn't room to list all. Oh!!! It's also checks your pulse rate!

The app was unable to track my sleep. I also sleep very irregularly and need to at least be able to add it manually. Also, when typing in "notes" the checkmark is hidden behind the keyboard and there is not a proper way to close the keyboard. I have found that if I open the icon in the top right it will close the keyboard when it opens the window and then I can close that to find the checkmark. Please add a feature to do that easily. Also, same problem here in "feedback"

It is very helpful for my health. I've never been drinking water for the past 4 days and when I installed this app, I was drinking water every day. And that's not all, it tracks your steps and you can enter your weight and so much more. I give this app a 5 star rating.

Route tracker doesn't work. Every time I try to start new record when I walk with my dog, after some time (usually only few seconds or minutes, but today it happened after an hour) the record is cancelled by app like it never existed. I had never chance to finish any route I started. And yes, the app has got a permission to use GPS all the time...

there is only two things I don't like this app 1. the adds although the adds aren't bad but there taking up a lot of storage space on my phone that doesn't need used for adds. 2. when the health inifity and sleep tracker is always on my phone and won't go away how do I take it of I still want it to count my steps and all but it doesn't need to be on top of my phone all the time when I scroll down If u know what I mean. but other wise it's not a bad app to use which y to me between 3.5 star.

Good way to monitor your weight and calorie intakes but its not Apple health or weight watcher. The bar code should pull up sodium, and other content and track it. Hard to lose weight when your body is fighting you because of what you eat, colestorol and high sodium levels giving you high blood pressure. Just a few automatic improvements should go into this app.
