Edit: great tech support/CS. They followed up and helped me get it working. But fyi, very difficult on stock Oneplus. So many steps. Currently slowly syncing 2 years history. Will update. Frustrating. I paid for the app. I spent hours trying to get it to work. I just can not sync my Garmin data. I can't even send a support ticket on the app because "something went wrong while sending the problem report." And the app keeps reminding me of this every few minutes...

I absolutely love this app! About a year and a half ago, my Fitbit stopped automatically syncing with Strava and despite trying literally everything under the sun to fix it, nothing worked. It got to the point where I had to manually upload every single exercise to Strava and that SUCKS. Then I find this app on Reddit and give it a shot and I'm so thankful I did because now my activities are finally automatically syncing from Fitbit to Strava again!!! THANK YOU!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳

Love the app. Super helpful to sync health data between multiple providers. I do wish there were more options for syncing from => to, and being able to customize some things to come from fitbit to other app, and other things from other app to Fitbit. Basically adding a provider multiple times would be helpful for individual tuning.

App stopped syncing with Google Fit a few days ago. This is very frustrating because I track my steps as part of a competition. Health Sync is the 3rd party app to connect the other apps. Didn't I pay for this app??? I tried the work around that was recommended. However, everytime I click on "about Samsung Health," it just opens that section on the settings up.

Although I paid for this app, it doesn't work as it should. It constantly gives me error messages that my activities couldn't be synced. I've written to the developers - no resolution. I tried reporting the issue through the app as requested and continually received an error stating "problem sending report. Try again". I tried multiple times and gave up. Wouldn't recommend.

If you want to move away from Samsung and hence also Samsung Health, this is the only app that solves the problem of syncing Samsung Health with Google Fit and others. There is an app Health Connect by Google but it does not (in my experience at least) solve the sync. Just have to manage your expectations that the syncing is very slow and not their fault but more due to the different platforms they are dealing with. At this price, it's a no brainer. Save a ton of time. Highly recommended!

Subscription Service? Really? If you're not going to advertise that you should just charge for the app. I'd prefer having to watch an add than be "surprised"by a required subscription. For me this app did not work well enough for me to pay for it anyway. I needed to go and allow permissions on a few different occasions during the "trial". Deleted app.

Update: their response has nothing to do with my review. I'm not complaining about historical data transfer, new data won't transfer either. In other words, the app doesn't do anything. Doesn't transfer data between Samsung health and Google fit like it claims it does. And it's only a week long trial, after a few days it starts warning you that you have to pay. For an app that doesn't work anyway.

TLDR; Works great and fantastic customer support. This app does exactly what I need it to do. I was pointed to this app by a Reddit user. My ultimate goal was to sync my steps from my 'Garmin Forerunner 645 Music' to Google Fit (in order to track my runs for Pokemon Go, without carrying my phone with me). On my initial install, I tried it out with the trial and things worked like they should. The app does a great job of walking you through the setup process (which varies depending on the apps you're syncing.) After my trial was up, I encountered an issue when attempting to purchase the lifetime license of the app, so I reached out to support. Hielko walked me through troubleshooting steps until the issue was resolved and it's now working great. I'd definitely recommend this app to anyone aiming to reliably sync or export health data from sources that otherwise won't allow them to do so.

I really like this app. It allows you to use multiple apps to keep track of fitness goals, since I have yet to find one app that does everything I want. I would like it if Steps and Exercise could be two completely separate sync categories. I also wish more things would sync both ways, but I suspect that is a weakness in the apps being synchronized rather than a fault of this app.

App is great! Outside of maybe needing a bit more information on what it can and can't do based on other apps limitations, it's very affordable and does exactly what it sets out to do. Their email support was very friendly and straightforward, and got to me right away. The best (and likely only) people offering this valuable service, thank you so much!

Overall, great (have paid version). I like the export feature, esp when bringing up concerns to the doctor, I can hand over my data easily. I like being able to synchronize my fitbit with different fitness apps as well. I just wish it didn't just quietly fail at times. I sometimes don't know there are issues unless I manually go in.

This app has been a technological godsend. When I first got my Samsung Watch and couldn't sync to Google Fit, I had some concerns. Very happy that I found this app and got it installed. Thus far there's only been one problem with the app, and that was when some the data was either doubling up or not syncing at all. Turns out that was due to having a Google Fit option still set to sync. Once I turned that off the app worked like a charm.

The app was working great until today. Now it keeps telling me that I need to update the permissions for Samsung Health. I tried that but it didn't work. Update: I tried uninstalling both Health Sync and Samsung Health. No change. I can't enable anything. All sync options are disabled. Second update: I tried the workaround and it worked perfectly. My app is syncing again. Thanks for your help!

Great app! Android/Google/Samsung is a bit of a mess when it comes to fitness & wellness tracking apps. With this I was able to actually have a pretty comprehensive dashboard by syncing sleep, nutrition, work outs, step tracking from multiple sources. It still takes a bit of time to tweak the Health Sync and native sync options from other apps before you can aggregate all the data, but the developer can't do anything. Great job! Idea: create a HSync dashboard because Samsung/Fit's kinda suck.

FINALLY! Something that can sync data from one service to the next so I don't have to wear my smartwatch, a Fitbit, and a tracker for my insurance. It was so annoying because they would always have different numbers which my brain refused to accept and bothered me so much. This app was a godsend! Edit: The dev replied to my review within minutes of me writing it and let me know how to add sync services. The app is amazing but the customer service is better!

Was looking for a way to reliably sync my Garmin workouts with Google Fit. I used to use Strava, but there were some activities that it wouldn't add no matter what I tried. Have been using Health Sync for about a month now, and in my experience it hasn't had any issues at all. Definitely recommend buying if you're using a Garmin as your main fitness tracker.

This app helps weed through all the different issues you hit when trying to use one or more fitness apps. Either you don't have the right tracker or device for the app or the app won't sync with the phone defaults. It's exhausting. Love that I can use one app and sync directionally to the apps I want. No fuss. And if there is an issue, this app walks you through how to fix. Amazing!

I use this app to sync my Samsung Watch to Google Fit. It was great, easily 5 stars, and I was happy to pay after the trial. But automatic syncing hasn't worked for months now. I have to manually open and refresh both Health Sync and Google Fit when I remember or when I notice syncing is not happening. Sometimes, that doesn't even work. This is annoying because it throws off the weight loss app I sync with Google Fit. Disappointing, because it all used to be seamless. Reduced from 5 to 3 stars.

I use this app to sync my Garmin data to Google Fit. It worked great on my Samsung Galaxy S8, but since upgrading to the S10, I've had difficulty getting the app to recognize that Garmin Connect is syncing, which means that Health Sync is not capturing the data to push to Google Fit. I have tried disabling all of the battery saving "features" that Samsung utilizes, but still can't seem to get the app to sync the data with any regularity. Just for reference, on my S8, it would sync multiple times throughout the day and everytime I hit the manual sync button in Garmin Connect, but on the S10 it seems the best I can do is about one sync per day, and even that is hit or miss. There is no option to force a manual sync in the Health Sync app if you're using Garmin as the source data, so the fact that it doesn't detect when Garmin is syncing makes the app ineffective. EDIT: Apparently the issue was related to the SmartSwitch when I transferred the apps from my S8 to S10. I was able to resolve the issue by completely uninstalling both apps and starting over from scratch. It's now working as expected. Just FYI - in this case, it had nothing to do with the battery saving settings. Back to 5 stars!
