The AI features are really good. But the CGM is a pain to use. If you enter meal data through the Healthifyme interface, it assumes that you ate the meal at the time you entered the data. This is fine if you are organized enough to enter the meal when you eat it. Otherwise, you have to go through and edit the timestamp of every food you ate. And even then, sometimes the CGM analysis picks up the old timestamp, not the correct one. Entering this data via the CGM interface is equally painful.
Life changing Edit: I've been using this app for several years now. No matter how exhaustive the food database is, there will always be foods that are absent. I've suggested a few additions, but a feature I would really appreciate is the ability to add foods ourselves using the nutrition label on the package, even just to a local account.
Price is ridiculous for only 1 week trial to see if you like it first. Honestly, I won't even try it based on other reviews and the cost. I signed up and saw it, and now want to delete the account I made with my Google account. The app is already a paid subscription and basic things like building muscle info is available with additional subscription, which other reviewers said they have accidentally gotten and been unable to cancel.
Don't get. I thought I would give it a try. I filled out all info. The coaches don't live up to appointments that are made and they promise you free stuff that the app will not allow you to retrieve. When you try to send a screenshot that their tech support requested it kicks you out of chat. Then you can not send them a screens hot and their tech support agent is all of a sudden not available for chat. Lots of food not in app. Would be good if it worked and people did what was promised.
I was really loving this app, until I was forced to pay for a plan. it went through the trouble of having me log in, I logged my first meal of the day, and then it showed me how many calories out of how many, and it set me up on a plan and everything, and then it went great, you can lose weight here's how it's going to work and it took me through six cards, before forcing me to pick either a monthly or a quarterly paid plan to continue. what a scam.
Food tracking and remainders are pretty good. They lack in communication when I tried scheduling a call with dietician. They do not call you at the right and should wait for the call. Unfortunately I couldn't make to the call and requested for reschedule but haven't seen any update on this. They do offer many diet plans which might be efficient but without proper guidance provided, customers cannot simply buy a plan. Hope they would improve on customer service.
I like this app and the coaches are good as well. I have 2 points that I am dissatisfied with (you could take these as suggestions, though they're not deal-breakers. 1. It doesn't write stats back to Google fit. it would be amazing if we could write back info like weight back to Google fit. it will help sync with smart watch, etc. 2. When I paused my pro plan, I lost ability to even track food using Snap. That was a downer, as I lost the habit of tracking food soon after it was formed.
Worthless app. Do not opt for their paid plans. once you have paid, you are stuck forever. When I paid for the plan, they promised me that the coaches will be available as per my timezone(PST). Surprise! most of them aren't available after 11 AM PST, and if you book a call before that you might get a call whenever they deem convenient. Their diet coaches are the worst. No platform available for the feedback and technical glitches exists very frequently and no one is available to fix it.
This app is very good. It's very good at identifying what is on my plate and is very accurate. Although, I would love if you added the option to edit how many calories we should eat a day because the amount of calories I should be eating that it gave me was slightly wrong and I want to adjust it. Overall, very good app!
crazy database, has everything I eat from branded things to homemade stuff, it's genuinely life changing for me. I have recommended the app to atleast 7-8 people in my office, I myself am planning to buy the paid version, not that I need it but genuinely as an appreciation to the developers to make such an awesome database, and awesome application! 🙌🙌
Hi Team, I'm facing issues with sync weight data across other applications I'm not able to read the weight data from the healthify app. I have installed health connect and also Google fit.. but the weight data is not sync with Google fit or any other app.. but healthify app can get data from all other apps.. Do you have any solution for this..
Not much into Reviews, but have to tell you guys, there aint no app which tracks calories like this one, and yea it does change your eating habits immensly, the app helps you to know whats on your plate, it helps to decide the Protein intake that your body needs, and it does help you to plan your meals as per your requirnment. It did Help me to eat right and with exercise I came down from 120/kgs to 81. #LifeChangingApp PERIOD.
I've been using this app for years but paid money for the AI feature for ease of tracking and I must say it's the worst spend ever! it can't track simple single ingredient food, gets it wrong and always gets the quantity wrong I have to manually correct which is the same as using the unpaid feature. chatgpt has a better tracking option
this is most worst thing app has done. the basic calorie tracking with insight of micronutrients is gone and now it's paid. So greedy they have become . I have been a customer since 2017 , on an off but this time this has taken too far. I rather not download it again. bye Healthyfi me you are now a garbage app

UPDATE-Not having support from other services like not integrated with Fitbit is a major limitation. The worst part of the app is that even though I have a subscription, it keeps pushing other services like free coach counseling, and this reminder is always on the top of the app. It clearly feels like a push toward buying more services, and for me, it makes the overall app experience poor. the app very slow. Right now, the only good thing about this app is that it includes Indian food options.

Despite having a wide variety of food options at my office (fruits, salads, continental, etc.), multiple coaches failed to create a plan that actually fits my lifestyle. The advice feels like a "copy-paste" job used for every client, and my requests for modifications were ignored. Feedback feels generic and AI-generated. I was pushed during the sales call to take a yearly plan with a dedicated coach. After starting, I found the service unsuitable. The exercise content is generic and freely available on YouTube, not worth the high cost. The diet plans are ok. I stopped using it since I didnt found it much useful, and asked for a refund. But the company refused any refund citing policy. Feels like being locked into an expensive long-term plan with no fair exit. Be very cautious before subscribing.
don't waste your money, they will talk all nice and promise that they will support but once you pay your money, they will make calls at the time you mentioned you will not be available. but when you raise they will try to turn this on you saying that you are consistent, you need to book appointment. but if we need to book our appointment for paid service why do we need subscribe premium. it's just scam guys. don't fall for it.
