Works with PowerLaken scale. I wish that it would let me change my measurements to inches and allow 1/2 inch increments instead of just feet & inches. I am also not sure the body fat and bmi measurements are very accurate... UPDATE: I can't figure out how to access historical data for the waist & other manual measurements entered previously. The chart function doesn't include those, and I can't find the data file on my phone at all, nor can I find any export function. That's sort of cheesy.
Please fix app. Scale works fine, but have to continuously get on and off for the numbers to register, (e.i. body fat percentage, muscle mass, etc.) If I get off once and it doesn't register it, I have get on twice, maybe 3 times for it to actually show the numbers. Then when I go to trends, the 2 weights that it, "didn't pick up on" are in there. Please fix
I loved this app at first. Then they changed the VS part. I am on a very long weight loss journey and now it makes if a few more steps to go back to a specific date and compare. I always take anything outside of weight with a grain of salt but it is still a good marker. I am very disappointed with the new app . Wish developers would have left it alone. It makes me wish I could search for different ones for my scale...
The app is ok. Probably the best part is the tracking of your weight and seeing it on the graph. A small easy improvement to the graph, would be making your total(daily) progress available to see all on the graph at the same time. Currently you have to scroll back and forth to view it. Seeing your total progress each day as you weigh yourself on a graph going up or down is a good motivator.
I don't understand how this measures fat or muscle or anything else. If I exercise, I lose muscle. If I don't, the fat level decreases. Some measurements are in lbs, others are percents and the rest have just numbers. Why? Sometimes the results transfer from scale to app; sometimes not. At least the weight seems accurate, but I don't need an app to read the acale.
I was previously using the "Asakuki Health" app on my phone to track my information. That app is not available for the Galaxy 24+ phone. I wish the "Trend" function had the ability to pull up a list instead of just a chart. The "Asakuki Health" app had that and I thought it was more user friendly. I would also like to be able to transfer the data from the "Asakuki Health" app to the "HealthU" app.
It's been a while that I'm using this app to keep track of my vitals. Since the last couple of weeks the scale doesn't record the weight in the first go. I need to weigh myself several times for the scale to sound like a ding and record the number. it's really annoying. please assist.
Nice app but not syncing with Health Connect so none of the smart weight scale data is visible on Google Fit. In fact the app doesn't even show up on the Health Connect app. Notifications or reminders for drinking water and tracking activity can be included as additional features.
The good: it pairs to the scale easily and quickly, tracks numbers and metrics and puts them in readable graphs.. The bad: the things outside of weight that it tracks are pretty wonky. Resistance bands and a rower 4x a week will not bestow 10 lbs of muscle in 1 week for example, despite the apps claims of my accomplishments. The information outside of weight should be treated as broad strokes and taken with a grain of salt.
Love the app... Would it be possible to disable location from being a requirement? I'm not moving my weighing scale anywhere and it becomes tedious enabling location every single time I want to measure body composition... Apart from this, the app is great otherwise!!
Good basic app, with lots of permissions unnecessarily required. Why are location permissions needed? Also, there are instances where the Chinese language message pops up. Dark mode is required. Moreover, PDF report support should be provided with a feature to send an email to the IDs of each user should be added for reports. The app interface needs to be intuitive and more informative on the readings and its significance. No updates makes this app redundant as so many bugs are unplugged.
It's been 15 days of tracking every morning, now it just stopped pairing. Even though the scale still syncs on OpenScale. It's stacked with grammatical errors. "Target Weight" won't even be a consistent number; it gets reduced by 0.2 for some stupid reason (e.g. 170 -> 169.8). And going back to the main interface settings resets the entire page!
It links easily with Fitbit and my phone so that's nice. My biggest complaint is that when I try to enter my measurements in inches, the measurement is wrong. It counts 10 inches as a foot (a foot is 12 inches!) and since most of my measurements are over 10 inches, it's a useless feature and I need a different app to record my measurements.
Love the details and the record tracker on the app. It wonderful I could make a profile for all 4 people in my family. Only thing is it going by national size standards so your ideal weight is not exactly what our Dr recommends for my husband for his height. It's the only apart I would like to change. It really cool to track your measurements in the app. You can use the scale without the app if desired down to 10 lbs.

It has been working fine all along but recently it is only showing weight and BMI on the main interface. I have tried to add more body data but it just doesn't show and it's kinda useless now without all the data in the main interface. I have tried to upgrade all to no avail.
This is a complete con. I have been thro 4 months of intense diet and training. Lost 10% fat, gained 5% muscle, and dropped water for a competition. I look completely different. App shows weight down, but BF up, water up, muscle down. It's beyond laughable. Yes, scale is the root of the con, but this app goes with the scale.
It's not a really good app for body type or body fat and that was the reason I purchase the scale and app. I actually purchased a real body calculator tool u use on ur waist line. It's It's about 2 to 3 % difference and in the world of weight lifting that difference is alot its about 300 to 400 calorie difference. I would reduce my calories and body fat on the app would go down even though my weight was down im cut super defined and it shows my body type as lack of exercise overall thumbs down
Really like this app with the ESHOWEE scale or ones like that b/c you get all the percentages not just weight improvement mgmt. Like many apps, I'm never crazy about all the permissions needing allowed, whether legitimate or not, but aside from my hang up with that stuff, it's a great app to use.
Upgrades that remove functions ARE NOT an upgrade! I used to be able to export my scale data in a text format as I have been tracking that for 5+ years. The new "UPGRADE" has removed this ability. In exchange I got advice on how to weigh a baby. POOR, VERY POOR.
The scale itself is great , however the App does not work if you do not accept all permissions. I don't mind sharing my location but I will NOT give any app permissions to ALL my files .... I have other scale apps and they still work with limited permissions... this one is way to nosy for my piece of mind!
