Can't even login bc when click text me for the code it says that confirmation failed. The part that is really 💩 is that I encounter the same issue with the website. I haven't been able to sign in for a while. I used to be able to use biometrics to login, but now it says something about session expired. Login with username and password. I don't know what y'all screwed up with the last update, but I hope that y'all fix it. Wish I could give -5⭐️ bc when I can't login, it's a worthless app.

Calls my home phone. I've tried to have the number updated to my cell so I can get into the app while in the store. Even after my ins. carrier contacted company responsible for the app & were told by the company the phone # had been updated, it wasn't. Since the savings aren't always available on store brands, it would be nice to once again be able to scan products in store. Wasn't the best app to begin with, but usable. Now completely useless. 4 days later, # never changed.

This is by far one of the worst apps I've ever seen you can never sign in using saved email or password or even use the fingerprint sensor. I usually just take the long way thru my insurance company's website which is actually quicker now. More than half the time it tells you it's the wrong password or email which it's not I deleted it a few times and then downloaded it again hoping they fixed it but they didn't. They shouldn't have an app if it's broken.

This app needs serious work. For some reason, I can log in through my biometrics and you would think that would be more than enough but no, it now wants me to update/log in to HealthSafeID which I'm unable to do. It doesn't give you the option to create new, but wants email and password and I've entered all I have on record which it rejects, naturally. I also can't see an instant balance when I first log in, which would be brilliant and effective for all. Here's hoping for improvement.

Even with the new update this app sucks! Can't view transactions, always says data can't be found check my connection and the scanner never works. I have called several times and always told to call my insurance company when I call them they tell me call you. when I send emails I get no reply. Someone does not know their job and not doing very well with this app! it truly is pointless, even going on desk top.

*sighs These apps for both the phone and my computer were suspect even before the update. To make matters worse, I received a new replacement card with a new number. When I attempt to update my account with the new card, my current password won't work with the computer app and the phone app won't accept any input. None. I currently have a good amount of my $ to use but without these transactions, that $ will go to waste and be conveniently deleted... Help!

WORTHLESS. It dosnt scan any items. then you put the code in it says ( Does not qualify) after a waste of time you call in and find out its a hit or miss if the item will be covered. So when you get to the counter you can waste your time and the cashiers and get everyone behind you frustrated. after that you can walk out in embarrassment. Not worth the time Humana paid to use this app.

Logging in is a headache, and you get logged out arbitrarily. Especially a problem if you're in the store and they need to give you a code via your landline, which, of course, is not accessible. Sometimes the product scanner works. And trying to shop online and limit what you see to only what is eligible is practically Impossible. And now, when I open the app, it says update needed. I click on that, there is no update. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help.

Having issues with the new update. There's no icon to update the app. I also can't log in now since I can't update the app 😩😒 10/31/25. 12-21-25 Still can't update. I used to like this app. For medical supplies, it's great. For food items, it now sucks. Almost all of the items are higher priced than in the stores. The items that I liked are no longer available. Bring back the items you took away.

Humana needs to gut their technical team and start fresh. The Healthy Benefits app doesn't work properly. I wasted 90+ minutes trying to get technical support, and still failed access. I was directed to attempt access through the browser. I did do that, but it didn't allow the use of the scanner. The verification system of calling or texting doesn't function properly. Whoever set the system up should be fired.

Note: I did not see a way to contact the developer directly. When I open the app it says an update is required. But, when I try to update it, the play store says it's no longer compatible with my device. I've only had my A13 phone for a couple of years, so it doesn't seem like it should already be considered obsolete. The ability to scan UPC codes to see if items are eligible is really nice, but i's very annoying to have to give an email and password EVERY time I open the app.

This is the worst app I ever used. After installing it, I was asked to update it. There is no update, I just installed it. The app doesn't have a search bar, no shopping option!? What for this app is? Also, it doesn't clarify where and how to return an item. Not even to mention that the variety of products is very limited. Often, items are out of stock, and I can find out this only before paying for the items. So I have to go back and search for different items. And no quality natural products.

IF it works, you're lucky. This is the most juvenile app for a company that claims to want to provide extra services. The Healthy Benefits app is as basic as you can get. I've spent days trying to follow up on a utility payment that wasn't credited. The contact options are a joke. I added a utility, but app hasn't recognized it and I can't pay it because it doesn't show up in payee list. The options for contacting them are 3, and my problems don't fit the box. IF this worked, it would be great.

It keeps on saying that it needs an update but there is no update. The scanner completely stopped working so I can't even check to see what products qualify for my credits. Also today when I scanned the barcode to pay, it said there is an error and I ended up paying the groceries with my own money instead of the credits. Whatever update they did messed up the whole app. It's a shame cause it was convenient using the app but I'm going to need to stop using it.

I hate this app!! Every time I TRY to log in it always makes me change my password word... then when I do, it says wrong pass word. Always makes you update the app every time you try to log in. I have yet to log in without a problem... !!!!! Extremely frustrating !!!! Tired of always having to get assistance just to log in. Instead of getting better, it gets worse!👎👎👎

There is nothing good about this app. when I didn't have a spending card I at least had my sanity. I have every problem that all the other members have also, I pay my electric bill occasionally with the card but this month it's telling me there is an error processing my card to use another card. I don't have another card so now how am I supposed to pay my bill? Extra spending sounds good but it sucks bad. If you don't fix it we can't spend it! You get the money back & we do without!! SCAM!!!

(1) You can't scroll down far enough to read the whole product description. (2) The pages don't load fast enough, so you always have to wait to scroll through all of the items. (3) The pictures of the items don't give much (or any) detail(s), so you have to select each item, often to be disappointed by the sparse details provided after selecting the item. (4) Many of the pictures look the same, so, again, you have to select each item. a tedious process. (etc. -- ran out of space to complain)

This is a wonderful app. The thing I'm having problems with is when u want to check out the coupon savings (in the grocery area), it dont explain how to apply or use them. It will show u a few items out of each area but that's pretty much it. I wish they would show us how to redeem and have a little more variety of them to choose from. Other than that, it's great to have this benefit. Have no problems checking out with my card at the store.

I don't know what happened with this app but it is horrible to use now. I can't order anything because it keeps on giving me an error saying, "Error, it looks like price has changed with items in your cart. Please confirm the products." I try to place the order afterwards and it keeps giving me that same error. Sometime when you try to log in to begin with, it prompts you to enter your old password and new password. I never requested a new password. Fix this ASAP. It's been too long.

This app NEVER works! I sign in, and it shuts down with an error message. I have deleted, redownloaded, and updated. It is really frustrating when you are trying to shop in the store and can not use the bar code scan to see if the item qualifies, having to go to checkout blindly, and having to wait for associates to delete items that didn't qualify.
