App works good and provides good health information when you can get it to work right. It either won't update. Lose connection to phone or watch, and half of the time some of the functions of the watch won't even work. In my opinion, I bought an expensive watch because that's the only feature that works 100% of the time. Support is no help, either.

When it works, it's great. It is easy to read and understand. It worked well for awh ile but now freezes often when trying to sync the watch. I've rebooted both the app and watch several times, and still, it freezes, not allowing recording of mining activity.

This app is totally useless, i have lost all my TOKENS sincec 3rd July until TO DATE and it has no improvement at all, always has problem in pushing in the SLEEP DATA from device to app , both SLEEP DATA and LIFESTYLE INDEX always need to uninstall and reinstall the app to enable the push in SLEEP DATA and LIFESTYLE INDEX .Wanted to rate NO STAR completely. It is really useless. Very useless as same as the vyvo Smart App. The system are very annoying. I am really regret getting this s....device.

The heka conflicted with the helo.I ask to uninstal helo because it was unresponsive.hĥ Now the heka icon shows up as in this shot. The app does not open to select activity. The unresponse shows infrequently. Please unistall this app. It's been a nightmare working here.

forget about the features inside the app, I can't even get the PIN for the band, even though it's showing in my Bluetooth searches, but none in the app, this is lame :[

I really need this app to work properly! However it is very inconsistent and tough to work with! Helo Smart works waaaaayyyyy better right now!
