The main point of using this app are the rewards for checking in. They are just so darn good! Giving a total of 11 days for free for checking in 30 days straight. Not even anywheel could compete against this! I could find a bike in under 3 minutes so I can say deployment is good. However the gps is quite awful, sometimes asking me to pay the relocation fee, I'd move the bike somewhere else. Also, I need to click unlock multiple times in the app to get it to register, which is quite frustrating.

The bikes themselves are okay, but it's a nightmare trying to park them. Half the time the GPS wouldn't even work right, and you only get one chance to unlock and repark before they try to scam you with the relocation fee. The last straw was when it tried to pull that nonsense with me when the bike was parked in a designated zone right next to a row of other HelloRide bikes. Going to Anywheel now, and you can try to take the relocation fee from me in court.

So when you sign in, you get a 2 rides pass. If your first ride exceeds 30 minutes, they charge you only one ride from the pass, and you have to pay the next 30 minutes. Not done in good faith. Also they charge 100hkd for parking in a zone they don't recognize, which means if you're in a village and you try to park your bike next to everyone else, you still get that relocation fee notice.

Bicycles are in good condition. If you get to use the app. The app signed me out a few days after I bought the pass. Now I can't sign back in to use the service I paid for. Please fix your app. App has finally allowed signing in after many attempts. Only issue is the poor connection and intermittent frozen screen.

I used this app around 3 times. 2 times, I feel I was charged unfairly. I feel the app isn't very easy to decipher cause I ended up using a bike that wasn't covered on the weekly pass. another time, I was guided to a bike parking shown on the app, however there wasn't any physical parking spot. I was charged for inappropriate parking even tho I reported and disputed it. download this app if you like to pay for nonsense

Simply does not work Typical Chinese app - links that lead to nowhere and endless loading screens followed by error messages. The app itself nearly always launches as just a map with no buttons at all, so you can't actually use it unless you force close it and are lucky that it loads fully when relaunched.

Most of the time, the experience is smooth. However, you get in trouble once in a while because of the parking spot faulty (QR missing, QR unrecognized, etc). Officers are helpful eventually but it's always stressful for at least a day when you face an issue.

Parked my bike at the designated parking spot but still got hit with a $5 fee due to GPS error. Do not use this app unless you want to rent overpriced bicycles Update: Received a refund on the convenience fee of $5. Good customer service but hopefully this error could be fixed soon 😁

Really difficult and takes time to lock the bike. The input code also makes it hard to park the bike, some hdb's don't have bike qr scan and quite hard to find where to park. I hope you resolve the issues within the app or in the bicycle system.

I notified them multiple times about a parking spot that is not located in the right place on their map, but they don't do anything. I even filled out their dedicated form for it because their staff needs to be told through a specific form, as if they really want to do nothing.

Terrible experience. The appeal for wrong charges just bring you go round and round without explaination. The app map clearly show there is a parking area but i cannot find any QR code or parking yellow box anywhere. My first appeal fail which lead me to email customer service and then customer service asked me to appeal again. Purely wasting of my time and pushing the responsibilities around.

Yesterday was the 1st time experience and it was so bad. Made the first time stop before end of 60 mins, parked at designated parking area and parked the bike just next to the QR code. End trip and scan QR code, then unsuccessful. Kept trying few times, finally make it. In the 2nd of 60 mins, same problem happened and tried more than 10 times and system keep ask me to pay for $5, even though I already purchased the promotion $3.90. Appealed and they replied appeal not successful. So, cheating.

We could not park in any spot, despite going to multiple spots. Instead we kept getting the error "parking temporarily unavailable. We had to take the bike all the way back to the start to avoid the $5 fee. Whatsapp customer support would not work, tried multiple times to open and close the app. Worst experience I have had with a rental bike company

As usual, very bad experience with them. Wanted to pay a last trip. Cannot go through. Tried to contact them through the app, and always failing with the whatsap. Just take the anywheel, don't orth waste ur time with those guys

There are confirmed issues with location access especially every time you try parking and refresh does not solve the problem. you need to app info- permission- location and then off n on it in offer to resolve the issue after refresh again. it happens on Nothing phone and my new OPPO Find X9 Pro

I was skeptical at first, but during the 2nd time when I was trying to lock the bicycle before the 30mins mark, the locking will take longer than usual to lock it, letting it charged a 50cents more totaling to a 1.50 ride. For riders who would like to maximise the time limit, please note that such instances would happen prompting a additional charge on top of your base.

It's a useful app of you want a faster way to go somewhere. But the app is glitchy. I couldn't end the ride because it only show me the map and no icons to press. I had to re-download the app to end the ride.

The bikes are quite new and reliable. They can be found almost islandwide. However, the app sometimes cannot detect location at times, which causes the "park outside the designated zone"pop up even though I parked at the designated zone. I risk paying a $5 penalty if I am not able to keep on refreshing the app in order for it to detect that I am in the designated zone which wastes alot of time (about 5-10mins). Please improve on the location detection issue.

The GPS location detection is WRONG. this makes the app unusable. you can't rent anything because it thinks you're far away from it. it's impossible to use. FAIL

Glitchy UI, Map nonexistent 70% of the time when opening the app, logged out of my account for no reason?! poor GPS synchronisation, keeps asking me to pay $5 to relocate although im 5m away from parking location.
