When shopping in my Favorites category, it lists the items in a weird way. I have to click a button to list items alphabetically. When checking out, there's too many screens in the process. And one of the screens has a pop up box to add a payment to charity, but the box won't expand fully to show the button at the bottom that says "continue within donating", so I have to go the actual website to finish checking out.
I keep trying to log in and it will not log in keeps sending me to a website log in and I can not use the app it the new thing about points system blocks all my account access no way to bypass it tried reinstall the app but wont work what the point of having an app that can not be used
herbalife nutrition is very good but that app is very worst ...app have not back option if you click back that app close ..and again you start...it take very time taking app..you select one product then you go to for same process for second product because app have no back option.

If it possible, I really want to give 0 star for this stupid app. First time using and trying to select a product but can't even add into the cart, all products and promotion set failed!!! And don't even give a reason or guide the users to use it!! The App is not user friendly at all, it is very slow, take long time for every single action, and the description is unclear and the categories are only understandable for those use it before. Really disappointed for this terrible experience.
Pathetic app. Not at all user friendly app. Above all this the app is very very slow. It's better to place order from online by visiting the site. No AI feature that can identify user's location and display prices as per the country. Even after selecting the user's country still the price of products are being displayed in US currency.
while I like the ease of being able to order from my phone, the way it is set up for finding products needs a revamp. the login is also being odd. it is not allowing for sign in. I had to go to my computer to get my most recent order placed and still it was having issues signing me in.
App experience is not satisfactory. *Loading process is too slow whether you have a 200MBPS speed. * Every time asking for OTP while logging in same device. * If you are logged in different device it doesn't update the product which are added to your cart in different device. * Will tell more if faces again.
The app is ok, but you really need to work on the navigation, like when I view a product, then open up a frequently bought together or recommended products, then I can't navigate back to my previously viewed products, even if I tap back. Which equals me having to tap through the product catalog, over & over again
Don't just focus on getting business, fuel is number 1, but application runs very slow, try giving quality service to distributors. 1.No order tracking system provided when sended to customers. 2. The invoice bill is directly sended to customers,which hampers business of distributor. 3. Store address not shown when shifted to 'pick up' mode.
painpoints are huge, navigating from one page to another page makes the user wait for more than a minute at times, usually takes 10seconds to navigate. login process takes almost a minute to enter the app. I understand security is of almost priority but 1 minute to authenticate the user is a bit much
Every click anywhere in the app takes a long time to load the page. The app is not user-friendly. Can't use this app in split screen mode. Kindly fix the same. Plus the products are very expensive. You should provide a higher discount on bulk purchases.
Extremely slow app , it asks for verification code everytime inspite of activating finger sensor , whats the point of having fingerprint sensor when you have to make us wait like a fool for code and on the code page also there is a box ☑️ to check remember me , but it obviously doesn't remember anything since everytime i have to go through same ordeal . Order page also is like super slow , in today's world which app takes so much time to load data . I mean pathetic experience
Very poor app. Slow and never sends otp on time!
Payment issue. After payment You will get your product sometime. But more than often they will not placed your order and their reply will be your transaction was failed and you will get your refund from bank. And when you check with the bank, you will find that transaction was successful. I don't know if it is genuine problem or a SCAM.
Much better than the website, however quite slow and the "notify me" option on the out of stock products doesn't work. Some navigation areas once products are selected tend to be slow and order process can be frustrating if there is big volume orders
The app is very low quality and user unfriendly, it works really slow and even making payment is cumbersome. It takes time even to load a single page. Every time you open the app, you need to log in and get OTP, which makes it even worse.
Love the app. Still an error when login fingerprint. And sometimes slow with certain areas, but overall. Thanks for the app. It will open lot more doors into the future for people not so good with technology.
This is not an app but just the page from the website itself. It takes long time to load. Each time one logs in, it needs the otp. Further, it loads the content as if being done on the website. Very poor performance.
Being a member of Herbalife I must say that the products are good, but, this application has the worst user interface ever. Moreover the payment transactions keep getting hung, stating "Internal Service Error" which makes the user experience even worse. As a result I am giving 2 star rating.
