Heritage Auctions

The app works well to keep track of lots you are bidding on or watching. You can do most of what is available on the website. The one item I cannot find but wish was there is the previous five auction selling prices. This is great to get an idea of what similar items have sold for. One advantage I like over the browser version is if the browser is closed I have to log back in. The app, even when closed, keeps me logged in for the next time I want to check the auctions.

I find the app to be very complex and not always easy to navigate. If I'm looking at an item, it's not a simple step to go to the auction that item is in. I imagine with more time it should get easier to find my way around. Heritage is a great Auction house, with absolute diversity of items available. The app is just not very intuitive, and I get frustrated when trying to move about in it...sometimes.

The actual app works fine, as well as the bidding. However, their competition ships fairly quickly, almost always within 3 to 5 days. Heritage, on the other hand, seems to abuse their entrenched position within the industry to be as cheap and as slow as possible with shipping. I recently won something out of one of their auctions, and I paid the next morning. It's now been 10 days and it hasn't shipped. My friend paid 30 minutes AFTER I did and already has his win in hand. It's utter nonsense.

I have a hard time with the filter can only sort by one option. It says I'm tracking a certain amount of items but doesn't show all of them then I look to find them It takes forever. I select comics and art but it still shows video games and Pokémon cards and magic the gathering cards. Not just comics like I want. Not user friendly in my opinion.

Easy to use app! I have won numerous auctions over the last couple of years. Heritage is my go-to site for the early England coins for the Kings and Queens dating back to 802AD and the Kings of Mercia, Wessex, Northumberland and even back to Roman rule and the Celtic tribes! I've gotten great coins at what I feel are excellent purchases. What's not to love? Colonel Grizzly

Heritage is THE BEST online auction app out of all the ones out there. Very professional,Legit,and fair.I recommend Heritage 💯 to anyone looking for an online auction app.

Terrible convoluted layout. This UI stands in firm opposition with the concept of user friendly. This is where sensible navigation and design comes to die.

I like the app. I was expecting a big step down compared to the website but overall HA has done a pretty good job.

I just installed the app today for the 1st time and logged into my existing account. I tried entering a keyword in the search bar. Every other character I entered caused a duplicate of the character before it. I type "n" then "o" and the "n" duplicates!? I uninstalled immediately. I will just use the website.

Quick response for inquiry I had. Wasn't what I had expected to hear. Needless to say they sounded genuinely knowledgeable and had an honest accesment for me. Truly greatful. Just hope I don't get on their nerves since I have a few different inquiries to go still. Just wished you could send more than one coin at a time instead of pressing one coin at a time could be wasteful time for my appraiser over here. Gotta work on that but good job.

This is the best app to check and see what sales at Heritage Auctions. It helps me see what certain coin's sale for and the kind of coin's that are most looked at from buyer's. And there service is great because I'm soon to be having some of my graded coin's to be auctioned off from there. It's my number #1 go to every day to work with seeing what sales and how much coin's are worth plus what they sale for. A must have app if your a coin collector. Love it!

Easy to use and is connected to anything that you want to do with Heritage Auction from appraisals and Auction schedules to catalogs and consignments. You can bid on & track lot's. Or view past sales prices on lot"s. You can also see how your consignments are doing. How many people have viewed them or how many registered bidders and current bid. It's an easily navigated and well versed app. Way to go Heritage on this app.

If you are new to selling collectables and coins, then this is the absolute best place that you could be. If you can read instructions and snap photos then you've got it made here, and if you want someone else to do the work for you...well Heritage does that too! Happy Hunting, & selling. It would be nice to have more information about categories and different things on the app in addition to instructions on using the app itself because this is my first time of looking at selling anything at this auction. So for me a, layperson at this, I don't know what some of these filters are and some of the items wouldn't even let me click on them

Be careful, these guys sell you products they don't have. I found myself waiting for weeks for something I ordered, and every time I called they told me "we have just received your item it's in our shipping department". For weeks they have been dishonest. Only later to charge hundreds of dollars for shipping. On top of the the 20% premium they charge

I haven't had a single "hiccup" when accessing this app. You will find any and everything you are searching for as well as materials to learn from. If you cannot find the specifics you are looking for, the very knowledgeable & professional team members are always happy to help. Displaying swift response times that highlight their true care for you as a collector. If I could give Heritage 10 stars, I absolutely would! 💯 Thank you very much Heritage!!

Great place to find mint condition video games and video game items!

Issues with going back to previous viewing. No options for dark screen mode. While searching, if entering a keyword and you try to delete it mid word. It will back delete leaving the previous letter. Hard to navigate, bids, lots, and orders. No multiple options to filter for viewing. No option to delete previously failed bids. No viewing preview of the buyers premium before entering your maximum secret bid. If you are outbid and rebidding it still holds previous bid. $10 ob) $30rb =$1030maxbid.

Awful. Constantly crashes and I can't see the lots that I have saved for later viewing. I un-installed and then reinstalled it, with no discernable fix to the issue. Idon't rate apps, ever. But this app pissed me off enough for me to leave a negative review.

Exceptional app. Very well laid out and easy to navigate also exstensive information and tools for every facet of the identification, collection, preservation and auction process. I would recommend this app to everyone on any level of collecting either Novus or Expert. Five stars great job!
