This worked fine until just recently when it stopped tracking my sleep. Restarting the watch and my phone had no effect and I tried a reinstall of the app. Poof! all my data disappeared and appears to be gone for good. I'm quite sad about that and I will be shopping for a new health tracking watch since I'm sure that this watch no longer has a sleep tracker.

Not terrible once you learn your way around. Definitely not as user friendly as the Fitbit app and doesn't seem to have any other app integration (Samsung Health, etc.) But overall I don't think it deserves the bad scores it has. Most seem to be from problems with people's watches, not the app. The one thing I would definitely change is to allow you to input your sleep time manually. Everyone is sedentary before bed, that doesn't mean we're asleep. Adding a period tracker would be nice too.

Purchased watch February 2021. All, except the sleep monitor, seemed to work well for about 3 months. Then it stopped counting my steps. I did the things we normally do when technology becomes "glitchy". I turned the watch off and tried again--to no avail. I restarted my phone! That didn't help either. 😕 I ended up having to reset the watch AND uninstall/reinstall the app which cost me about 3 months of data! TODAY, it failed to record a 55-minute almost 3-mile walk! Rated ZERO!

The app doesn't stay in sync with the watch unless you check it often. If you don't remember to check the app every few days, it doesn't save your stats. Out of any given month, there will be 7-8 days of stats missing. I forgot to check the app for several weeks only to discover that there is an entire month's data missing because it won't stay synched.

For an "inexpensive" fitness watch, this thing is quite impressive. Was wearing while at the doctor's office, and we were able to test it in terms of accuracy, and it was almost spot on. If my pacemaker goes off, and I can feel it, I can check the app and see what how many beats per minute my heart was at just before I felt my pacemaker go off. Very impressive. I highly recommend it. Only four stars because I don't need the sleep feature and I don't like the limited selection of watch faces.

I'm ok with most of the features. However, every time it updates, the weather goes back to Celsius, and I really don't understand it. I'm old, I guess. Also, you have to shut off the watch and turn it on to activate the sleep function every day. So annoying. Plus, the notification for the drink on the watch on the phone is in hieroglyphics which is cool but I can't read it either. Can you fix these please?

INVASIVE (DO NOT BUY their watch). They want EVERY SINGLE permission, to even connect to the watch! I had to give access to my entire phone! Sure, if you want them to patch through phone calls or control your music, you would need extra permissions for that. But they shouldn't need full access just to switch the watch time zone (which is all I was trying to do)! All they need is the device and maybe calendar. When they want so many extra, I give nothing because it means I can't trust them.

I lost the App contact with my watch. It wouldn't pair no matter how many times I tried. They had two other apps, HERO Band 8, and Hero. I removed Heroband III App. Cleared cache & Data. I tried the other apps. one at a time, but neither app. of course would pair. I then uninstalled both, then re-installed the original Heroband III. It had completely removed all my information. It was completely fresh, like new. It instantly paired with the watch. I then entered all the original information.

*edit* Worked for maybe a week. Now it doesn't track my sleep which was a big reason I wanted a smart watch. It doesn't alert me to messages. Will be sending back and looking for something different. For the price it works well. Does what I wanted it for. My only negative is that the vibration when a notification comes is is almost non existent. I would like a little string vibration. I don't always feel it.

Not easy to get used to and you must always have your phone close to you. There must be easier ones on the market and my oxygen level is different from this to my finger oximeter, and my doctor said trust the oximeter rather than the watch. So all in all if it's for health control get another, if it's for sport or fitness then perhaps ok. Personally it's not good or accurate enough for me and dragging the phone with is a pain.

What a horrible device. The watch takes forever and ever to connect to the app, when it does, when it doesn't good luck. I just wanted a digital device that I could tell time on the rest was a bonus but I don't even get that. It doesn't even turn on to tell time. All it does is look ok. You have to constantly reset both the watch and the app. As I write this review I'm waiting for it to connect and turn on.

Needs to monitor sleep 24/7, not just normal sleep hours, considering so many ppl work overnights & non-traditional hours. Also, it reads leisure time (watching Netflix, etc), as "light sleep"... but I'm not sleeping, just not moving much. Actually very good app & watch for the $ spent. Worth it. Just needs a be few fixes. And what is "da fit" app?

Not the most attractive application, but seems to work okay. Recently found that it would allow download of other watch faces. Huge variety, much appreciated! GPS functionality not addressed. You link to phones GPS, but what does it do for you, and how? Does not seem to be used for measuring distances walked etc. I would like if there was more in the way of explanation available about functions, especially as to how they match up with watch functions. Especially since some watch functions seem to be solo functionality. By that, I mean if you are using them, you can not do anything else. E.g. tracking an activity like a walk, you can not switch to see time or adjust brightness.

Started off great. Now every couple of days the step counter on watch will not work. Tried EVERYTHING to sort out problem, nothing helps. However when it suddenly worked for 1 day, I was really impressed that I walked 10000 steps while being in bed all day!!!! Good way to keep track of your fitness-NOT. It's an ok fit watch. Everything else working fine so far. Purchased this 7 months a go. Buy at your own risk!!!

On the whole it suits me. Been using it for a while. Bp monitoring isn't accurate of course, i didn't expect it to be, but allows me to see how it fluctuates. Sleep function has been hit and miss from Start and stopped registering completely a month ago. Can't see that it will spontaneously Start again and no way to reset without losing all readings.

This is a great, inexpensive watch good for children. It does keep long term track of sleep and steps in a little calendar icon on the top right. You can click the date you want to view. I've bought my son 3 different "smart" watches and this one has lasted the longest. He loves that the background can be changed too. However, a couple days ago the watch and app stopped tracking sleep. It might need to be updated. Other than that, great watch. If the sleep glitch is fixed I'll edit my rating!

Love it. I need to monitor, BP, HR, sleep and blood oxygen levels. When it works, it's great. However, it often says 'no data' for sleep. Or randomly disconnects. It would be great if you were able to change the order of the apps. As I'm partly disabled, I don't use the first few items, but have to go through them, to get to the ones that I do use.

The smart watch is great for the price but the issue I've got is with this app. Constantly disconnecting and take for ever to connect again! Data never save or being accurate! I would rather pay, no customer service, you can t registrar your number or email! Totally gutted with this app, shame because the watch is great! Do something about it or maybe delete the app and change your career!

For the price of the watch, this app gives you all the basics you need to keep track of your steps, sleep and health. I just wanted a watch to track my steps, and was actually surprised once I synced my watch at how much data it gives you, and I could change my watch face from here. It looks like an apple watch and let's you read messages and see incoming calls (cant answer or reply) so I'd say it's a great starter watch without paying apple prices.
