Hide Photos, Video and App Loc

Loved this app. Used to be able to control gif speed and pinch to enlarge images. Not any more. Doesn't save messages very well either. Should have left it alone. Update, 8/2021 as an audio manager it's pretty good. As a file manager. Not so much. I deleted over 1000 files and double checked to make sure that they were gone. The next day, went to add a file and magically, all the files I deleted were back again... needs a bug fix.

Well just like everyone, last month I woke up to an update, and all my files went missing. Today I followed the recommendation in the app (ONCE IN THE APP, clicked the setting gear, advance setting, find missing files) and waited a few seconds, it recovered all my missing pictures. Needless to say, I am back to loving this app! So I can guarantee you, your files aren't erased, they're just still hiding in the phone.

Looses my photos This is the second time I've downloaded and does it again. Two different phones. Photos were in vault for months, opened one day and there's nothing in any of my files. AAAAAAHHHHHH! Try a couple of fixes, and app says nothing is lost everything a okay. Still no photos. Would really like to say this app works and is safe to use, but I really can't. Lost a whole bunch of photos, months of work. Poof, gone. ☹️

I bought the premium version a few years back. It worked pretty well. I decided to take away my 2 star review for a one star on the grounds I tried to contact the developer several times about the app no longer activating. The ads are minimum but I paid for no ads. I'm not gonna contact them again I'll take the loss and move on. I've noticed a few others having the same problem with no help. This app ain't good enough to pay for twice.

There are those times, when, yes, even you might not want someone accidentally looking into your phone and discovering something a bit compromising. As with anything worth having, a little learning curve is required. The Pro apps has not adds, and worth purchasing if you find the free app worth your time. Customer Support does respond which is an added plus.

I had three files I wanted to hide, two videos and one photo. After going into the app, I added a folder in photos and put all three in. I think that messed the videos up because they were lower quality, so I unhid them to move them to videos where they belong. I tried to add them to a new folder but they weren't there. After looking in the help, it said to reset your phone. After I did, I saw the files again, but the videos wouldn't play and I couldn't recover them. This app is way too buggy to be considered useful, and wasted my time and efforts

Everybody. There is a bug issue. Luggage issue. I looked at the app the app and notice that the issues you guys are saying is correct. But the files are not missing. They are still hidden hidden in your phone. Until the update this you will not see them in the app. For example my files are located in (internal storage>android>Program data>language>FR). They are still technically hidden but they are available there. Hopefully they fixed the app. But you are not missing any files.

Most of the functions work fine for me. So far, I haven't lost any pics or videos that in aware of. I've had some issues in the past, and nearly all have been resolved. I would like to know if there is a way to sort all of the directories of videos and pictures you have, say alphabetically, and have it keep that setting. Currently, all directories become unsorted again as soon as you open one of exit the program. Still, I've bought the paid version of this app, and I don't regret it.

Cannot get the app locker plugin to load so I'll be able to lock up some apps. The internal link to the Google Playstore is either just broken or the plug-in simply isn't there any longer. I'll check their website for it. Other than this little glitch, I love this app. Been using "Audio Manager" since 2014 and have never had any problem ('til now).

I switched device, now I am missing half of my files. The advanced settings trick is not working for me. The folder details number doesn't reflect the actual files that are available. for example, when I go in the picture folder details, it says 19 files, which is what I am supposed to have, but only 9 is showing. I am using a paid version of this app. Please fix.

Edit-I recovered all the files with the advanced settings, find missing files feature in the app settings, so thank you. All is fixed. Back to 5 🌟 ---------------- Today all my thousands of files are gone! What happened Audio Manager? Please fix! I think the data is still the as my storage has not decreased on my phone, but I can't find the files. How can this be fixed? I will raise the stars when this is fixed.

I woke up to a update that erased all my saved stuff and I can't get it back. Why update an app and erase people's files? This really sucks! Lesson learned! This was my favorite app for many many years. Now I'm going to have to search for something else, if it is going to lose pictures and vids. UPDATE - The fix that they posted in the What's new section worked and my files were recovered. Hopefully this won't happen again . Thanks

I enjoyed this app for a while. It was easy to hide files you didn't want in your regular folders. But suddenly ALLLL of my files disappeared! One day I opened the app to retrieve photos and every single photo was gone!! No warning, no recovery, nothing. Absolutely no reason to continue to have the app. I've since uninstalled it.

Downloaded this app as a companion app for App Locker. -|- It is not completely ad-free. The ad banner is subtle and not very obtrusive. The only problem is, sometimes it takes a couple seconds for the ad banner to load and when it does it changes the placement of the menu items; sometimes as you are attempting to select one. -|- You CAN NOT hide icons in the app drawer without root access. -|- This app is pretty straight forward and easy to use.

I like the app. Long time user. Stopped using for a while and just recently installed again. Attempted to add the SMS and Call Blocker plug in and for whatever reason I can't. It's supposed to be a free plug in but I e tries several times and am unable to install. Mind you, I paid for the add free version of the app. Bummer!

I really have no complaints about how it works in general. It's the Absolute Best at what it does from my experience. But..... it's named Audio App!!... and the front end, the public face, does infact work for setting various volumes!!! But, I am known to listen to a variety of music on my phone, so people would expect my 'Audio App' to have an equalizer! Even if this was a paid feature, I think it should be added! The actual mechanics of what I downloaded this for!? Perfect!

I loved this app when they first started. It was perfect, easy to use & did it's job. Now.... plugins don't work or are unavailable. My previous phone recently got waterboarded. All my photos were saved in their so called cloud. They're all gone & can't be recovered. Where did the integrity of this app go? 3/12/22 Update This app can't get any worse. Once again, all photos lost without explanation. DO NOT use this app. I deleting it this time. I'll find another one to use.

This is an oldie but a goodie. Pretty sure I had this on Froyo, lol. But the thing is, except for some slightly dated looking icons, this app still works as good or better as anything else out there. As far as functionality goes, this app has a plug-in for just about everything. You can hide apps, you can lock apps, you can encrypt files, and you can even disguise the app as a fully functioning audio manager that had independent control of every audio stream your device has.

App requested a permissions update today, and after updating permissions all of my folders and files are now completely gone. This app usually functions fine, but now I've just lost hundreds of files and don't seem to have any way of getting them back. Last time this happened was a user error with transferring data to a new device, but this time it's an issue with the app itself.

The app requested a permissions update today and when it passed all of my files were gone. When I say all my files were gone, I mean all my files were gone we're gone. This is completely absurd and ridiculous , whatever you guys have done needs to be undone and fixed. I had important things on there to me which I held there for safekeeping!! (Edit: bug has been fixed but has left a distaste in trust, so now im using a backup for this backup 🤷🏽‍♂️)
