Great overall concept. The app could use some fine tuning and a little audio, perhaps to help explain or break down some of the exercises along with some adjustments to the exercises themselves. for instance, it will yell you to do 20 lunges but doesn't tell to do 20 on the left then 20 on the right, or is it 20 total, 10 each side? If you're a beginner (I'm not), it isn't clear that you should work both sides for certain exercises. overall, a good app, especially love the fact that it's free!
Good app, paid for premium subscription. Pros: simple, hassle free, and good selection of workouts that's customizable Feedback for improvement: can't save custom workouts. I spend a lot of time setting up a custom workout, and they're only good for one session. I wish there would be an option to save multiple workouts so that I don't need to always start from scratch. Also wish there was an option to skip through the start-up and cooldown times between exercises by tapping the screen
This is literally the best workout app that I have found. I have been using it for over a year, and I love it! I have the free version, and it's amazing. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who enjoys HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), TABATA, or who has gotten bored with their same ol' routine, wants something different, and wants to keep it interesting. This app has so many different exercises that you will never get bored. Thanks so much to the creators of this app!!
Awesome fitness app. However, the app needs to add more exercise with resistance bands for a more intense workout. It seems incomplete to not have them. It would also be nice to be able to change how many rounds for a specific exercise instead of the whole workout to add more variety to the program. Other than that, the app is relatively solid and helpful. I've been adding in resistance bands to really increase the intensity and to help build more muscle. I recommend this one a lot. The free version is awesome but the paid version is cheap and gives you the ability to customize your workout which can be great if your goals are different.
From the "Full Body Workout", I don't really enjoy repeating the same exercise multiple times (i.e. After filterimg, it shows many pre-selected exercise sets; but they all have a multiple rounds/repeats (e.g. 4 exercises in 4 rounds/repeats)). Please add an option to choose the number of the round (i.e. For me, it would be 1 for more various exercises without repeat) from the filters for all the categories. Plus, please also add the rest option (in secs) in the filters (i.e. Custom Workout)
best workout no b.s ads no need expensive subscription just straight to point one of the best features of this app is that it regularly change workout routine automatically keeping it fresh and simple hope to see more new features added in future
It was good until I found that there was no option to enter timings for each exercise. I was hoping for a countdown to avoid having to use an additional timer. Unfortunately in order to access the section of the app I thought I needed I had to pay. Now it would appear I'm stuck with an app that is of no use to me. 😔

Love this app! Plenty of different routines to choose from. And, totally worth the small one-time fee to add exercises to the suggested workouts and to make your own custom workouts. The only thing I could suggest is to add some more equipment options and corresponding exercises (gymnastic rings, bands, an exercise ball, etc.)
Great workout randomizer, prevents repetition. It has a great interface which shows how to do each exercise. It might be a bit too much for a complete novice but if you have any basic level it's great to ensure your keeping your workouts random and challenging. Saves time from have to research new routines! Best wod app I've used.
Seems pretty good so far. Using the free version so there's some limitations. Custom workouts cannot be created with the free version. You have to swipe through the different programs to find the length and difficulty level you're looking for.
LOVE! Amazing app functionality with awesome randomized workouts which really keeps you motivated as there's something different to do each time. The little animations are really helpful in showing how to do the exercises! Premium is a one time payment which is SO AWESOME ( I personally hate subscriptions to apps), and isn't really offered much these days so I appreciate the creator/s for choosing that option! Overall, easily the best workout app I've ever tried.
Pretty good for custom workouts, good range (though would like a drag and drop switch feature within the custom). You can get around this by just building a custom, but you need to select all the excercises again. To make it functional fully to what you want it's a quite cheap £10 upgrade. Form animation and timer are good for keeping you right. The pre made workouts provide variation, good for random 18-30 min bursts and if it works you just custom the reps or repeat cycles. Would reccomend.
Such a scam! All the stuff that was supposed to unlock after paying did unlock but were EMPTY!! This app is a scam!!! It doesn't matter what body part, equipment, or time you select, it has like a handful of exercises that it suggests all the time! I already complained but nobody seem to care! Ridiculous!
I didn't even get to try this out. If I want you to try to customize something I have to pay $13.99 a month for it. What's the use of having ads in something if I still have to pay $13.99 to try anything in it outside of what's already there? I would like to see how well the customizable stuff works before I spend $13.99 a month on it. It ain't happening! Uninstalling! I'm very disappointed. not being able to test this out before I get it. Plus. I couldn't tell what the little figures were doing
really just five starred to see all the custom exercises but it is a rather decent app for beginners... it gives you an approximate time of completion so you can compare where you are but also saves your time to see your progress... an hour will zoom by before you know it ..

Paid for the premium version... Realized there's no option to go back if you accidentally click next. Seems like a pretty simple option but it's not there apparently. Quite a bummer considering I paid $14 for this
Seems like the app has some good workouts but it makes you swipe through workouts like Tinder and the workouts you swipe away seem to be gone forever. Also when describing the workout it gives the reps but doesn't say rather a rep is for one side or both, for example: lunge squats 12 reps, is that 6 per leg or 12 per leg? I just didn't like it, downloaded it, looked through it, then deleted it.
