Holiday Extras HEHA! Smart App

I've used this app for airport parking for a long time and never had a problem. However, today I have been trying to book return airport transfers from Porto airport to the hotel where I am staying and it won't allow me to enter or choose my flight number? When I click on choose flight number no flights are showing? finding this glitch very frustrating!

Super easy booking. Well designed app with bus tracking. Clear, detailed information. Easy parking. Friendly and helpful drivers.

Only feedback is. After parking the receipt should also be added to this app account as a backup.

poor just trying to book a return flight from city airport to Liverpool. why is this so difficult?

I wanted to extend my stay at the airport parking 15 days before my flight, but I couldn’t. I had to cancel it and make a new booking. Did I get my money back for the first one? Nope! Did I get a voucher? Nope! Customer service? They just said, “I can see that your booking is cancelled.” That’s it 😅.. 83€ gone. Never again.

It never worked properly. It always stopped, and you could never make reservations or adjustments. It says you're logged in, but you're not.

Spam and FAKE offers getting sent via APP. Does not work well with Android phone.

the system used for booking is very poor. I just went to have a look at various options for when to do meet and greet and straight ahead 3 bookings were made. I then had to cancel the two bookings not required. I was then issued with two vouchers. These you then have to cancel. None of this is very clear. Holiday Extra please rethink your booking system. We have been pleased with your services previously, but your booking system is letting you down. Thank you.

great easy to book and good price

easy and quick to do, once you give flight details , it literally does it for you, lounges, taxis etc, less stress..

app doesn't load bookings , seems to be a issue but support don't have a clue how to sort it out. disappointed with service .

Holiday Extras are great for holiday additions

I use Holiday Extras a lot when booking airport parking and hotel+parking. They always seem to have the best price offer. With the app it is easy to book and you can easily find your booking reference and also history. The only thing I would not recommend was booking car hire. It goes to another company (same group) which uncontactable. And Holiday Extra does not help you if there is an issue.

can't fault holiday extras,customer service is excellent.ha e booked with airport direct before.had a problem.wasnt interested.holiday extras have sorted the problem,very satisfactory 100% recommended

very bad app .. half of the buttons don't work and the other half just take you to a web view

very disappointed. There wasn't enough staff behind the bar., therefore there was constant queuing. Food wasn't replenished often enough, so again, waiting. I have used the lounges on number of occasions and always enjoyed the experience, but not this time. This experience was terrible, poor value for money. poor service.

It is advertised that cancellation is free, but holiday exrtas does not refund your money. Offers you a walcher to use again with them. This is not good ! Holiday extras do not give you the opportunity to get your money back! I tried to cancel my reservation 5 minutes after I had booked, but ... to no avail. This happens 2 weeks before the reserved date. My new booking is cheaper than the original one, but Holiday extras does not refund me the price difference for the two bookings
