Well, this is disappointing. Can't even get past the activation code. I tried to register my number to send myself a verification code and a reCAPTCHA box pops up to verify I'm not a robot, buffers, then closes itself. Still stuck on the registration page. As a single woman travelling a bit, I thought this would be really helpful to protect myself. But it doesn't even work. What a shame. If I ever manage to register, I'll be back to edit this review.

I downloaded this app for my safety, but instead of using it for my intentions, what I received is more harassment, both digital and physical. I need to update the developer about my experience with their app. Please help.

Downloaded on advice of Victim Support but can't get past initial login screen. the app is faulty and circles to the same screen after inputting login pin.

UPDATED REVIEW AS OF 08/11/25. Managed to register so might have been a server error. I've tested it and it works. Free plan is enough for me but considering upgrading for the 24/7 monitoring. Definitely install and I'm sending this app amongst my friends who are also lone workers

it is a nice enough idea if it could be bothered to send a verification code to even register. All you get is the recaptcha buffering window saying it is verifying you are not a robot then when that goes away no verification code nothing waste of time

Really good idea. I work for a charity where we sometimes advise clients to download this app so I thought I would look for myself before advising. There should be an option to add a shortcut to the phone somewhere rather than having to log in each time, if one is in danger it'll be difficult. Also clicked "test alarm" cancelled it straight away but the flash on my phone wouldn't stop going off (had to restart phone to do that) is a little difficult to navigate around if you're not tech savvy.

The premise of the app is really good. Discovered after reading about a woman saved because of the app. Unfortunately, like other new users, when you register, it takes all your details, goes right to the end of the form then sends you all the way back to the start. You attempt to log in, but your details aren't registered. Attempted 3 times and no luck. It is a good idea, but the app itself is faulty. I will try to redownload if bugs are fixed.

I too had major problems trying to set this app up on my phone. I couldn't get past adding my details and then being thrown out, I must've tried about 4 times. After reading how someone set it up on their computer I thought I'd it a try, it worked a treat. I went on my laptop and registered from there, was sent a text with a link to download and I'm happy to say it works brilliantly now. Such a good idea to help us feel a bit safer.

Easy to follow instructions and register. Fast and simple to use. Your phone needs permission to use your camera and mic because it sends a short video from your phone (live) to your emergency contact with sound. It needs permission to your phone book so you can add your emergency contacts without wasting time as they will be saved for you to pick. The settings are also easy and you can change all the settings.....shake or slide? Sensitive shakes or full shakes. 3 shakes or 10 shakes.

Cannot get it to work. It sounds brilliant but once installed just goes into a loop with a popup saying GPS must be enabled (even after you've given the app ALL permissions and GPS is turned on) you click OK and it takes you to the app permissions page and you can only go back and forwards between those 2 pages. It never clears to allow you to click on "Get started". Tried a restart after installing too but no change unfortunately.

Just downloaded and set up my account. I didn't experience any of the issues mentioned by other reviewers. Yes the keyboard does cover the boxes but once you have input the information I just tapped the back button on my phone and the keyboard disappeared so I could click next. Not had to use it in real life and hope to not need to but I'm happy with the app so far

What an excellent app. I live an hour away from where I work, so my parents are always worried about me (even though I'm an adult, haha), when I'm driving and like to know I've arrived at work/home safely. This app alerts them when I'm leaving and when I've reached home. It also allows my parents to follow my journey, so they know if I've had to take a diversion at all. Absolutely brilliant app, and it's put my parents at ease. Would recommend to everyone. 👍

Almost impossible to download correctly, eventually managed to input some details & managed to add a contact. Since then I just get a notice saying I need to allow GPS, but whether I press OK or cancel it goes back to app info page so I can't use it. The idea is excellent. There appear to be some really good features but unusable. I was advised by the police to download as I was being stalked, but it wouldn't be any use if needed. I am using a different app & ensure family know where I am

Terrible registration requirements. Over the top hurdles necessary to set up. Knocked back valid emails as being unvalid on two occasions. Doesn't even accept a mobile number as emergency contact. C'mon guys, it's 2019. Lots of households operating without a land line these days. Sorry, but I'm out. Good concept too. Must be other easier apps to register with out there.

great idea but unfortunately doesn't work in practice. I set the app to slide, so you have to go on the app and slide the bar along to send warning that your in trouble. I didn't do that but it keeps sending warnings to my family that I'm in danger when I'm not!! wouldn't be good if they called emergency services when there's nothing wrong. More work needed on app unfortunately.

I hate it. I spent an hour trying to log on and all of my family members are having the same problem as me, they can't log in. We made an account, then it logged us off. We re installed it and logged in our account, after the "What's your pin code" part it logged us off. We remade an account only for it to say "Go into settings and put on location". It's already on. Then afterwards it logged us off AGAIN. After logging it off, we each got a call from an unknown number. In short, it sucks.

Constantly crashing, have only been trying to use it for 10 minutes. It's just giving me the loading wheel at various points and not actually loading, it's force-closed twice and then telling me I can't log back in for the first minute. Extremely glitchy. Please improve this, women deserve better than a faulty app like this.

Cannot download properly...very hard to set up and frustrating. If this is just the set up...which doesnt work. Doesnt give me confidence in it. Was told to get this app and cannot get it to work. Says my phone number is already registered, then email to recover does not get sent. Checked spam, asked to resend, doesnt come! If yiu cant get it to work how will it save a life!

I really want to like this app as I use it on a daily basis to and from work and the money is for a fantastic cause. However, the map does not follow your location - at one point, it had me in the sea (I live about 30 minutes drive from the sea and I was walking). Not only that, but once I start a journey, within seconds it will have cancelled.
