what I like is that this training session makes my body feel painful and that's a good sign because when my body relaxes it builds the muscles I'm working on and that's super amazing cause I can see a change in my body
In my experience this app was really helpful, for fat people pls don't loose hope plus the workout are easy for beginners.

Found a bug: When doing workouts plan, on fifth day, after the last exercise, when you press the next button it shows "it is your last workout" abs then there is no to end that or move to the next day. I tried several times but after the fifth day routine, the same message appears and then the app is stuck.
wow, I have been having a very good experience trying these exercises out, though no rapid change in my stature yet, but I believe with strict adherence to the guidelines, I will surely do. Just thinking if their should be any kind of diet instructions for a rapid six pack formation.
I was using the app and everything was going on well, I reached day eight which is rest day and then all of a sudden, it all goes back to day four which made me so irritated because now I have to start all over again. If I start all over again I will not be able to see the truthwhether you can really get six pack in 28 days. So I am not going to use this app again.
