Great app and great workout options compared to other apps, well balanced I think. But, overpriced when asking for $14.99 per WEEK to get rid of ads, which I despise. Even my gym membership costs less. Most other apps would ask that type of amount for a monthly subscription, not per week. For most of us working-class people, that's way too much to be able to budget for, and not affordable to maintain over a long period of time to even see results.

The app is great! Just started using it and there's so many good workouts that pin point specific areas and the guide really helps. Possible improvement: I sometimes need to pause the workout to get into position. It would be nice to have the image of the workout position visible on the pause menu so I can check before starting. Other than that, perfect app! :)

with this home workout, I don't need the gym anymore. At first, I thought I wouldn't survive the exercises, but I finally did it! 😂😂😂 The exercises are so good. I've not subscribed yet but I'm enjoying the free version so much. I can imagine what the premium version would be! I can recommend it any day, any time. it's superb!
