Pretty buggy, but you probably already got the camera so you have to use it. Besides the sudden log-outs etc, sound doesn't work and you always have to use their server, you can't connect directly to the camera when near it.. Besides, despite having to use their server, they don't store the recordings on it, so the camera has to be active and connected for you to see them. Also, I'm not sure it works at all if there's no internet and several times it showed camera off despite it being active.

Waste of time, impossible to add smartware camera, old smartware app not avaliable and now advises wrong did number, I'm ripping the smartware camera out and replacing with a different brand, bottom line do not buy anything related to smartware, absolute rubbish company.

The speaker function for two Way communication it doesn't work someone here said the same thing and the Answer from Them was that you have to keep your finger on the speaker button. This answer is so unprofessional like for children. IT DOESN'T WORK get over it. No matter how long you push. All worked fine a few days but...after I changed settings from record on detection to always record appeared this problem and also in the recordings window you don't see any record in the timeline.

It is really frustrating and so annoying spending hours upon hours just to connect this app to my WiFi to make the camera funtion and nothing is working. I entered my router password when requested but nothing is working. Please may be someone can help out.

Worse App with Camera. Don't buy it. App does not allow me to change images resolution. Does not show me the captured images on the time line Even when i reformat the sdcard, rebooting the camera. Ps don't aspect to see support or reply from the support team here. They never take not of the comments and problems posted. As i send them an emails in 2019 regarding my issues. They never reply.. So don't waist your time and buy a better camera

Terrible app. I'd have to login every time I close the app. Emailed the support and they just claimed there have been no issues. All of the app reviews are close to bad. The support is terrible. Stay away if you can.

i have a issue i installed the camera wireless no problem ad i see image and get notifications but on the app i cannot see the sound or speaker button. in all your online help it keeps saying just click on speaker and sound but there are none of thenew app. apparently this app superceeds the previous version an hose buttons on right hand bottom or top dot exist i only see shopping. no numbrs to call and no help. please advise whom to contact in holland.

I have tried all instructions to install and it keeps telling me ... connected without an Internet. It's so frustrating. I can't connect with this expensive camera and I should their server. No possibility to create your own password.

I followed all the instruction but it keeps saying this message. Please help me to fix the problem. Unable to configure this camera The camera was unable to verify that the phone is connected to the same local network. Please turn off your phone's Wi-Fi and turn it on again or restart your phone and try again.

Very satisfied It works perfect for me, even the night vision works great. I receive notifications while I'm in the office and can watch live. Give it a well deserved 5 star

Not happy too many problems. Latest problem. I cannot move the camera. The up and down works but the left and right stopped working.

It works good,it was easy to install,but I have one problem I can see the speaker button but I dont see the microfon buton so I cant speak through the camera.Can it be that it needs a sd card to do that?

since I installed this update I'm not able to connect my camera. Before the update everything run smoothly,!!! Thank you... After the latest update the app works as usual... So it's 5 star again... Awesome!!!

This app is a great improvement. The interface looks good and all the previews are actually live feed. It also supports the older range of cameras and enhances them as well, A solid 5/5.

The speaker function (for two-way communication) doesn't work. Please fix it asap, it's a feature mentioned on the box.

My apps still cant play previous video. Also the microphone is missing for communication. Please make update more reliable.

This is just for Smartware cameras since you need the camera id - C735IP. Homewizard are NOT in the security market anymore, just energy stuff.

Doesn't work with older smartwares products and old app is disabled. This is unacceptable
