Unwieldly.Slow app, keeps trying to calculate the route before I've filled out the time, the pick up and destination address, so getting a result takes several tries. Previously this was outweighed by it's usefulness, but this month the app has not been able to find and reserve me a single ride. Officially I should be able to reserve one up to 30 minutes in advance, yet somehow there never seems to be one available, even though I later see empty busses going in the direction I need.

The interface could be improved. The most vital part, planning a route is a such struggle. Not recognizing the typed address, returning to the homescreen without any reason so you need to start over. Results contain connections to a regular line that appears to be canceled in real life. Long loading times. Account syncing smartphone, pc, ... isn't a smooth as it should be. Following a ride freezes and isn't 100% accurate. Text messages about the ride are good but also not 100% accurate.
It is very inconvenient to book a trip, especially if you need to book for a week or more at once. The buses are constantly late or arrive too early. Due to the need to transfer to other buses, these delays are a huge inconvenience. For example, the day before yesterday I was 30 minutes late for an exam because of a late bus, even though I had specifically booked the bus a week and a half before the exam.
Doesn't work for shajtt. Funny how you even can't buy tickets by pressing on open bancontact app to pay. It simply doesn't work. And the app doesn't allow you to VPN it either. So I'm really questioning the safety's data collection. I'm for sure going to file GDPR claims on my data! This is unacceptable.
I wish I could give 0 stars. 85% of my experience with the hoppin is very terrible. You pick a time but come when they like.. I remember when I went to work late during the whole week. Bus availability is what even annoys me the most. What is the point of the flexbus if there are not available. Imagine on a Monday afternoon for more than two hours of trying to book and you are been told no bus available. Big Joookeee
Terrible app. The main functionality is missing, you cant choose the type of transportation. If you have paid for busses only, it only shows you options by train. Completely useless app.
Disappointing I tried to make a reservation, it gives 2 options, either take a delijn bus which normally should come around the selected time( de lijn buses always come late, plus the bus doesn't pass by the stop due to road working) or I should take a flex they assign at a time too late or too early for my trein.
Search of destination is very slow, it doesn't load the side menu, it doesn't accept debit card at the moment... How do you pretend we use it? Have to reinstall the old app of De Lijn
Biggest joke ever. The app doesn't work as it should. Takes 17 thousand years to load and then while there is an actual hopping bus stop in reality the app does not recognise it as one so in the end you're back to square one. If I could give 0 starts I would.
I really don't see why I have to give my informations to check the timetables and for the app to give me the way. I don't understand why I can't "leave now" as I'm already on the street. It was 17.03 and the best option I had was to leave at 17.10. so if a bus pass by to drive me where I wanted to go, I guess is would have just missed it and waited a whole new 15min outside... Really a pity. I guess they're more focus on tracking my privacy real-time than their buses.
To log in you need to enter a code that would be sent to your phone. Only, no code ever arrives, so basically, nothing works.... Other login options don't work either
The App doesn't always show available rides coming to your destination so you have to manually call them to book a ride
Its such a stupid thing they removed more than 3 thousand busstopss and have to use this thing if i type 8:10 they say not available and if im lucky they say ah yes it will come at 8:40 what u think this is
Impossible to book a bus... tells me to take regular bus which doesn't go where I want to go. Simply a p.o.s. app
There is NEVER a bus available, wherever I want to go or whenever I set the arrival date. Please give us back the old BELBUS!
