Slow to load,but at least it does load. Only 2 stars due to the hassle of not being able to pay for parking wben I arrived and parked in a designated bay,only to be told the car park was full and I should have booked ahead! In a PUBLIC car park! Rang the number,and managed to pay straight away for the space I was in that apparently wasn't available. Don't offer a book ahead in these car parks. Most of them are public and can't block off spaces.

Paying retrospectively it does NOT know your timings. It only allows entry of nearest half hours. This leaves you uncertain about if you have covered your actual parking and risk the big fine. To manage a booking you have to go through the process of booking before getting the manage options. Adds nothing to the website - stick to one access method, fully integrate it and make it work before getting your own app - ad revenue won't make up for the loss of customers from awful service. App deleted

Appalling, I would give this app and company zero if I could. Their parking sites are not listed in the app, the phone line also doesn't work. Calling the unhelpful "helpline" is a long winded torture through a too long message and way too many options. The staff you eventually speak with are very unhelpful. Avoid at all costs

Calling this awful is offensive to things that are awful. Did you hire toddlers to write this app?! Barely functional, Google pay doesn't initiate, doesn't recognise vehicles added to the app... I could go on but I have spent TWENTY MINUTES trying to extend my parking for an hour. Abysmal

Every time I open it - it shows me car parks 150 miles away. The location tool doesn't work, searching by name is ineffective and it doesn't even show the last used car park, so the only option is to put in the location number. Very sub-par versus other apps. On current performance, not one I'd choose if I had a choice. Otherwise, payment etc works fine, hence 3/5 stars.

Awful. App doesn't open on two of three devices which are running the latest version of Android. On the one it did open on, the app is unintuative and poorly designed. Not much choice but to struggle using it, but if you are looking to commission a parking payment provider, avoid this one. I'll be avoiding car parks which use this platform.

2 stars removed due to strange "search" button results. No matter what place I type to search, Ely for example, the map goes to the sea just off the French coast. I can find Ely on the map and use search this area, and that works, but it would be difficult to search a place if I didn't know where it was. But hoping this app is useful in the future for my travels and parking.

Hopeless - parked at a Travelodge and downloaded app. Had to enter a credit card along with all my details. Why can't it accept Google Pay? Then tried to pay - found it added a service fee - didn't seem to work and came back asking me to pay again. Tried again and said my card failed. In the end did what I should have done in the first place and went to a machine and used the same credit card to pay at the machine. With car parks all trying to go app only is this what we have to look forward to?

Allow to type foreign numbers on the app then doesn't work and don't say why. On the website it doesn't allow foreign numbers and give an error message. Conclusion: doesn't work with foreign numbers. Charge extra from the website. Doesn't seem to work with wise card (tried on the website and from the app) and then succeeded from a link given by the hotel... Magic happened. Will probably be a great app but there is work to do at the moment. 2 stars because I paid successfully after 45 minutes.

I don't even know where to begin... its shocking. So... there is a car park by the shop operated by Horizon Parking (according to signage). So i tried booking a place in the app. The car park is not even listed. But that's OK, i can see my past bookings and i can navigate to the booking page... but there is an error if i try to book for period longer than 30 min with error saying that the car park is full. But if i check four 30 min slots is perfectly fine... but single booking nope.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I hadn't really thought about reviewing but horizon sent an email asking for one. Some time ago I parked at a train station. I was running late so made a note of the loc. number. Once on the train I downloaded app and entered the loc. number only to be told that this car park was full (wasn't even close to full) it would not let me pay for parking. Continued trying to pay until I got back. Was unable to pay, got significant fine. Now refuse to park with horizon

At an emergency vet appointment nearby, app won't react to the car park code, or address. Both myself and the vet receptionist could NOT make it work. I couldn't pay for my parking and it made an already stressful trip, even worse (as did the pitch black car park which is HUGELY unsafe).

Prior to the update it was very good...now, it's of no use at all. I used it for parking at Asda. By spending £5, or more, in store, the parking fee was refunded by showing the barcode generated within the app. This barcode option has now been removed, meaning no refund is now available. Also, Horizon now want to charge £4.00 to park there, you only pay £2.00, for 3 hours, at the car park machines themselves. After contacting Horizon regarding the issue, I was told to contact Asda...

Tried several times to create an account, each time leaving the option to receive information and offers switched off, however I could not create the account. Tried typical combination of upper and lower case plus numbers and special characters without success. Finaly tried with the information and offers switched on and account created. Is it really optional? I wanted to extend by 30 minutes or an hour but the app insisted on 2hrs and £5.20, even for 30 minutes! Rip off!!!

I was constantly getting errors that I couldn't create an account. The password you need to create must have a capital letter, number and special character. But at no point are you told this only that the data you input is invalid. I wasted a fair chunk of time working this out but at least once I did I was able to help a few others I saw having the same issue.

This app is advertised as an option for paying on site after you have parked, but it suffers from the follow issues which should all be fixed. You can only choose your start and end time in 30 minute intervals but it must cover your entire period, so you have to round up your start and end. There is a service fee, which is not presented until the end, and the app doesn't lookup your car details against the local devices on site, so you have to trust that you've chosen the correct place and time.

It took me 15 minutes, after confirming TWICE via the bank app, it will freeze and keep "loading" while NOTHING HAPPENED and I ended up paying quickly through the browser. Useless slow annoying application!

Always been ok with the app ... Sometimes slow . Sometimes logs me out but on the whole ok . The service charge is annoying as it just appeared without warning . Where I park there is never any monthly booking available also I park really early and used to be able to pre book the space from my home the night before with the later tab . Now the tab has changed to earlier ??

Had to pay extra to park at hotel. Okay the price isnt huge, no drama. Used the QR code and paid, great. Downloaded the app and it has made me a profile so it worked seemless. I saw I could extend my stay if I needed to so I thought I'm covered as I don't know what time I'll be finishing work. At work I try to extend my stay time and the app says that this car is not associated with my account so I CANT extend as it won't accept my payment. Brilliant. Had to leave work to find new parking.

Works ok, but note that service charges apply and aren't shown with the price of parking. Could be improved with better integration to android and nearby location working properly. I couldn't use Google pay so had to fish out a bank card to type the number in. Password not automatically stored or remembered either. So many parking apps it's impossible to remember password for all 😜.
