I downloaded the app & have not been able to actually get in. I went to the Rockets game last night & had to transfer my tickets to some one else just so I could get it scanned and get in the game. Every time I try to log in, it tells me there was an error but the web version allows me to sign in. These electronic tickets are cool when everything works but when it dies not, the buy is left hold the short end of the stick. Whoomp whoomp...

I have reset my password 3 times and each time after attempting to sign in it I receive a message "your password/email do not match our records". And I know it cant be the email because I have successfully received the reset link via email.

Horrible and unnecessary app. Just let me download the tickets directly from Seat Geek to Google Wallet like everyone else, instead of having to download two additional apps to do the same thing!

easily one of the worst app experiences of all time. constantly bricks and crashes, and send notifications constantly.

This app doesn't function properly. I have to use AXS to get my tickets for the game. I eventually was able to log into the app after I downloaded and uninstalled the it several times. Now I click on profile and the app is stuck loading.

The apps has bug. my company transfer $$$ but it won't show up...I had to uninstall and reinstall then the show a lot of transactions from dates I have not installed apps from people I don't know. can't get my balance

I've tried to reset my password to pull up tickets and it will not let me reset it. Help please

Aggravating when I'm trying to purchase tickets! App send an error message although I'm not using wifi... fix that!

The app won't let you access your tickets on traditional sites like SeatGeek or StubHub. You are REQUIRED to use their app to access your tickets. And yet, it is always crashing, it is not intuitive and it hogs memory. if you want to sell your tickets. you can only sell it through their terrible app, not through other sites like those mentioned above. I hate it and I am less likely to go to Rockets games because of it.

App wouldn't render properly on my Android Samsung Galaxy. Couldn't log in after putting in name and password, because there was no GO button rendered. The "reset password" button was also truncated. If I hadn't had my wife's Apple I would have been screwed. If you are going to use an app for all ticket sales you damn sure ought to make sure it works on all phones. Too much money at risk.

almost no help options for account and login issues. i cant login or verify my account because i have a new phone number and i cant change my number unless i can login and the only option im given to verify my account is via text or call to a number i no longer have. And there is no help option for this issue. Also, the app is constantly stopping and the only way to close the listen feature once the game is over is to completely shut off and restart my phone.

Bought tickets to a game was directed to download the rockets app and "login". There are two logins one for the app and a separate area for tickets through flash seats. Had to register a flash seats account but they would never send the confirmation email to verify my account. Not rockets fault but definitely not in hurry to go to a game or use this app.

Worthless - I just downloaded it and cannot even enter the app. I keep getting a notification saying the app is bugged and to wait for the developer to put out a fix. Just let us use a website man this is ridiculous. I guess I'll have to go to the box office to use my ticket.

The content of the app is fine. BIG ISSUE: when logging in, the password field doesn't allow auto fill from a password manager, nor does it allow pasting?? Wake up to the new world! Passwords are long, complex, and not memorable!

I'm a season ticket holder and love the Rockets, but I hate this app. It loads like a snail, is constantly crashing in the background (why is it running in the background to begin with?!). I was much happier with the FlashSeats ticket app. This app is bloated with stuff I don't care about, like ordering from your seat features, "Play Rockets IQ" prompts which are impossible to avoid without shutting off all notifications. I just want an app for my tickets that doesn't suck.

My phone (S23) is always reporting that this app is crashing in the background and sending it to deep sleep. Thankfully I only need it for the occasional concert ticket, but there is certainly something wrong if an unused app is consistently crashing as a background app.
