HSN Phone Shop App

I really like this because you don't have to sit through the long descriptions, demonstrations and ads for other products. That's why I like it, because you can see how the product works, look at descriptions and see other products that are related or coming up next. One downfall is that by not watching it on live tv, sometimes the quantity of the item has depleted before you can get to the checkout. Oh, and sometimes the checkout is frustrating.

I've used the app for years to make purchases. I always used to complain how many times it would have me sign in vs the QVC app, but at least it would let me sign in. Lately, I can't sign in at all, and I know my password is correct. In fact, the only way I've been able to successfully sign in (even on the website) is by changing my password. I've had to change it every time I either want to see my account or place an order. It's really frustrating.

Coupon does not work in app. When you place your order and apply the code, it shows the code has been applied. When you finalize the order, the discount is missing. This has been happening all year long. Each time I call customer service to fix, they act like this is a new issue. They say that they will submit it to IT. It still isn't working. Today, CS said its basically my problem. Wow!!

This app is so glitchy, once I get my items returned I am uninstalling it and never using it again! I have been trying to sign in because I have items to return and it keeps telling me "ACCESS DENIED", that I don't have permission to access the server. It is so frustrating! I hope someone can get this fixed so I can get into my account. Going back to QVC where everything is simple and easy.

No problems. Just make sure you second check your cart for the right amount of items. One time I ordered some oils from J MARAN and started receiving a new box every week or month, it added up to about 10 big boxes. I wasn't able to return by myself and they are stashed away somewhere. (It's happened to me more than once) Usually I can gift those out. Just 2nd check ✔️ before you press Order.

It's not life-or-death, but crazy that no purchases can actually be made using the HSN Android app. Have uninstalled, reinstalled & updated now and then to no avail. No improvement. Very frustrating. Why hasn't HSN addressed this issue?

Wow! This last update has essentially destroyed my ability to use the mobile app at all! App keeps spinning trying to load each page, a random black screen says not connected to internet, and ultimately the app is unusable! HSN needs to immediately fix these issues or risk losing customers.

canceled my order "at my request." I see they are now selling the same item at a higher price and without the free shipping. seems a little sketchy to me. I guess I'll just buy from Amazon instead.

I haven't been able to check on my orders and check on payment and gotten overdraft because of this issue Itry to check and the app starts loading and then nothing happens please fix this issue

Horrible App. when clicking on an item in this app, the screen remain blanked out in light gray and doesn't load clear. You cant get the page to clearly open. The circle just keeps spinning in the middle of the page while waiting for the page to load It's been this way forever and nothing seems to be done to fix this issue. Totally useless app and it's developers!

glitches plus address and CC problem. first it doesn't want to save info when you create account. gives error message. then when you try to buy a gift to ship to a different address than your own, it forces the same address to be the billing address and vice versa. incredibly stupid faulty design. fought with it 4 different ways. this is why you guys are losing money. that and you need to get with the technology of the times -which will help hit a younger demographic. Get with the times!

App is hanging again and will not open to use. Just getting the spinning loading banner. please fix.

since HSN teams last update (2/10/26) the app doesn't work. stopped working correctly on the 12th for me

Ive had HSN for years never been late always paid on time. Had even paid off my card several times before I used it again. They denied me from using there card because they stated my score was too low for them. When they did that they plunge my credit score even lower to the 500s which pissed me off. They dont care about you at all or how faithful you are to them. Be very careful. They will fk you over and not care.

Have had nothing but issues signing in. I've reset my password countless times. Go to sign in & it just takes me right back to the same screen to login. Getting very annoying. Yes I've un-installed & reinstalled plus cleared cache.

your app is not working. it just spins with loading. I had this app for a few years and now it wont work even after uninstalling and reinstalling several times.

The software version for this app for Samsung 24+ is not working correctly.

I've used this app and enjoyed it until recently. Each time, I have to reset my password reset although I just used it the day before. This is such a hassle! I have to place orders on my laptop, which maybe inconvenient if I'm not at home. What's going on with this app? It's no longer easy to place an order since I have to reset my password each time I try to use the app . Today I tried to use the feature "forgot my password" to reset it and it still doesn't work.

Starting sometime in July 2025, whenever I want to access the FlexPay Manager or Order Status page in the app, the login screen comes up, When I enter my email & PW, it seems to process, but then the same login screen pops up again. There are no error msgs. Same thing happened using the one-time code instead of the PW. Force-stopping the app and deleting the cache has no effect. I haven't had this problem with the HSN website, only with the app. Previously, I had had no problems with the app
