When it does work it's very handy for keeping an eye on our little one. Free music options or other soothing sounds, ability to talk from phone/app to the camera device. Can even move the camera angle remotely. There are times it goes offline or disconnects from the wifi we have (Google Fiber btw, has connected everything everywhere in our home besides this Hubble Camera). App will tell me to turn the device on and I'm like "I never turned it off". Manuel reset usually works.

WORST BABY CAMERA EVER!! No matter the wifi signal strength or placement of the camera or even distance from the camera or parent device, the camera would always lose connection, quite literally defeating the purpose of a baby camera. I reset the camera several times, deleted my account and created a new account, removed and re-added the camera on the app and through the parent device and still had connection issues. I couldn't walk away for more than 2 minutes without the error.

App works good but device doesn't, I've reported issues many times. they've sent me the troubleshooting steps but doesn't work and no real solution is provided until I got tired of dealing with it. Now connected the other camera of the set that worked and is not connecting to wifi and giving the same issue. I can't call support, only email and no real solutions. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this and save yourself a big headache.

Issues with baby monitoring. It frequently is unable to connect which can be a pain with limited time while newborn is sleeping ! I have to waste time fixing the device or waiting for the app to respond instead of getting to small tasks or eating. I will be getting a new monitor soon. also the additional sound/music options in app are not that great..some that are meant for sleep are loud, fast, or have fluctuations in volume to the point my husband and I only put on a few select songs.

Useless! Never works. Unless you're standing right next to the camera, live stream continuously gives error message. Resetting the app does the trick, until it gives you another error message within minutes so you need to keep resetting. Pan/tilt also doesnt work from another room, only if you're next to it but at that point you might as well use your hands to adjust it. If I need to be present in the area in order for the camera app to work, then I don't even need it. I'll use my eyes instead.

We set up our camera last night and with a little bit of WIFI troubleshooting, we were able to set up the camera successfully. Even though the more useful features are behind a pay wall, the free options make this product very much worth it. I currently am able to control the camera well and the quality both during the day and night have met our needs. So far I have both my wife and I set up on our phones and we've been able to watch the live feed without any problems. We will keep exploring.

The app is always crashing. we're always losing connection to the baby monitor. I would think literally any other security camera would have better stability. also, a recent update made it so that I had to rename my Wi-Fi network to be compatible with the monitor. it had connected in the past but suddenly it won't. unless you upgrade to a premium package and pay a monthly fee, you have to use a Wi-Fi name with no spaces. so if I make the monitor work I have to reconnect every other Wi-Fi device

App is garbage. It used to be good but in the last year they have changed things. If you include both parents the secondary parent can't have access to the camera longer than 6 months. You have to go in and extend them. When we first set it up it wasn't like that. Now the app consistently crashes and the camer takes forever to load (if it even loads). I have manually reset the camera 3-4 times in the last 6 months. Stay away from this brand and camera they are garbage and will frustrate you.

Only works to connect to the camera half the time. CONSTANT ADS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. I think there is a notification about motion, nope, just an ad about buying a subscription... The subscription is way too expensive to even consider, and it isn't even reliable enough for me to put more money into it. This company is greedy. Return it and get something else!

Overpriced. Paid $60 for a camera that requires a subscription to gain full use of its features. The features being rendered to annoying at best considering how glitchy they can be. I get alerts that just say alert but don't tell me what the alert is for. And the ability to read the temperature apparently has an expiration date because it stopped displaying it 2 weeks in. And can't forget the ads, ads on every page for you to upgrade your subscription. Pretty sure the alerts were for the ads.

I liked it when I first got it I think a little less than a year ago or something, but the updates they're putting out is absolutely terrible, some of us have way more important things our money is constantly going to, and y'all are gonna harass me about a subscription for basic baby monitor functions? I can't see videos of who goes in and out of my nursery anymore when I'm not home, if it does catch anything it's a picture of straight blur. I'm about to get rid of these and go through new brand

The main job of the app is to display the video feed of the baby cam which it can't reliably do. Not to mention there is a ton of basic functionality that is pay walled. If you want people to pay, you have to make me believe your app actually functions. I'm throwing out the entire set of Hubble products, and replacing them with cheaper and actually functioning Wyze cameras.

The camera has been nothing but problems. I've had it 2 years and it constantly freezes, loses connection, doesn't record my voice when I use that function, the music sometimes won't turn on and other times will not turn off. I have to disconnect the camera to get it to stop. The app has gotten worse. It constantly says there's a connection issue... which isn't my wifi or my phones problem, its the app. My tvs, phones, computers, etc never have a connection issue. Just an overall terrible camera

Rewriting this review. If we're paying for the app(yes-I know there is a free version, that doesn't do what we need, which wasn't advertised) then I would expect to see more recorded than the sun going in/out behind clouds. Seriously-it will record every 2 minutes during the day as the shadows move around, but I can't look back to see when my toddler got out of bed in the middle of the night and how long she's been sleeping on the floor. If you're reading this before buying: buy something else!

I appreciate being able to check the monitor from my phone when it works. The temperature readings is always several degrees higher than the actual room temperature. For instance, it will say it's 80 when it's actually 72. And the timestamps on the motion alerts is always wrong. For instance, if I walk past the monitor at 7 pm, the app will show that motion alert with a timestamp of 6:42 pm. It makes it difficult to keep track of my toddler's activity overnight and wake-up times.

*update!* i literally have not been able to connect to my camera in FOUR DAYS! Tech support does *nothing*. Return it if you can! My dream sensor will not reconnect, and I can not troubleshoot. The camera is constantly losing connection and buffering. With how expensive all of the products are, you'd imagine the app would at least work most of the time, wouldn't you? I wish I could get a working product, or at this point just a refund.

It's not acceptable that the camera disconnects and it doesn't reconnect automatically or send an alert. My wifi works fine, but even if it disconnects for a second, the app needs to handle it properly. This device monitors infants, you would think it'd have better features in place. And yeah, the upgrade to allow others (like a babysitter) watch baby is a joke...we paid for the camera already.

Wifi connection is very spotty. The mat will randomly drop heart rate. The temperature sensor is incredibly inaccurate (72 in our house, but sends alerts the room is 99 degrees). The monitor will reload all I see is a spinning wheel. We contacted customer support and two weeks later we received a response. This system has the potential to be fantastic, but it definitely needs serious work.

Anytime you go onto the app it always says it's offline or can't connect. When I close the app out several time it's finally online only for my camera to be moving back to where I had it set too. I've watched the camera and it just turns and whatnot when your not paying attention to it. Will not be getting this camera again. I wanted to return it but my husband said we can try to make it work. I'm always getting so frustrated with it....

This app works about half the time for us. Otherwise issues with connecting to a camera or it just freezes entirely. Also keep in mind if you have a spouse who wants the app on their phone to monitor baby, you will be charged $5 a month. Hardly seems worth it when it doesn't work half the time or when you can judt buy a monitor and not pay to use it. When the camera is working, it will sometimes move to an area where you can even see. We are getting rid of the camera and app as soon as we can.
