Update 1/11/23, I was notified of a fix for the issues by the product team and all is working well again. Thanks!...The app is very slow and freezes when I attempt to simply respond to an email. Text is written on the keyboard, and it takes a few seconds for it to populate in the text area. I'm not sure if it is just my phone (S22) or the app, but it makes it nearly unusable. If I log in to the system on my mobile browser, it is fine though.
I love hubspot but this app is almost useless for me. When I bring up my contacts, it doesn't even display a third of them (so I still need to log in on a desktop browser to check for new contacts). Can't filter well at all in the app. The only thing I do using the app is make calls/text a contact and have it log fairly easily. My company raves about it, so I don't know if this is more specifically an android problem, but significant work needs to happen to make this app work well.
I have been using HubSpot happily on my desktop for years. When I saw there is a HubSpot Scanner for business cards that integrates directly with the HubSpot CRM I thought it would be best to put it on my Android phone. Unbelievably, as noted in the two previous reviews, it is not possible to login to the account from the mobile app!!! For a company of this size and reputation, it is inconceivable that this version contains such a major bug. QA -- where are you?
Honestly, one of the best vendor assistance platforms I've had the pleasure of using. Super comprehensive, but takes a bit of time to get used to the organization of tabs due to how many features there are.
It does not launch the account list when I try to log in with Google account. Which voids it completely for me.
when I'm trying to log into my account on the mobile app I get an error "oops, something's gone wrong! please try again later" The desktop app works just fine.
how is it possible that in 2026 the absolute most basic thing for an app doesn't work: logging in. I have a HubSpot account through my Google account yet clicking on the "sign in with Google" does absolutely nothing.
no serious updates in forever. lacking customization. tried using it off and on for years. I'm done.
The main purpose of this app is to let our salespeople rapidly respond to emails. - conversations view should be the homepage. - snippet formatting in app is broken (works fine in Desktop browser). - Notifications are not instant, even with all Android permissions and batter options maximized.
This app bugs a lot. It's so frustrating, the developers should do something about it.
Just started using the website and its well featured. The real benefit of mobile app for a CRM is the ability to capture the emails, calls, texts and messages automatically and pull it into the customer activity and profile. Unfortunately, Hubspot crashes repeatedly on my phone making it basically useless. I can see that it would be a very useful too potentially, but to do that it need to stay open long enough! Hoping there will be an update that will fix this issue.

Great sales tracking tool. Lots to explore, good customer service. Integrates also with all your daily management tools - Slack, Google Calendar, etc.

The app and the website platform don't communicate properly. You will be sending an email, then arrive on your desktop, and it shows nowhere. So you are not even sure if your client received your email. The app also doesn't change the status from waiting on us or on contact. Which enhance the confusion if they app actually works properly. Just stay away from the app.
App keeps closing and cellphone says it has a bug and to update it after developer fixes it. I checked and there are no updates as of Monday 2-2-2026. 2-3-26 FIXED using Legacy Notepad and copying info into Legacy Notepad then copying and pasting that info into new HubSpot note. Was then able to tap and open note with no issue. I removed all extra spacing being careful not to enter or return after any links otherwise they will become hyperlinks. Original note still auto closes.
Bilingual functionality with any language other than English is extremely limited. Overall 90% English/U.S. centric, clearly not meant to be used in other countries. Can't keep pics of scanned business cards on file. The database being free is a huge plus, and the basics work - but anything beyond typing a name into a field is subpar: can't enter local language name (eg JP characters for name or address)..

Horrible service, they force you to make an account, you do that, they let you see the app for a second, before kicking you out and forcing you to give them your ID. I wanted to just use one of the features of this app but after going through this process, this app can screw off before it ever gets my ID (which btw it never said ID was required).
Great app but the recent update made the reports in Dashboards not work. it says "this link can't be opened on mobile"... it used to open on mobile
Very limited with what you can do. Wish I could create or at least see deal invoices but they don't show at all.
Sales people rejoice! This is the perfect free CRM! Has everything I've been peicing together to be more productive in one easy to use app. Entrepreneurs like like myself will quickly notice the amount of time it saves, and can stay on top of your sales staff. I hoghly recommend HubSpot. Stop thinking about other apps and download this one today!!
