Im literally trying to do laundry right now and can't log in to my account. There is money on my account, and i keep getting this message. "We currently do not have sufficient capacity in the region you requested. Our system will be working on provisioning additional capacity. You can avoid getting this error by temporarily reducing your requestrate." VERY FRUSTRATED as it's is 5am on a monday! (Updated) Hour later the issue seemed to resolve itself after I uninstalled and installed a few times

For the most part the app works well. There have been a few occasional issues. Like it taking the payment but not starting the machine and sometimes getting it to connect to a washer or dryer can be finicky. The staff at the laundromat are usually very accommodating when it comes to help sort out issues however so props to them.

There isnt a way to contact customer service from the app. I havent used my account in years, sent multiple requests to the emails I could think its attached. This is such b.s I cant even access my account. The app hasn't sent a single password reset after I asked a few times. Tried to make a new account but says my phone is in use. I havent even gone to the laundry mat as I wanted to make sure I was able to login. I can't login.

What a 'LOAD' of hassle. Support sucks, they tell you to talk w the service locally, and they tell you (logically) that they don't have any control over the app and its non-functioning functions. 9 times out of 10 there's an error/unable to process my transactions to add credits which is super annoying. Do you not want me to spend money here? The text notifications for 3 minute warnings come about 50% of the time and then when they do, most of the time they send the notification multiple times.

Everything went great for the first year that this laundromat opened and started using the app. Had no issues until recently. Every time I go to try and start the dryers, the app freezes when saying, "Please make sure all doors are closed." I have to fully close out of the app to get it to go away. To start the dryers I have to go log into the kiosk and waste more time. It's irritating. Please fix this issue!

Works as advertised. Free convenient and feature rich. My major issue is this: Sometimes, people only need to add $5 or $10 at a time. In order to refill, you must load $20 or more. Some folks on fixed income, or the elderly may not be able to afford $20, especially if the have money already in the app, but may just be $3 short for doing a wash and dry. Fix the increments to load cash, and the app gets 5 stars.

In general works quite well, but I recommend disabling notifications, especially for dryers, as there appears to be a way to extend times from the notifications and I have accidentally triggered it without intending to. Since I don't leave laundry unattended anyway, the notifications don't really serve a purpose. Still, this is a huge improvement over using tons of quarters. I would recommend app.

I enjoyed using the app as it made the overall experience of washing a lot easier. I'd suggest making a feature where you could actually pay with Google Play vs having to use a credit card

At best app works half the time. At worst it steals your money. Sometimes you'll tap pay, and it will say processing, then time out and say the washer is offline, but it still takes your money. You'd think it wouldn't be difficult to program it to not take your money if the cycle can't start. Straight garbage.

I downloaded the app and tried to start an account but I made an error on my email address. There is no option to fix this. I tried making another account but wouldn't let me because number was already used. It would not send password reset to my correct email.

The APP is accurate and concise. I have options for washing the APP can allow me to select. EXTRA WASH - RINSE!!!!!!! My Laundry experience is simplified. What more could I ask for? Notifications are a freebie!!!!!! I don't need a pocket full of Quarter's today. If and when something doesn't go right the Staff is knowledgeable about the internet connections and gets me on the way to doing laundry. The Staff works diligently to keep the Machines CLEAN. The inside is swept, the Trash emptied.A+

The app works great so far except for one thing: I accidentally turned on the SMS notification for a machine, but the app wouldn't let me turn it back off. I tapped, waited, tapped again, waited, tap tap tap tap...no response at all.

it used to work great until some update broke the add payment method process - now it requires me to add a "vault key," an option which I can't even see anywhere in the app. Making the app useless to me.

I love it in this place. In It's clean, everything works, staff is nice, and I love the app. Parking may be tight but it's totally worth it. edit addition 2025 I'm still coming here. I really do love this facility.

Very clean facility. Have used it 3 times now and the employees have been very helpful and stay busy cleaning continuously. The washers and dryers do a great job.

Great app, I use it instead of going to the machine. No problem, only problem is prices to wash/dry keep going up!!!

app is fine once you figure it out but one thing is I think they should get a security guard and open all night at least on Saturday or Sunday.
