Hungry Jack’s Deals & Ordering

Sometimes I can place an order successfully, other times I cannot. I've never come across such an inconsistent app before (that's including Facebook). currently trying to place an order, that you can only place via the app, in the carpark like a lunatic, only for it to never process the payment. Thanks HJs for my convenient breakfast options! ❤️

The app promos are a sham. I have made the purchase and this is the third time the money has been debited, i am assured that the amount will be refunded as the order number does not show up on the system of the store but haven't received any refund. Great way to loot the customers out of money for a service they did not even receive

Still broken, offers discounts doesn't honour them, app loads slow, breaks half the time, doesn't load order numbers, basically scamming people to waste their time going to their location. Bad practices. Save 20 is a lie, went to order the app keeps saying order isn't met kin spend when it has. Basically dissapointed wit this, avoid using go elsewhere.

try to select stores doesn't load the stores to order from happens for days at a time over many years I still try to use it because I like hungry jacks I've never had a problem with the Macca's app, ever .so it has to be at least 300 times better, if not more! pick up your game hungry jacks

Terrible app compared to others offering the same service. Slow to load anything, especially the menu. Often had to do things multiple times. Struggles to find a location, especially when inside a store or its carpark. Hardly have HJs due to this app being difficult to use. Update: Tried it again and it took money from my account without sending the order to the store or giving me an order number. Waiting to be refunded, then will delete. McDonald's app is so much better, as it simply works.

App doesn't open lately. The last 4 times I've tried using it. It just stays on loading. It's updated and I've tried logging out and back in and now it just loads the log in screen. Guess I'll just use Maccas instead

App doesn't work at all with Google Pay. All it does is show a spinning circle for hours. If you close the app and reopen it, you lose your entire order and have to start again. App is the latest version, this needs to be fixed.

I'm completely pissed off so much for the app using your gps location to order at the correct store your at now I've got to drive 20mins in the opposite direction just pick up my order then drive 20mins back just to continue on the way I was driving.

The Hungry Jack's app is the poorest app of all the fast food services. It is extremely slow. So much so that a lag often turns into a frozen screen. The Maccas app doesn't seem to have these processing challenges.

unprofessional, slow, not user-friendly, by ordering something, many times i close the apps and either decide to order at counter or change mind. learn from McDonald. location must be selected automatically.

Downloaded it today. Very clunky. Tried to set my date of birth & the app would only allow you to set a birth date down to January 1st 1970 and to even do that you have to tap the arrow to decrease it, in my case some 58 years month by month as you cant type a date or jump to a certain year and month. So painful not having a calender that works correctly.

Your app needs to tell you what item is out of stock and have it greyed out so you can't select it instead of finding out when you go to pay for it. For example if particular drink is our of stock in a meal that option is greyed out. That way you don't need to redo the whole order to figure out what is not in stock.

slow, the poor app struggles to breathe. you feel so bad for the struggles of the app that the deals you get from the app sometimes isnt worth the effort. for such a major business you think the app would run a little smoother. crazy how you can run games on a phone yet opening a menu cause the app to break its legs.

Horrible. Slow, adding a deal to a cart you can't remove the item after, edit button doesn't work. Designed by the checkout staff themselves probably

The plant based whopper is never on shake and win, or in the daily deals. I'm getting low key sick of having to pay full price for the one menu item I can eat.

Doesn't load on occasions, also requires login again, while the correct password doesn't work all the time, requires user to reset the password from time to time.

Why do I have to sign in every time I open this app? No other app behaves like this. And you can't place order if location service is not allowed and it asks you for card security number every time. So many times I am already at the shop and the app still F's me around with placing the order!

there's no delivery, it takes you to door dash or uber and it's a lot more expensive, there's no point on the app anymore, ended up ordering Mecca's.

don't know if I first logged in using Facebook or email. I can't log in through Facebook. Facebook says it's untrusted. can't retrieve a password (nothing comes to my inbox). this app is essentially bricked now

Useless if you want it delivered. As soon as you try to get delivery it takes you to a completely different app like Uber Eats or Doordash. Even the prices are different.
