the app doesnt show. all the tickets bought. For example showed only one ticket for Magical Ice Kingdom while i bought 3 over 2 months ago. Same was with the wheel. Nearly bought 2 more tickets again but before buying again decided to check my e-mails from 2 months ago. This app is a fraud Do not use it for tickets. print them off instead

Terrible - every time I attempt to 'book' tickets via the app, it redirects you to another provider in the browser, if you move away from the browser, it closes everything down. I finally got the tickets but when paying, I needed to approve the transaction so it took me out of the browser, I now have a pending payment with my bank which hadn't been finalised. Horrendous app!!

DON'T BOTHER!!!!! DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!Should be an option for minus stars!!!!! Just to rate how terrible the app is absolutely the worst app I've ever downloaded!!!! Wish there was a way I can be compensated for waste of time and data!! All the app does is open up to a picture of winter Wonderland that's it! No other way to access anything else at all or do anything else!! You're downloading a picture!!! That's it!!! WORSE APP IN HISTORY!!!! Disgusting complete waste of time as other reviews say!!

why isn't the app loading, its staying on first page. all the things in background are moving but no menu or anything is loading. on s25 ultra

I don't usually write reviews but I thought it was important to share this one. The place isn't too bad but is very expensive and they have a very poor control on how many people they let in at a time. They push you to book in advance online so you can save with the entrance but be aware that if you go in the evening, is very likely that you won't have time to go to the attractions you have booked as the queues can get really big and they don't give your money back after you bought in advance

This might be the only app where I'd consider a refund of the data required to download. Took 5 attempts to make work, then couldn't find tickets despite me signing in on the same address, and then wouldn't search for them when put in reference and postcode. I can only assume this app is a practical joke pulled on all of us, it's that useless.

Great to have tickets on hand but little value for money. The app is great for accessing tickets but winter wonderland itself is over priced and over crowded. There are stalls all selling the same things and the queues are so long that pre booking tickets isn't worth it. Wouldn't go again.

Totally useless. Have tried installing it a couple of times and all it gives me is a pretty picture with no clue how to get any further! I see others have the same problem. Time for a rethink? As I only go to Winter Wonderland once, I can live without it! Have uninstalled.

Visiting the fare wasn't too bad, rides were also decently priced. And places to relax with fire pits were a plus. The bad side, food/ snacks are way over priced, not worth it. Worse at entrance they won't allow any food or even water. Gift and merchandise are extortion, ridiculously over priced. E.g a headphone ear warmer was £20, my wife wanted it but left disappointed. Best advice- just pay for ticket and visit. Pay there for rides and DO NOT buy food or merchandise.

DO NOT BOTHER. It's not possible to give zero stars. Absolutely NO POINT in using the app. Pay to go in & only pay for the rides you go on. Why give them your money in advance? They have a zero refund policy. Booked a time-slot, but the queue is over 1 hour long? No refund. Bad weather? No refund. Giant queue with children complaining of the cold? No refund. Advised to avoid the queue by the Stewards who work there? No refund. Contact customer services regarding your disappointment? No point.

Rips you off, removes admission tickets but takes money for other tickets. Ordered tickets for admission, and other attractions, reviewed my order, it applied the discount for admission tickets, paid and when the tickets arrived. No admission tickets were included. Had to pay for admission tickets again.

last year the app was amazing to book and hold all of the tickets we had. this year it just says "thank you for attending, see you next year" so I cannot book anything on it.

Worst possible experience at this place, prebooked tickets for several rides, spent 1 and a half in the queue in the very first, gave up after. Prepare for overpriced food, very long queues and rides worse than on your local summer fair

Have uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times, every time frozen on the opening screen (latest Android version). I dread to think how much they paid for this embarrassing app. No more customers for these cowboy developers!

total waste of time it can't find my tickets even when i enter the code an my post code as requested pretty, useless as it is now the 11th of December i assume I am using the "newer" version of the app the promoters comments say is better than the old one. STILL DOESN'T DO ANYTHING

Buggy and kept crashing. Was on the verge of not bothering especially with the increase in Peak Time and the arrival slots now only being 1 hour. Think this is the last year we will bother!

You have to book but then there are loads of community groups and charities that turn up, so you end up queueing hours, if don't turn up at start of 2hr slot you won't make it and will lose money. Never mind the paying customers, let the freeloaders on first

Largely pointless.....my tickets booked in September arent recognised. The map is so lacking in detail as to be useless, compared to previous years.
