was good till most recent update. now I can't sign in on my account from multiple devices. this becomes an issue because I have multiple devices. also if you are bidding from somewhere different you can't see your cars or hear them. Why would they do this? Many apps let you register multiple devices so they are known to the system. I am always on the go so sometimes I want to use my business phone, or my personal phone, or my laptop, or my Chromebook. this just seems very backwards. Fix it pleas

Most people who work at the yards are amazing. Everyone else that works in the sales section are crooked. Still possible to get a good deal on a wrecked car.

all is ok like to see the oil like to see if all the fluids are up when viewing online like to see vehicles that say run & drive move forward and backwards when running on video idle the engine up

For the price gouging buyers fees you would think the app was close to flawless. The app is so glitchy to the point that you have to literally log out and wait until you get to your desktop. The number two issues that are the most frustrating is when you are trying to update the distance the app continues to load and never allows us to plug in the distance. This app is not allowing me to pay with my Credit Card. You also can't have more than one device signed in to bid. This app has great potential if updated to the customers request is taken seriously.

Despite ripping off people with astronomical fees is showing only auctions in US, despite that I'm in UK.

This app has potential if only the developers can look into it " After tapping the accept option it doesn't go it stays there" The app is so buggy

terrible app. was ok, but then, with an update, they made it really bad. it just open the browser and the website instead of having their own app, but freezes all the time. better off just going through the website and separate browser. For the amount of money they charge fees off every sale, they definitely can afford to spend some funds and make the app good.

very glitchy app, every time you are scrolling and click on a vehicle to view after you are done it resets you to the top of the page or resets the whole search. plus it's kinda ridiculous that they are adding a pin code now to pick up the vehicles and the fees they charge are absolutely ridiculous now days. $15 environment fee we are the ones buying and recycling the cars we should be getting paid that. not mention the insane buyer fee insane mark up.

$200 membership fee is insane when just looking for one car.not helpful to public with broker fees and additional fees more suited for business

Horrible experience, I bought 2 cars here, they have fees for everything they can think of, I end up paying almost double my final bid, the forklift driver mess up the bottom side of the engine of one of the cars, and the other car had missing parts that were there before, they take no responsibility for anything, when I called they were rude and inconsiderate of my frustration, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy here.

They would get more business if their app wasn't so flawed. Today, I look roan update because my phone app and my IPad app keep crashing. Not the first time this has happened. All the while I have been outbid on 2 vehicles. I can't even access it to place a higher bid. The app needs some work. I've missed sales due to no notifications. Yet they charge so much in fees. I buy from private sellers more. This auction has far too many risks for a buyer that they need to cut a deal.

Ok so here we are 3 years later and still problems.. why would you remove the location from the sort option? I would like to look at all vehicles in all categories by closest to my zip, and that is no longer an option. No sound, and it crashes a lot. This app sucks, please fix it. When looking at cars it constantly starts over to the first car, so flipping annoying. Please fix this. If even pay if it actually had sound and worked properly.

Limited resources, it can't handle more than one auction at the time. If you are looking at auction list goes back to the beginning of the list if you add the Vehicle to your watch list. For the amount of data and money involved in the transactions deserve a better developed App.

Junk app!! I tried to sign up so I could use it like I do copart but the sign up process was impossible. You have to go back to your date of birth day by day which can take literally 20 or 30 minutes because you can't just enter it like a normal app so I did it and by the time I got done it had signed me out. Pretty much impossible to even use this thing. I guess I'll go back to copart. I heard they're cheaper anyways.

App is acting up again, for about a week. Multiple deletes and reinstalls, and nothing. Most vehicles, pictures won't show, and as you keep scrolling down, its only 1st 5-10 vehicles on the list that are circulating. Whatever the latest update IAA did clearly it is not working. please release another update. Issue is the same on the tablet and the phone

This app is broken. Needs to be functional before new features are done. One minute I can filter and cars come up and the next minute it will tell me no cars are available. It's very fustrating trying to use and find "get arounds" to actually use this app. And the cost calculator doesn't even work. Not to mention I paid for a membership and it has been 7 days and I still cannot bid on cars. The email stated my account would be verified in 24 hours. This company is a joke.

recently I had a bad experience with it, I won a vehicle and submitted my payment thru PayPal, the status change to paid, to be paid on the app, file a complaint and nobody answered or help me, they still charge me storage fee for a vehicle that already is paid in full, still waiting for them to answer me (note: this would be my 4th vehicle that I bought with them, be careful by submitting payments online I lost money with them.

Poorly made app that doesn't really function properly. I see reviews over 3 years old describing the issue of viewing a car and having to start at the top again after backing out. This is in a list of over 200 cars. Additionally, if you share a link to a vehicle with another person who also has the iaa app, it takes you to the iaa app in the Google Play store which is already installed on your phone. Useless. All issues are the same over multiple devices and accounts.

App won't let me log in, it will flash something real quick and start over.. I can go to website and log in but app won't recognize I'm logged in and won't allow me to log in. Plus if you ever search or look at your saved list when you look at a vehicle it starts over every time you go back. You have to jump hurdles just to register and then the fees are higher than anywhere else too. All the issues trying to log in didn't start until the last update took place my phone update 10/01/2021 FIX IT.
