I've just topped Up my Bonus Card with the app and it was so easy! I've been ill so unable to go out, but I wanted to make sure I had my savings for Christmas so I went into the app and was able to do it quickly and easily. Absolutely brilliant, got to make sure my Christmas savings are there for me to spend when the time comes. I'm a technophobe & a pensioner and even I could do it! If I can anyone can!

When it works, it's great, but it's majorly buggy. The latest issue is not being able to add an item to a basket without a popup telling me I've 'got to update an order' from months back that's already been delivered. I downloaded the app because, like other grocery apps, I hoped it will be more convenient than constantly logging into a website via a browser. Alas, this app is useless until this bug is fixed.

used to be able to order, used to show a timetable for day and time you want to book, could even book days in advance. but now it just says "No times slots available try again later" thats it. thought waiting a few days that it would be fixed. nope, still the same.

I used to be able to walk into any Iceland, show ID and get the seniors discount. Then they introduced their app and I've never had a discount since! They make you sign up for a bonus app to get a bonus card, but I've never got it. The app can't sign me up as I'm offline, except I'm not. I'm reading I'm offline whilst watching the changing ads for savings and bonuses. A page full of ads may be using up the bandwidth I need to download a card! it's an absolute joke. I want a Plastic card. 0*

cant add money to bonus card on app. Tried lots of times. Deleted cache. Restarted phone, all the usual things but just keep getting this message "We had some trouble connecting to our payment systems. Please try again later." Please sort this out.

I've been trying to get a bonus card set up but keep getting the error message... ''Something went wrong. We weren't able to create your card. Please try again later...'' Can someone from the Iceland team please help?

Not impressed with the bonus card. I went and done everything right and signed up no problem, but when I go to check the info from my last shop, using the temp card I got from the store, it keeps saying I'm offline. I'm not offline cause I'm here right now writing this. I tried to phone their customer service which according to the app, should be open till 8pm, it's now 7pm and the lines closed. Very disappointing welcome for a new customer.

app constantly glitching . last order showing as still waiting to be delivered so impossible to order next delivery weeks later . Sometimes shows I am not online even though I definatley am . getting fed up of having to reinstall everytime I want to order . Oh and can never check previous orders . Also why do iceland choose to pick your order from a small store when the bigger store is literally up the road and has more choice .. when it came from there originally it just makes no sense .

very slow running. when buying through offers like 10 for 10 easy teas it use to count them up and would say you got it then if you added another 10 it would say got it again but not anymore it now takes me longer to do my shop online as I have to go through everything to make sure im getting the right amount of items for the offer. Also you will click on an item it will add to basket your scroll down and its removed itself. id have items I knew I clicked on not show up to home. Its a tiring app

App isn't great, it's slow & everytime I click on the bonus card option it says I'm not connected to the Internet when I am. It should be like other store apps where you can edit the order before a certain time lapses & something needs to be done about the numerous plastic bags you get handed at delivery.

Not getting push notifications to my app inbox at all for the past 2 days. Have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Toggled notifications on and off. Am getting email offers daily so I'm stumped. But cant access any help.*THE EMAIL ADDRESS LISTED HERE FOR APP SUPPORT DOESN'T EXIST JUST BOUNCES BACK*

Why are supermarket apps this bad? Attempting to access the bonus card section after logging in immediately tells me I'm offline even though I'm clearly not (I just logged in!). No card is linked, and even the website's "Join Bonus Card" button is utterly non-functional. This isn't just a minor glitch; it's a fundamental UX failure. The idea that the solution is 'call the support line and navigate numbered menus before speaking to a script-reading robot' is unacceptable. Fix this for god's sake.

The app is slow, crashes and won't let you sign back in. difficult to find what you want. you lose your shopping slot cos it takes that long.checkout takes ages cos it keeps going to items what you don't want. trying to get you to buy more and it wouldn't let me sign in to PayPal. worst shopping experience ever.and to top it off items out of stock get refunded to your bonus card instead of bank card.

Does no one from Iceland read these comments. Like others, since I have downloaded it and reinstalled it three times but it still say I'm offline so cannot open it and to try when I'm back online. I know I'm online because all my browsers and apps are working alright. It's Just the Iceland app that's not working correctly. Please sort it out.

Absolutely most ridiculous, time wasting & useless app I have ever came across. My bonus card was blocked online & instore at the till. Phoned customer services who cancelled all existing bonus cards registered under my name & issued a new physical card via post. On arrival I phoned to activate & register it. I was assured over the phone it was all set up. Tried linking it on the app today & it keeps telling me I'm offline & it cant find my bonus card number. I am not offline, the app is bugged

I shop at Iceland every week. As an 80 year old, I get to the actual store as often as I can but shop online if I'm not feeling too energetic. I've been a very satisfied customer for the last 15 years and remember when they sold only what I call junk food. Now,of course, their food choice is superb...everything I require to cook meals from scratch every day. Service is brilliant.. deliveries arrive always on time,even in foul weather. Frozen foods are first class for quality and price. Recommen

Iceland app. Very useful, top it up every month, store not too far. You do get reduced stuff in store, reductions made my Xmas 2025. Pork for £2, beef cubes for £2, etc. Minus points is stuff is not much cheaper stuff, prices are going up! Useful to have. Lidl app gave me a FREE birthday donut voucher for end Jan 26, a nice bonus. Iceland, gave ME ZERO! Up your game! UK 🇬🇧⚽👜

absolutely so frustrating,tried to place an order 3 times , got to the very end and added my card payment details , it started spinning as it was authorising payment and then cleared and cleared everything out of the basket and left me on the delivery page , very poor app .....lost me as a customer

Dont use the options often now, as they have become expensive with their buy 3 for 2 etc. Stopped using delivery, shopping for single person is £40! However I use the senior citizens 10% discount on tuesdays, after choosing offers online.

Am disabled. Lost entire basket I've been gradually adding to over the past month right before checkout. Cannot get food now. Website basket is linked. Website signs you out constantly. Had to pause due to almost constant pain flare ups. If you add an item right after it forgets you and sign in it replaces everything in basket with item. No option to roll back to actual basket. Insane web dev decision. Main issue is the website but this is only place to warn. V unsafe for disabled people to use.
