5 stars!! OLYMPICS !! Really usefull when they don't show the match I want on TV. Downloaded it at 6:15 this morning for Slovakia match! Go Slafkovsky! I LOVE the fact we see in between hockey periods! For the first time I'm able to see what's going on during that time !! And also during the publicity break, well that app barely takes a break !! Thanks alot!

Video ads freeze and I can never get back to my program. Worse, if I start it over, it's uneasy to fast forward to where I was by clicking on the progress bar (more ads show up). 😥 Too bad because I love the selection as a francophone! I noticed the same issue happens if I choose to watch on the Ici Tou.TV website instead. The only time ads never freeze is when I watch live programs. I've ended up switching to the CBC (English) app because it never fails.

When I initially tried to cancel my membership, it popped up a window offering to only pay $3.99/month for six months. I accepted the offer and chose to not cancel my membership at that time. Comes the next invoice, I was charged the usual price of $6.99/month. Let me tell you that I cancelled that membership ASAP (ironically the same $3.99/month offer popped up, which I declined). It's just $3 but I actually feel robbed...

Very frustrating app. I use it on my tv through Firestick. When it's not trying to buffer every 20 seconds, it logs me out saying there was a connection problem and to try later or it says that I have to be suscribed to tou.tv extra which I am, I pay a monthly subscription to have unlimited access and to top it all off I have commercials sometimes. I say sometimes because If I unplug and restart everything there are no commercials but at some point come back. I have tried everything from clearing data and cache, unplugging the tv, firestick, router, there is nothing I haven't tried and the problems just continue. I have contacted technical support with no help at all. We really would like to watch the available content from this app but it is next to impossible to get through one episode without finally giving up and going to Netflix or Amazon Prime where there are no issues at all. Worst part, can't even talk to someone over the phone, only through email. I would appreciate being able to resolve all these issues but I am losing hope. If it continues like this I will have to unsuscribe. Very disappointing because there are numerous excellent series to watch on this app.

I am very disappointed. It was very difficult to register. It kept giving me connection issues. After so many tries I got it to work only to find that all shows are behind a pay wall. You have to pay a subscription to be able to use this app. I don't recommend it. Save yourself the frustration and don't bother.

Update: I can now pay with Google Play cards instead of needing a credit card, but I still want downloads due to my unstable Wifi. Old review: This app crashes a lot, especially if WiFi is unstable, which wouldn't be so bad if it could find where it left off. Also, it can use up your ph data very quickly. Use wifi & turn off your data to be sure. Also, French CBC should include English captions. Matching French captions help me practice Fr.

The only legit version available for Android TV is old and buggy. Once a video is launched, it's impossible to move forward or rewind. I had to sideload a more recent APK version available for other Android devices in order to fix it. TOU.TV folks update your product across the platforms! Another option is to avoid the apps at all cost and access TOU.TV from the browser.

Majority of tv shows are restricted by a lock only available with a subscription which I understand but no way to find where to subscribe. I even sign within an account and still can't watch any of the good programs it's really a shame. I like it so far and I want it to watch several interesting Quebecer and local shows but how without knowing where to have un "abonnement"?? Also if you try to watch it on your cellphone the amount of ads are crazy but if you broadcast it on your tv it's ok not that many ads but again just a few shows available ... Fix it pls Brodcast is not working disconnected before I can watch the tv show

Doesn't support Picture-in-Picture (PiP) on Android.. In today's multitasking era, it's surprising that this app lacks the PiP feature, especially when other platforms like YouTube, Crave, and Prime offer it. While the app has shown improvements, the absence of this feature is a significant drawback, especially considering the rise of flip/fold phones.

Days ago, subtitles (CCs) stopped working on Chromecast. I contacted the customer service by their contact page. I have received a ticket number for it. Waiting for updates.

The service is great, but the application for Android TV just does not work very well. It’s buggy, prone to crashing, and will randomly disconnect you from your account and won’t let you reconnect until you restart your tv.

When I try to cast from my iPad to my Hisense tv only the ads works after 5 second of the actual Olympics the casting crash. On my one plus 7T I am able to cast but my phone backlight keeps opening and closing without reason. I can't even unlock my phone after casting I need to reboot my phone Sad to see that the app is not on point for the Olympics

- keeps signing me out. Incredibly frustrating and I'll probably cancel after this month alone because I don't have 10 minutes of frustration available to me every other week. - should have full screen/tilt features like YouTube. - I wish I could see the time on my phone when I press the pause button. - finding shows is a chore. You can't find La Maison Bleue if you simply type either "maison" or "Bleue;" you have to type "La maison." 💩 - no suggestion algorithm. Edit: lol@response in French💩

For some reason subtitles are not available when using Chromecast from your application. I have watched a series before via the app on Chromecast, and subtitles were available then. Not sure why this is no longer the case.

The app works well for me. It hasn't crashed or lagged at all. The only criticism I have is that I wished it would save my viewing progress when I hit the back button. I sometimes forget to hit the pause button and then have to figure out where I was in the episode.

Unable to fast forward when casting or resume from the time I started casting if I was watching on my cell. While the iphone app is able to do so, when casting on a Chromecast 🤦🤦 Feature parity isn't even on iphone / android.

I like the app but, like the other RadioCan apps, it requires you to login every so often which gets annoying. Hence -1 star! The content is greaf and I don't mind 5 ads if it means I can watch good shows for free.

Please enable Chromecast subtitle... Contacted support... Waiting to see if it could be resolved! New version released (may 22).. Not fixed yet. Can't Beleive it's so hard to fix something that was working not too long ago.. Finally, it's resolved!

Chromecast keeps loading never plays. Sent numerous email to their customer service. They only copy paste answers. Been over 3month now still not fixed. Asked them to cancel and refound and they keep ignore and keep billing.

I got 4 - 30 seconds ad to watch prior to starting an episode on my paid subscription. Now I'd understand the ads if I wasn't paying. But ads on a paid subscription? Corporate greed at its best. Shameless nonsense!
