They keep moving around the "request my vehicle" feature which has to be what their customers do most. In the most recent version it looks like it was removed entirely. The instructions on the website haven't been updated, though. The rest of the app is a confusing mess of loops and tangles.

The App does NOT provide a link to request your vehicle. The company took away text-4-car phone number, and "replaced" it with this app. Except the App does NOT provide a link to request your car. The garage staff knows the App does not work, and they have no solution except "call customer service". Really? Just to access your car?

Used this app for years with no issue. But in the last couple of months, it would show a price for a garage.. and then when you click the garage, THE PRICE WILL INCREASE AUTOMATICALLY! Why show one price only to have it change for no reason. I've emailed Icon about this 3x with screenshots and no response.

App doesn't recognize my account. Won't let me enter account info. With all the telephone numbers to Icon, none have customer service reps. You either get a busy signal or a recording saying no one is available and the voicemail box is full. Emailed customer service. I received a response email saying they will get back to me within 5-7 business days. However, it may take more than 10 business days! Zero Customer Care!

When I first downloaded the app it worked great. Now the coupon feature doesn't work. Then the find my vehicle don't and bunch of features don't work. I had to sign up as a member to her the discount. This app has a glitch. I no longer get texts when I get to the garage and it bumped my car out of the app

No bargain I'm in the construction trade in NYC so I start work at 6am sometimes 5am alot of these icon lots not open at these times. Some are but that means I would have to walk 10 to 20 blocks what good is that. And when you put in for a time like during early bird special it doesn't give any discount some of these special prices are insane $25 to $30 or even more. Maybe i would use this app more often if they would give construction workers a better price. Ps that's why I use the park Hero

These guys started adding "Convinience Fee" of $2 to use their app to book. There was no cost this whole time. The reason to use the app is because the app allows coupons and the garages don't. I'd you are going to charge $2, at least make the app work properly and consistently.

Have your reservation confirmation email handy or a screenshot of it with the confirmation number. I checked the app before setting out in the morning, but when I arrived, the reservation was not available in the app as either current or past.

Ever since ICON launched the new version of its App, it is impossible for monthly account holders to request their vehicles online. Parking in NYC costs more than most people in the rest of the country pay for rent.....and this is what you get for your money.

Just installed the app on my new android. Terrible. Keeps changing my dates after repeated attempts to fix it. Some really close spots were blacked out for pricing. Suggested non icon parking lots. Trash. Not happy.

Terrible app, hard to adjusting date and time. The discount does not work, and prices at Icon parking locations are cheaper when using other apps. Ridiculous!

Icon used to have an app that worked. Then they updated! This app is terrible. One has to search over and over again in order to find the garage that you know is across the street. Whoever was in charge of upgrading this app should be fired.

Since the app update you don't get the 10 percent discount anymore. Now they charge convenience fee and no discount for having an account. They want you to pay for monthly parking to get 10% now

I used tte app to book and pay for a spot. when i got there the next morning imwas told the car park was full. Made me late for my appointment. Customer service number rings out. Defears the purpose.

used to use this all the time in nyc. it was great, but now there it's no option for coupons and app won't allow me to set these time. useless. can't use icon anymore

It's helpful and good. Because of the discounts and coupons, I only use Icon parking when driving into the city.

The app is very easy to use. Icon parking is the best place to park your car. You never have to worry about your car getting damaged and the service is fast.

The upgraded app keeps crashing, I'm not able to book a reservation. I used to love this app! Not so much right now. I deleted the app and reinstalled but still not working

My vehicle requests no longer appear in my current requests list. Therefore, i cannot edit them or cancel them

Takes about 10 clicks to find and request my car for pickup. Used to be one click. Who designed this app?
