I enjoy this app a lot! Couple reasons why I only give it 3 stars: At times the app doesn't allow me to watch shows/episodes that my TV provider qualifies me to watch Also, the amount of commercials is ridiculous! There's no way to skip them either. I'm already paying for a TV subscription (which is what allows me to watch anything on the app) so I don't think we should HAVE to watch so many ads or commercials on the app. I would give the app higher rating if the amount of ads were reduced!

Love ID and I love this app! My TV subscriber doesn't even have 1/8 of what this app has. When you choose a show to watch and open it up to pick an episode, it says that there is no content. I can watch this everywhere and watch what I missed, or revisit an old episode, or even watch a series that's no longer made. I'm not in love with the commercials, but regular TV has commercials and this is free, so......

I use the free version of the app, yeah, I'm cheap. That said, I love this app. The free episodes are great, and for the quality of viewing, the commercials don't bother me. And I can still binge watch for hours with the shows available. The app also lets me pause and come back to shows later and pick up right where I left. Nicely done - 5 well deserved stars!

I don't think they realize how long 3 minutes (some are 4+) of commercials is when you're on a phone, tablet or streaming... It's an ETERNITY. I LOVE ID shows, but i actively try to find ANY other way to view them. The App & their On Demand is the worst option. You have extremely long commercial breaks and they are mind numbingly repetitive. They play the exact same commercials every single 3+ min break- and they have a LOT of breaks.

Love this app! My only issue are some times the commercials are 6 minutes long... I understand in order for it to be free to Us there are Ads, but 6 minutes is a little long... And sometimes certain episodes won't start, it just keeps saying "Your show will start in a moment" but doesn't... Other than the some times Ad issue, You're doing a Wonderful Job, Keep Up The Good Work... Thanks!

I like it, but it needs to fix a few issues. 1. Ad repetition is enough to prefer poking my eyeballs with needles. I don't mind the ads but once it played the same commercial 4 times in a row. FOUR! That's insane. 2. Unlike Netflix, it doesn't appear to adjust playback according to the speed of an internet connection. All it takes is for my phone to ring to slow it down. Especially with Chromecast, which is what I use. 3. There is NO way at all to pause playback when using Chromecast. Why? I can't understand the reason behind that. It very much SHOULD allow pausing video. 4. The app often freezes and is slow. The playback is perfect though so long as your internet connection is fast. I live the RV life so I use my phone's hotspot to connect to the internet. What's bad about that is that my connection varies according to location and distance of a cell tower. ID IS wrongly ASSUMING that our connections are pretty consistent. Trust me, there are a LOT of us that don't have that luxury. All in all, I love the app but it really needs to be more friendly.

I love this app for the most part and there's lots of free content. I just wish you could minimize the screen to send a text etc if need be. Also, if you do need to multitask on your phone, make sure the commercials are done playing all the way first. Otherwise much of the time you'll be stuck sitting through a full break again. Lastly, if you could fix the "retry operation" button so that it actually works, that would be great.

Although this app my fave, I've given it 3⭐s. First, too many commercials. Two minutes in and commercials lasting 2 minutes pop up, frequently. Second, there's no rewind/fast forward button. If you want to go back or skip ahead, you got to start all over...commercials included. Third, having to sign-in thru cable/satellite provider. Wish there was another option. Don't have either then, some episodes are locked. Last, having to sign-in as if I've never registered. Pls fix this.

Not a great app, but the show's are great if you like true crime. The app is missing a lot of things standard to streaming apps: You can only fast forward to where the commercial breaks would be, even in the paid version. It is not good at keeping track of where you are in an episode, I haven't had it do so once in the time I've been using it. It does not start the next episode automatically or even ask if you want to start the next, just goes to the idle screen when a show is over.

It's a really good app to catch up on some of the shows I miss but dang their are sooo many commercials. I feel like I'm watching commercials with a little bit of each show thrown in on their break and the old excuse of the commercials pay for the app is bull because you need a cable service to watch the app and we're paying for that.

The app is bad. Slow and sluggish. There is an insane amount of ads. Like way more than there needs to be not to mention the constant repeating of the same ads, sometimes back to back. The casting option has a 50% success rate. Just a bad application overall. Update: as of 8/23/19, app still has all the same issues.

I have a lot of network apps and this is by far the worst. The only reason I tolerate it is because I love the network so much. I have a Galaxy S8+ and if a call or text comes in or I switch apps, I have to close the app entirely to get the show to start again. Many times it will lock my phone up entirely, it takes a few minutes to at least make the buttons available to minimize it so I can close it. I also use Chromecast and it's the only app that doesn't automatically disconnect.

The best video streaming app! Idk who your software engineers are but they should be hired to make all video apps. I almost never have any issues with this app playing shows even when I barely have any cell reception in a concert building. My only complaint would be that the featured show notification won't go away unless you click on it. I wish there was an "x" for it instead.

Love the shows!! Hate all the long, repetitive commercials. Maybe do a set at the beginning of episode, than once in middle and once at the end of the episode? Also it keeps crashing!! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to my tablet. Yet it still keeps crashing!! Signals fine. Tablet is fine. Than I have to start all over and find the show I'm watching again. It's not just there. I have to use the search engine. Very frustrating please fix

I'm giving three stars for content. I'm able to watch the Jon Benet case before it airs tonight. I understand the need for commercials, but they are too often, much too long (over 3 minutes, really??? 3 minutes!!!), and the same ones over and over. Won't be watching that often. You get 3 minutes of commercials interspersed with 2 minutes of programming. Will be deleting. update July 2019 reinstalled... Livestreaming, did as you open app there are commerciale..7 minutes, totaling 11 ads!!!!

I love the shows, but the way the app determines whether you have an xfinity cable subscription or not doesn't work correctly. It seems like it's supposed to leave you logged in for a while, but it logs you out after a couple of days. If you have xfinity and move between two places (and I do) you have to be at the correct one to use the app. It will not let you log in manually. This is very frustrating because I have access to a cable subscription that includes ID, but I can't get it to let me log in. If I'm at the house with ID, great. If not, it won't let me enter my information manually, so I'm out of luck until I change sites again. If the app kept you logged in for a couple of weeks, that would work as well, but within two days I'm logged out.

More times than none the app doesn't work. You tap the app to open it up and it has the circle going round and round and it won't open. I'll even let it go for 5 - 10 minutes and still nothing. Tried deleting the app then reinstalling it, nothing works. It just comes on when it wants to. Please fix this, I like watching this channel and it's frustrating when it won't work, thank you

I would gladly give this app 5 stars with ease if only it would stop logging me out and then when I log back in I get some kind of error message. It's not from forgetting my password or email address on the provider site. It's something with the app itself. I send feedback via email with no response. I usually use the app to watch while cooking or to catch up on missed shows. Please help. 12-8-18 Still no response and the app is still acting then same. It will work for awhile and then it's back to the same old issues. Please get it together and at least respond when people have issues. I've submitted emails via the site as well as leaving a review here. Do something. Please.

This is supposed to be the "GO" app. As in watching on the "GO". But instead of watching the show I want to watch on the Go, I am watching 4 minutes of commercials. NOBODY WANTS TO WATCH THE SAME AMOUNT OF COMMERCIALS ON THEIR PHONE AS THEY DO ON TV! In fact every time a commercial comes on I usually just stop watching altogether because I don't want to listen/watch 3-5 minutes of commercials on my phone. ESPECIALLY when we can't minimize the screen like other streaming apps!

Never ending ads. I'll get a 3 minute commercial break and when it gets back to what I'm watching, it says that the video isn't available. Then I get a Max ad and when that ends, instead of starting the episode, it plays another 3 minute commercial. This happens every. single. episode. Not worth paying for any of this.
