Good way to casually see homes in Spain. It's frustrating, however, when the seller does not post adequate photos of the surrounding neighborhood. That's not the application's fault and it appears that privacy concerns limit what can be shown. Tough to balance. Anyway, it's the best application I have seen for Spain.

Easy to use, you can find what you are looking for. There are several features I like about this app. You can draw your interest area on a map. You can pick your max and minimum prices, size, type of house. Makes it possible to narrow down what you like. The daily email updates come in handy too.

There are many different places where you can find or see some great ideas when it comes to properties. This one is my favorite because of all the possibilities you can find. You can create your own search area on a map, or you just write down a preferred location and click. Simple.

That's really annoying that the taken down listing just disappear from your favorites and you can't even see what's no longer available.

Nicely presented properties. Includes all of the search criteria that I want, including pets, which are not included in other searches. I wish more of the Immobilare properties were listed here. I like this search app better.

Was good but the municipality borders lines are way to bold and distracting. Any way of being able to tone them down? Can't even find country border's or roads because the municipality border lines stand out way to much.

It's easy to use. I got room for rent from this app. I think there should be some option to rate the speed of response of landlords through app, because some landlords never reply through queries. I'm happy that I found a nice room and got a nice landlord through this app

I can't recommend this app. almost all of the postings here charge more than expected. you got a match but charges almost 3 times the price. so unreasonable.

I love the filters, the ease of use of the app and the clear imagery. The platform is updated regularly with new properties. The price drop notification is brilliant.

Very helpful and explains each property fully (costs, what is included and what is not). They give you a map so you can see exact location.

Very easy to use the app and set a search area. There's so many properties to suit all budgets that it's difficult to choose.

i hate it like when you see some posting they never answered one my message until day after day its gone on the listing!

oct 2025 update: this app is just awesome. geolocation, search by telephone, draft contracts, reports are all excellent feature. wishlist is search by image. I want to take a picture of a building and ask if there are any apartments available or likely to be available soon. Coming from windowsphone I can't tell you how grateful I am for this app. I can deal with a few random crashes although I personally haven't experienced any. The 4.3 rating is not fair it deserves a 5

(as of 10/2025) Easy and safe. Realtors are quick to respond after posting a message about their property. The app's search capability is extremely easy. Sometimes when searching for a property with a 'sea view', real estate agents are too generous when they say "this has a sea view", but that is not necessarily the fault of the app.

The new map is horrible. whos idea was it to make municipality highlight whenever the mouse moves.

It's missing any sort of check that the properties are not a scam, as for the rest it's pretty solid

Links that follow to this app open the main screen or a previous posting. This is very annoying.

enjoy the format and the search and filter function , you are able to specially search for what you want within your budget. I found my dream farm in Portugal through the idealista APP.

This App and site has all the up to date properties available, very unlike some apps with property for sale on there site, but in reality sold many months ago,very easy to navigate
