I really enjoyed the book that I just finished and even though the ads are only 30 seconds between chapters the chapter sometimes seem really short so I'm always watching an ad or just putting my phone down until it was over. I don't know if I'll be keeping this app because I don't know if I can handle staying up till 3 or 4 trying to get through a novel because of all the ads. I refuse to pay to read a book more than once.. I have a couple apps that I pay a small yearly fee or per book.

The book keeps stopping or freezing randomly. And don't try to tell me to take pictures or record my screen. It all happens RANDOMLY! Your last update, on Aug 2 2023 did nothing to fix your apps problem. This needs to be fixed, the proper way, and not lying and saying that it was fixed by the last update! I will be trying to find this book on a different app! Your "customer service" sucks! I have asked for all the money I paid to read this book to be refunded to me. I got ignored!

There are a decent amount of audiobooks to choose from but it's annoying and takes a while to find one that has a reader voice that is not irritating to my head and that has a decent amount of free chapters to build up the plot I don't want to spend time on an audiobook that has only 2-4 free chapters and usually ranges from 5-7 minutes per chapter and when I do get interest in a book it's annoying how little coins I can get without buying i just wanna lissen to the book . Pls fix this 😔

This app takes hours to award time bonuses no matter how many times it's reported it is corrected. I shared the app in the beginning I've even paid to top of my coins then come to find the ones I shared the app with who have not paid to top off are dealing with the same issues for time bonuses to be awarded but they are also charged less per ch than I am in almost all books that we've each read brought this to their att as well & my online support chat was immediately deleted & never addressed

I love the app it has the best stories and it even has the option to let you have a daily Check in for free unlocks for the stories .but my only problem is that it has a time Check in that doesn't work properly it's supposed to give me free tickets to continue the stores after so many minutes pass by until the next day but "15 minutes " could be 4 hours or never if that was fixed the app would be 5 stars

First of all, you need to watch your coins and bonuses to make sure they are being registered. Secondly, they have a Spark subscription option that looks like it's instead of purchasing coins. It's not. I've had subscriptions on other audiobook apps. I read the TOS first to see what it was and it didn't say anything other than it was a subscription service. It's PORN and has nothing to do with regular books. BEWARE!!! I'm still waiting for them to email me about a refund for porn I won't use.

I know the preface of this app is that its audio books but if there could be an option for those of us who retain info better when we can read it that would be great. There are stories that really interest me on here and I really wanna read them but I space out to much to listen to it as an audio so if you could program it with a reading option that would be appreciated. Thanks

Way way too expensive. $100 to finish just one book I started? No thanks. Audibles is way more affordable and the books there have been edited for grammar and spelling mistakes. I work too hard to hand over hundreds every month just to read a few books. That's insane!!!

Great stories but to pricey, I wouldn't buy a book in a store that cost as much as a book on here. Luckily I found the book I was listening to on a different app. I keep seeing mentions of reading rewards but I don't receive any free coins. I Won't be spending any more on this app.

I can't believe you want people to pay the kind of money you want for this I in it $60.00 now and in order to finish it (according to the amount of coins required to pay for this I would have to come up with another $300.00 and the adio isn't good at all it becomes very annoying when a woman tries to initiate a man's voice. So no I will not pay another penny for this. I could buy a whole lot of book for the price you want for this. The stories in it's self is a really good and well put together

Got hooked through an ad but never got to the part that hooked me as I'm not spending that kind of money for an audio book that the narration is subpar on. The story seemed well written but the narration was robotic and only the beginning of the book could be unlocked for free.

I love this app it is so nice to just be able to listen without having extra stuff to read to get rewards to listen.ok so now I'm changing from 5 stars to 2 because I have asked the same question for 2 weeks with no answer to the question I asked. they said they appreciate me contacting them but I would like my question answered. my phone is a new one that is up to date so I feel like there is no reason why I can't get redeem codes I used to maybe I should just delete and forget.

Love everything definitely about alpha and mates 18+ 💕 But the cost to finish a book is getting to expensive! And I getting frustrated with the cost if u pay 50$ or more the rest of a book or chapter should be free after a certain amount spent that should be enough $ for authors as more than 1 person pays not everyone rich but thus ready has become everyone only way of relaxing stress relief I use the reading to honestly stay sober! And help me focus but prices should be cheaper 4 users topup

Would give 5 stars except they limit the number of chapters you can open with bonus coins making mandatory to pay when it says the books are free and when they respond they don't address what I mentioned. It's not waiting on free coins it is that you can't open more than 20 chapters unless you pay out of pocket somewhere

This was a great app up to the point they changed the narrator to a guy who couldn't pronounce the words he was reading and it killed the story for me. I made it to the 2nd book and can't continue past the first chapter do to the narrator being a moron.

Much, much better than my last review. Expensive stories and sometimes takes forever to recognize tasks getting done so I can collect bonus credits for more listening, but it is definitely an improvement over my last experience in January 2023. Thank you for the updates, and keep improving the app. I'll stay a loyal customer as long as you continue to be loyal to your public and fix whatever needs fixing. Thank you again.

Some books wont unlock to new chapters. Some books get stuck in the middle of a chapter and don't finish. The stories that I have started are great as far as I was able to go. But I hate not being able to finish a story I'm on. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Then I will leave a better review.. Thanks

I like the stories But 1)If I purchase an episode with coins then I can't purchase the next ones with bonuses it won't let you 2)IF I have a couple coins but not enough to purchase an episode and I have over 400 bonuses it won't let you purchase the episode with the bonus 3)Twice I have spent $20 to listen to episode's BOTH TIMES a BIG CHUNK has gone missing IF YOU GO TO HELP IN THE APP THE ONLY HELP YOU GET IS TO SELECT A QUESTION AND IT'LL GIVE YOU ANSWER BASED ON THE QUESTION SELECTED

I love it. Just wish there was a way to pay one price for both things instead of two separate subscriptions. now when I go into the app I don't see the spark zone subscription

It's way too expensive!! You can't listen without coins, but it gives you tons of bonuses. Only catch is you can't even use your bonuses to listen. Not worth even downloading.
