IndiaMART - B2B Marketplace

Not intuitive at all, I just wanted to look at a few things and I got constant messages from people from India asking me what I wanted etc. I couldn't figure out how to delete the messages, as I didn't want to send any in the first place. It doesn't show verified sellers as it states, and every time I attempted yo click on an item, I stated getting messages from Sellars. What an awful app.

Very bad experience IndiaMART I faced a serious issue with a seller where the ordered quantity was not available, and I immediately requested cancellation and refund. Despite this, the order was still processed and shipped without my consent. The seller kept delaying the refund and even mentioned extra charges that were never agreed upon. I contacted IndiaMART customer service, but they did not help and closed the ticket without resolving my problem. It felt like they were supporting the seller

Effective for finding products but truly a confusing User Interface which leads to mistaken communications and responses from sellers for products you don't want. Tbe app is not intuitive at all. I guess this is why most vendors prefer to use WhatsApp once you find them.

Great app for business sourcing! IndiaMART is very useful for finding suppliers and wholesalers across India. It’s easy to search for products, compare prices, and directly contact sellers. The interface is simple and responses from suppliers are usually quick. Very helpful for small businesses and bulk purchases. Highly recommended.❤️

Would like to rate jn minus if available. INDIAMART is not for startup businesses coz they will not give relevant leads and when askex they will say your product wont have requirement today so we have given you suggested leads. Think 1000 times before taking paid package of this company. Absolutely not worth it.

This is a useless website. you keep messaging sellers and they just ignore you. they see your message and never get back to you. for some you keep giving them your requirement and they keep sending catalog links why are people on this?

I love this app good for my business use use but I just want you guys to make its interface look good too like I want a option to see random products that I might be interested to buy. overall an excellent app 😃

I found it very interesting and came across products very rarely found in the local market, things very useful and helpful. Thanks for making this app very useful and customer friendly.

It's supposedly a B2B, but most inquiries are from retail customers. And the package you're told is different from the actual package. Totally fraudulent.

I was in love with this app few months before. But recently they have made some changes to the app and I could hardly find any suppliers there. Even the 6 -7 Suppliers whose names are shown are selling at Retail price rather than at wholesale price. Very disappointed with the recent Changes. Previously where I used to find my trustworthy wholesale suppliers aren't even available there anymore!

Very Good Platform. One Suggestion - Kindly Enable the User to Delete Any of His Requirements if presently he doesn't need it. Otherwise Very Good and Supportive Platform.

Customer care doesn’t understand anything when I call… they can’t understand what I’m saying. It’s just the worst. Now, when I try to send a message from the app, it says “Validate your business with a GST number.” Even after I enter my GST number, it keeps showing the same thing. I have taken 1 yearly service of Rs. 35000, I have deactivated it since last 2 months, these people have not corrected it till now, neither the account manager does anything nor the customer care, on mailing I only get one mail, response will come in 24 to 48 hours, please if anyone takes their service then clear everything, their one month service is of Rs. 3450, they spoiled my 2 months, after that they are still not responding, very bad service, very bad

Bad experience & found it's a scam!!! People pls don't use this fake app, because I wasted ₹34K for one year subscription, but not even a single deal was confirmed, It shows a fake leads, for which if we contact the buyer there is no actual buyer, people who search in Google, this app collects data from Google & giving us as a fake leads. Totally Indiamart is a scam!!!

even though The app notifications are set to silent and the phone itself is set to silent this is the only app among thousands of apps that still make noise! I sent an email to appcare but did not receive any reply. shameful really.

how to stop annoying sound notification? It sounds from earpiece during calls. This is quite irritating.

fraud. be alert they are cheating with bots. you will get notifications for leads. but when you open the app it will show leads expired. bcz they are playing with bots. I paid too much amount to indiamart but im not getting any leads. go for digital marketing like meta ads and seo ads. dont pay any amount to this frauds hi everyone after this review their mangers called us and still they are not proving past leads are bot or not. people please don't buy they are big frauds.
