Great way to review products and get things complimentary. I love it. The app does need a little work, to where any bar code can be scanned to be reviewed (some do not read), and now the adding media is acting up at least for me. But I love the company and the app is good. For as much as it does and has done in such a short time it is growing and getting better. Thank you Influenster.

At first I wasn't too pleased with this app but after some time and keeping up with all my reviews and taking pictures of products, I'm getting better offers. I even had to turn down a free washer or dryer by may tag, the new ones, because I don't have space for it- crazy when you turn down a free washer or dryer!! just keep with it and give honest reviews with pictures, and always connect your social media!! it matters a lot to have your socials connected and be involved!!

The app is alright, but can send delayed notifications about claims and can use a lot of battery. I can't view what's required of me for Instagram posts without the app automatically submitting it to be checked (when I haven't posted anything yet). There's still no fix for the horrible picture crop that removes almost half of the view for the picture(s) you took.

App has gone downhill over the last few years. Doesn't seem to work for me any longer, sadly. Still can't find a solution with Support to get Instagram to connect after 1+ years. It worked with no issues when I first joined, but after a handful of updates, it just refused to connect. The newest update seems like it has booted me out completely. App didn't load at all. Uninstalled then reinstalled and now I can't login or reset password, I'm "blocked". Tier 9 user and would love to continue.

I like the app, it's easier to manage your profile. The problem that I have is with lists. Sometimes I post pictures and my description for the item and once I save it and try to go back to see it. It's no longer there. It makes it hard to see what your typing when you have a long review. 4/30/19 The app has improved a lot. It's easier to post reviews and see your badges and profile. Some of the things still take long to upload.

Update: Received a broken product and never got a response from customer service after a month. Now I'm not getting offers anymore... Previous update: Some of the errors have been fixed, and I've finally gotten some campaigns. I still miss Tryit as offers are much less frequent. And, I would prefer to be able to view offers and write reviews on a computer rather than an app. Not a fan of the update with prices and what everybody else is getting. But, at least I am getting the notifications now.

I love influenster! Not only do I get to check out others thoughts on different things, especially makeup and beauty items, but I can add my own thoughts. Plus the coolest thing is you can get vox boxes sometimes! Get to try really cool things for free! Just give your honest opinion on the app or instagram, etc. That's it. Often you get full size products! Which right now who couldn't use a free deodorant or mascara? Great way to save a little money! Check it out! Worth the effort.

This app used to be amazing I've been an influenster for years. I'm a top-tier. Ever since they introduced pro accounts, I have yet to receive a single product offer. I usually get a few a month. I've always done my tasks on time. I now have open campaigns that I can't complete because the products never came and then they penalize me for that. Overall the app has really went downhill. Very disappointed that I've put so much effort into building my profile for nothing.

I believe influenster picks and chooses who they send voxboxes too. According to what they say you have to do I have done all those things! I've been a member for over 1 year, I have a high impact score, I've been reviewing things, etc & I still have not qualified for even 1 box? How is that? What is a little discouraging is that I've stumbled upon at least 8 profiles who have had way less impact scores, reviews & friends as I do yet they have all received boxes! This app is a waste of time!!

I firmly believe in ending on a good note, so I'll point out some issues first: I'm working on getting my account/profile set up. I keep having glitch after glitch; things aren't loading, settings aren't saving, reviews are having a hard time posting. However; I really like the concept of the app and even though I have a tiny following across all platforms, they're seemingly still willing to let me on the app, unlike others that won't even let you sign up if you don't meet follower counts!

Really cool app. I've got some great samples and shared my thoughts on them in app and on social. I like reviewing the things I buy and use. I feel like it gives a little help to the next person looking for something and wanting to be more informed. And, from a purely technical stand point it makes shopping easier because by giving your opinion on what you're purchasing you're telling the brands, advertisers and algorithms which way you want to go and what's working or not at all on point.

Not great. Tryit sampling was a better program. Here, you have to pay for the stuff and then submit it for cash back, which can be rejected if they don't like your review. Plus, a lot of the stuff for review is extremely hard to find as it isn't always out in every store. There is no point in a program where they ask for good reviews, but expect the reviewer to fork out the cash for the item. Plus, the items are mostly food and beauty, and you are never told when new items are available.

Personal data farm with excessively low payout for selling your information. On the platform at tier 7 for many years. Was offered 5 items in return for reviews at multiple places. I only received 2 of them, but the app forced a review anyway. This was in the first 8 months or so. Since then, 0 offers. I've continued to do daily reviews from the task menu and has nothing offered. This is a huge waste of time with a tiny payout. It's not worth the time and effort. Unfortunate.

I love this app! I've gotten many products to test - some full size and some sample size. Some campaigns require you to review on Tik Tok while some only require written reviews and surveys. As some of the reviewers have mentioned, the products do go pretty quickly (so that can be a bummer). Sometimes the app does not update the tracking information, so it's not as helpful and efficient as it could be. But, all in all, it's a great app and I enjoy using it.

Overall I think this app is good not only for getting free(without paying, you do have to review products and take surveys) stuff, but for seeing other people's reviews on products. I personally haven't been using the app long enough to have been sent anything(I don't actually know how to get one) but from what other people are posting, you do eventually get stuff. But fair warning, this app can be extremely slow sometimes.

Since the update I keep getting logged out multiple times per day, which because it's based on a 'claim now' system makes the app extremely frustrating. I also can't connect my Facebook account, I've tried everything. I was getting frequent claims and my reviews were always done on time, included clear, well lit photos & videos and detailed reviews. All of a sudden my claims just stopped and now it's been over a year since I've gotten anything, not even a survey.

App hasn't been working properly for me since December. I wrote a review for an espresso machine that I got but a "Network error" message pops up. I keep getting emails saying that I need to complete the program but I've done everything. The review is posted. There is nowhere to create a ticket for this in the app. It's so frustrating because I've been with Influenster for many years and enjoyed all the different aspects of the company.

This app has gotten worse over time. It has trouble loading and uploading content. Its always saying "Something seems a bit slow", "Oops something went wrong", or just shows the loading logo for an extended time so that I cannot even move within the app. Photo uploads are always poor quality and other uploads are generally pretty slow. Not to mention that the way the camera roll works is completely unorganized and different in different parts of the app. please fix. I love this program.

Very clunky app. Recent updates did not improve it. I can't post any photos. I go through a lengthy upload process, can edit, but then it won't let me move on to the next screen. My only option is to abort the entire post or exit the app entirely. Really annoying when you've tried a product and taken photos for a review/post only to be thwarted. In the past I was able to upload a photo on a lucky day. Maybe it's a traffic issue but instead of an error message the app just appears broken.

Very slow to do anything, and you often have to try multiple times because it often times out. I just got this app and I can't even upload a profile photo. When I chose a photo from my library, it's tilted 90° to the right. I used the edit function to compensate, and even after tilting it 90° to the left, the image it uploaded was still tilted to the right. If it's this difficult to add a profile picture, I don't think I want to bother trying to add product photos.
