It is the worst app I've ever seen for tickets in my life, it doesn't work, all the UX half english, half portugués, noting works as expected. When you buy tickets it makes you create account, that is actually not connected anywhere and if you want to check your tickets, you have to create it once again and only then some data from first created acc being forward to the second acc. It is insane, even school guys on their computer science class would create better app then this piece of chocolate

Worst ticket app I ever seen. You have to suffer even to login, because it fails to send you an sms, email verification code is broken, and you need passport data to create account? Are you serious? That's simply ridiculous.

Very confusing and unstable. I bought tickets from me and my family and I can't add dependents. Language and form fields get mixed between Spain and Brazil. Not a good first experience at all.

would like to be able to access the ticket without the need to download the app. is much easier if the ticket qr-code was sent directly in the email

What a useless full of bugs App!! lame Customer service!! Be careful when you pay through Pix, the code won't work, if you'll need support from the app, they don't resolve the issue!! We as clients of clubs kinda forced to use it so we can access a specific event!!

Poor UX, does not accept all cards, unable to use web in most browsers, forces you and all participants to install the app and validate email and number to get a qr to access the event, I don't mind going to any event that makes use of this system in a future and I will demand them to delete my account as soon as my current event finishes.

Do you like being sent tickets you can't access because the services to send account verification and sms verification emails are completely broken? Then use this app! You will love it! Forget password? It will never send the link! Need to sms verification? Don't worry, that's never coming either! But good luck accessing your tickets 😉😉😉

Only using because the festival I'm attending decided on this platform. The web version enters in an authentication loop where I cannot progress further. Downloading to application to see if it works better, only to see it requires almost 1GB of space. Useless

Unable to download tickets, unable to screen shot, unable to cancel, customer support says I have to talk to the producer of the event but doesn't have the contact info of the producer. Told me to find ir myself through their social media, but I don't even know who the producer is because it doesn't say anywhere!!! This is a total scam!

The platform is super easy to use. I made a small mistake when ordering an extra ticket, but Mayara from the Ingresse team sorted it out right away.

Probably a great app, I couldn't know cause I couldn't create an account, couldn't get my ticket, and the website is also broken, amazing!

This app is a joke. It doesn't allow you to change your phone number and customer support doesn't respond during the weekend. Prepare to lose your money.

amateur app. the ticket transfer process is terrible and really opens up space for fraud. support is inexistent...

this app is so complicated to use everyone I know complains about it. in fact sometimes we have skipped events because it was run by this company.

Excellent app to buy tickets for all sorts of events in Brazil!
