Loved this photo app! So many options to choose from—styles, fonts, themes—you name it! I loved that I could add my own photo and personalize everything just how I wanted. The best part? You can pick from different gift cards and even have them mail it out for you! Super easy and fun to use.

Just ok. The card I ordered was cute, but the only Reason I did it, is because I got a discount through tmobile. I checked out some of the 'customizable' gifts, and the ability to really make adjustments, live, in the app, for the item isn't there. If you are using your own pics, sometimes they are from pro photographers, and need to be adjusted. This app does not support that. When places like zazzle have doing this for over a decade, you would think an app like this would have better Feature.

Nice features with card selections, fonts, signature, and A.I. help with the inscription. Not easy to use from a cellphone, however, for parts. Ex) I wanted to create several different cards in one purchase, but couldn't figure out how to do so. Also, the 'go back' feature is frustrating. Maybe the app would be better on a p.c.

This app suuuucks. It makes you use an email to log in/sign up but it's stuck in a perpetually loading cycle. It refuses to move past that screen, and you can't place an order without an account Update: Lol the website is also a damn joke. I can't even contact them because when click "send message" I get an error message. Such a waste of time 😂

I used the app to send postcards. It was good while it worked. All of a sudden I got an error message (9998) when trying to complete an order for a postcard. I contact Chat for help and I was told that they can't help with declined transactions and that I need to contact my bank institution. I was using a credit card and no message of a decline. I already tried uninstalling and re-installing the app and logging out and logging back in to the account, but didn't work.

The app works well. It was easy to find and personalize a card. The problem comes when you are told your order will be there by a certain time and then drastically changes after the fact. I placed an order and was told it would be delivered 9 days later. Now it says it will be delivered 17 days after the initial order was placed. Gave 2 stars because the app was nice, but you better give them a month to get your card to the recipient on time! Definitely not a satisfied customer!

This app is perfect for connecting with your loved ones via an almost forgotten route. The joy brought to those I have sent cards to is heartwarming... Everyone loves to know they're being thought of, and it's super easy to let them know with this app. Plus, the cost of a premium card is cheaper than a Hallmark card you'd buy in the store. Only one time did my card get misplaced in shipping, and when I emailed support they were very willing to help and made sure to make it right. Plus, the original card showed up as well as the replacement. I'm a very happy customer and I will continue to use Ink Cards!

They do send the cards. Those are post cards, but still nice. They have upgrades for card and envelope. You have the option to also include a gift card from their selections. The personalization is tricky, as is adding contacts, hence 3 stars. Other than that, it's a nice app. I like the signature, for which only one is stored. If you want a different signature, you must delete old one first.

The service is great, but the app is terrible. There is no way to zoom in on the card to check for typos and the some text colors are poorly chosen. It takes three times as long to create when constantly having to take screen shots so I can actually read what I am typing. When double checking the recipients on my guest list, it has light gray words on a white background. 🙄 Phone screens are too tiny to not offer zoom or design your app for readability.

Takes too long for cards to arrive. Not sure where this company is based but I'm betting it's overseas. There's no reason cards should take 2 weeks to arrive. I'll spend my money on US based companies who have orders shipped and arrived in less than half the time. Also, my issue was NOT resolved by the "care team". I simply reached out to complain and to ask where cards ship from and got no clear answer. Don't let their reply to my review fool you. There are better apps for this service.

I love that there are always new cards to select from and I can even cutomize them with photos! Adding a gift card is a breeze and my family and friends love these cards! It also has a contact list where you can add your family and friends address, phone numbers, and birthdays. And the app will notify you about 7-10 days before of a birthday is coming up so you never forget to send them a special card. It allows you to select the contact from the list and autofills the receiptients information.

It's a good app, you can get free shipping and free cards on first order, the prices are really cheap and good quality cards, the only thing is that my card arrived 2 days before it was supposed to come, that's supposed to be a good thing, but i didn't get alerted when it arrived so it turned out that the surprised card got to the person who was going to give it to on a special accession so now the surprised is ruined, but she loved the card.

The app is easy to use and has tons of templates for every occasion, including holidays. The cards, both the regular postcard and the "premium" card, always seem to be well-printed and of good quality. I use it to send weekly "updates" to my grandma about what little adventures I did over the weekend and she loves to receive her cards and shows them off to whoever she can :)

I ordered baby announcement postcards with professional photos uploaded, but when we got the card in the mail the pictures were really blurry! I was very disappointed in the print quality and it made the cards look cheap. They didn't look like that in the print preview. I liked the ease of using the app and the preview of the card looked really great, but the end result was very disappointing.

Lots of creative cards to choose from! On the back, it's easy input whatever you want to say with cool fonts & multiple colors. The entire process took me less than 10 minutes. You can pay through a variety of ways - including PayPal!! Best thing is; they notified me that the purchase went through & kept me updated on the delivery! All $2 and above, depending on what you purchase :) BONUS: free shipping!

Fun app but major glitches. I love the idea, and cards arrive quickly and in good quality, but the app itself has so many bugs on Android. From freezing, to slow load times, to my personal least-favorite: not being able to access the camera roll. I don't know why the photo selection doesn't have the option to pull up all photos, it only lets you choose a small handful in a tiny window! It is so frustrating. Because of this, I'm going to try to find another app to use.

I downloaded this app on the suggestion of Instagram just to see what it was about. I fell in love! The customizable cards are perfect. However, there is an error message that pops up every time I make a purchase. The app tells me "your purchase has been cancelled" every time I buy a card and then immediately afterwards tells me my purchase was completed. It's a bit frustrating and confusing. Please fix.

This app is very slow loading. I assume that the graphics are just too large to be optimal. Also, the printable area of the card is relatively non-existent. Actually couldn't finish my recent card at all. I would prefer to have a folded card and pay extra for the mailing and such so I could add a real note. And on that note, picking the point size of font would be preferable, especially since I use these apps to send cards to elderly relatives who haven't got the best eye sight. Thanks.

Nothing has changed, company is obviously complacent with their market status, in second half of 2020, cannot edit text, everything is standard cookie cutter. Cannot adjust anything but a picture (size, location, hue? - heck no), interested in changing text from "the three of us love pop" NOPE. No exceptions, and a highly limited selection. Cards are cross branded across all categories so it is misleading. Per2018:Great app, finally am writing the cards I was always to lazy to buy stamps for.

Easy, convenient, and cute cards. My only complaint is the a card I ordered to be delivered on a certain day arrived over a week early. Shipping estimate given was 2-5 days, but they shipped it 12 days in advance. When I complained, I was basically told that was within their expected delivery window (it wasn't) and dismissed without any reparation.
