The app is technically not the problem. Though it has crashed twice while trying to have sessions. the real issue I've had every single time during calls is one or usually both of us are unable to hear each other at all. can hear the person asking if I accept the call . but soon as I accept it there is absolutely no way you can decipher. And it cuts you off about 1 to 1 1/2 min in. Has been like that all week on multiple attempts each day. This service is not cheap, these ppl already struggle

And allows you to connect to loved ones, friends, and ex partners that you might share a child with via phone calls, text messages, Video visitations, emails for sending pictures, and add money on their books. But at the end of the day, this app's number one goal is to make as much money as it possibly can from you. oh, and let's not forget any time you add money to someone's account using the app, it makes sure to charge you a hefty fee starting @ $7 and change. Fee goes up more money you add

NEVER rings whenever the inmate calls! Only time it rings is when once in a great mood, the call will come through the phone. 99% of the time the call is through the app the just pops up at the top of the screen, silent! Very frustrating when you pay for calls that your always missing. I shouldn't have to watch my phone like a movie to accept a call I paid for.

I've been using inmate sales through the web browser and I was paying almost $5 for a 15 minute phone call. I just started using the app and it's 2.50 a phone call so I'm happy about that. Video visits are suppose to be cheaper as well but I'm still waiting for the facility to approve me so I haven't had any experience with video visits or emails. It may be cheaper for others to get a phone card through the facility (depending on the facility) but the app is more convenient.

It could really use a recent calls log.... All it shows is your recent transactions. But there is no where I can see the exact individual calls and the duration of the call etc Also the app calls don't show up on my phone log, which I don't like. And the app cuts off by it's self. And I was in a call when I got a call from the app and both calls were playing at the same time.... So that could be work worked on.

Inmate Sales is HORRIBLE!!! This forces the calls to go through mobile data vs over your regular phone & the call quality is terrible. There isn't a call log to see missed calls, previous calls ect. if your on the regular phone and an inmate call comes through if you don't answer it right away the pop-up disappears so you can't answer it. Its constantly saying not enough funds for the call when the balance is $50+ customer service is non-existent. This app is garbage!!

The pricing structure is at the state's maximum allowable limit, and the associated fees are also exceptionally high. I believe they are the second highest, closely trailing Cidnet. However, these elevated prices and substantial fees alone were not the sole motivators for this negative review. The primary reason for initiating this review is the consistently poor call quality, which is compromised approximately 80% of the time, despite the premium pricing and exorbitant fees.

Pretty good app. You have quite a few options on how to spend your money. Message delivery is kind of sporadic. Sometimes, messages don't go thru. Other times, it might send it 10 times, costing you for each time. Rates are respectable, and refunds are available. OH, and the customer service lady was very helpful and patient with me. She had a pretty voice, and I could have talked to her all day. Useful app to stay connected with your people.

So for the first month I had no issues. Fees are way to high but that was expected. Now though I can't send pictures with emails. I click on a picture and it takes me back to the log in screen. This just started happening. Now I use the website to send attachments but I downloaded the app for convenience and the main thing I use it for it won't do for me anymore. I am happy that my calls come through reliably.

Worst experience with inmate interactions I've ever had. I've only had this app for 24 hours and I've already deleted it. My calls will ring through, but when i answer them, i hear nothing and then the call gets disconnected after 30 seconds. I literally spent money paying for something I'm not able to even utilize. Its frustrating enough, i deleted the app all together.

I just downloaded this app and trying to create an account. But it's telling me my number is being recognized and to use the account pin in order to create an account. I do not have an account pin I've never had this app before in my life so it's not letting me go any further than very frustrating. Can you please inform me on what to do next I have tried calling the customer service number and it just stay silent it doesn't even ring almost like it is a non-existing number.

I switched phones and phone number because my previous phone had broken. and it was just a hassle setting everything back up and just to add one dollar to a negative account of 13 cents to my video visitation costs 1 dollar plus like 5 dollars making a total somewhere around 6 dollars plus. Things are not at all easier with costs and charges like that I mean how could inmate sales allow me to even go over any cents at all without knowing I would be charged that way. It's robbery if you ask

I downloaded the app, because this is the second time in a week I've made a purchase through inmate sales that there was an issue with. Their minutes start counting the moment you answer the phone too, so in three calls youll have used 5 minutes just listening to the automated messaging system. This whole website and app is a ludicrous scam to get money out of people in already bad positions. I hope an admin sees this and responds. I might change the rating if I get a good answer for this bs.

Just downloaded and it literally won't even work. As soon as I click on the app I get the InmateSales words and logo for second and then it goes to a screen telling me, "This app needs internet to function please check your connection and refresh." I tried at least 5× EACH on perfect 5G service and then perfect home Wi-Fi. Closed it out and reopened several times, no other apps running, literally no reason it shouldn't be working. Samsung Galaxy A71 5G.

It's okay, but it does not ring when my Inmate calls and I always miss the calls. I have the recieve calls on this device checked or enabled on. Why am I missing the calls ? How can I make sure it rings and I can hear it. All notifications are on for this app also. I dont understand. Please help me fix this!... Anyone?

Frustrating and disappointing! I buy chrp and no one can give me a number for it. Not the facility or the site. And I can't set up a visit cause when I try to take a picture it kicks me out. Like its not hard enough dealing with this situation as it is. Have to get the run around for everything I do on here too.

Every time I load a picture, for any reason, the app closes and the email I'm typing or whatever I was doing is lost. You'd think an app based around money wouldn't have that kind of flaw, yet, it does. && my one and only call on the app dropped when I had another incoming call. Like forreal?

It has done it's job. Although to no fault of the app. Having to help someone who is in a predicament where you would need such a service. Is unfortunate itself. But It's definitely one of the better, cheaper and easier ones to setup and use. And makes the whole process for your friend or loved one a little more bearable. So for that I thank there's guys.

The app won't install. When I get customer service assistance, the call seems to only last for 10 minutes-- never 15 minutes as they say. They charge you 20 cents per minute PLUS tax. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!! You pay more money for less calling time usage. SMH

I love the app is very easy to use and convenient when you have a loved one you get a surprise notice has been incarcerated and they have no access to a phone card or you don't have a full $10 for a phone card at the facility..the only thing I don't like is there is no way to go back into and look up the call log/history
