After one of the latest app updates the day of the week each shift falls on is no longer shown. This necessitates using a calendar which I don't always have quick access to. Please start including the day of the week along with the shift date again. Also having to reset your sort by preference each time you open the app has become annoying. It used to save this preference along with other filters.
Very easy app to use. They send you MULTIPLE reminders of shifts coming up so you will NEVER forget. Just wish the companies didn't cancel your shifts as much as they do. When that happens Intely has always attempted to find me a similar distant facility with similar pay. That's part of the game when you're agency though. Anytime I've contacted Intely they've always gotten back to me within 24 hours. I really enjoy working for them😁
It is a great app. It gives you a very detailed information on what you want either your shift, the lactation of the facility to work, the time, the floor, how to check in and out,the amount to be paid and when to be paid. It also tells you which facility canceled shifts the most and the one that doesn't so that makes the workers able to pick more shifts where they can work without being canceled. Indeed it's a great app
Can't move forward in the app after uploading documents. No accessible way to contact. They say reviewing "and if a good fit" they'll contact in 1-2 business days. It's been weeks and since I've been using other apps to work, hard to imagine that I wouldn't be a good fit, but again, no way to contact. Guess the industry isn't as hard-pressed for healthcare workers as everyone says. 🤣🙄
The search bar does not work at all. The miles from your location is not accurate. The texts they send updating you of new facility additions aren't actually there. I'll log in within 1 minute and it's not there. Ever. Also, You could live in the same vicinity as another Intely worker and the available shifts will be different for some odd reason. My friend sees open shifts that I can't see and vice versa.
I have been a cna for over 7 years and worked with many registry companies but have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism I have during the on boarding process with this company. The call system is set up so that when you choose an option the computer ignores your input and repeats the same menu until you either give up or it chooses to hang up on you. On average it takes about 4 tries to reach anyone and when a representative is reached they are VERY rude and often hang up on you😕.
Takes long to enter dates especially old dates, eg 1979. You have to keep on scrolling backwards. Options for pictures too. if you don't have a picturesque appearance, the app doesn't give you options to use a nicer one you might have, once in your lifetime. At least you have the option to review or keep taking new ones. update. I am still trying to find the tab where I can upload a new picture!
My application has been in review despite submitting required documents via email. It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Based on the recent reviews, this company has degressed. Fortunately, I don't need this company to make a living but why waste people's time? Are they trolling? Definitely choose other agencies!
I've worked for intelycare for almost 3 years now, and I can honestly say they are the easiest nursing agency I've worked for. my paychecks are never messed up or late. You also have the option to get daily pay if wanted. I pick up shifts when I want to, and I never have to do anything extra that I don't want to. The support team is available for you 24/7. I love working for intelycare.
GARBAGE AGENCY. Not a good agency anymore, and the app sucks & constantly updating, at least twice a week. Their investigations are taking the facilities side over their workers. Was with them 6 years & they wrongfully terminated me. No respect, no dignity, no advocation. Blocked, unsubscribed, cancelled, reported, restricted, denied.
I'm not sure what's going on with this app. When I was signing up there was so many available shifts in my area with good pay and all. After signing up there's nothing. I even called customer service and they said it was weird but there's currently no shifts in my area. I've even widened the radius to 100mi. and still nothing. I really don't want to find out I went through this whole process for nothing smh! I came to this app because others have been scarce also but not nearly this bad😬
Its ok. I like being able ro pick up here if my regular agency shifts are cancelled. There are sime things thwt need fixed. I frequently cant get signed in on time because i spend 15-20 minutes at the facility trying to find someone willing to sign me in. The forced updates are really inconvenient when you get them at the beginning or end of a shift when trying to clock in/out. Overall the app based system has some glitches and there needs to be an alternative to using the app for everything.

Was previously signed up for this app and upon trying to get my account reactivated im finding its more trouble than its worth. They have no time frame of when they will review my submited documents so while i am qualified to work i can't use this app. im considering deleting it altogether if my account isn't resolved in the near furture. Id also like to note my account was deactivated due to inactivity not because i did something wrong. I would not reccomend this app to anyone currently
Great. Then I got a book me request with a bonus. I accepted it. Facility called intelycare to request me again. Whoever they talked to did not send a book me request, instead they just added the shift to my accepted shifts list. So I did not get the book me bonus and my choice to accept or deny the shift was taken away. Contacted support by email, was told deny the request if I am not happy happy the rate of pay. Told them that was the point I was not given option to deny and lost the bonus.
I've been working for them since the start of the pandemic when I quit my staffed job. It was the best decision I ever made! I recommend staying on time and not canceling too often because the pay makes a difference in the levels. Once I got the hang of it, it's been the best money I've made since switching to Healthcare. I live in Chicago and the shifts are pretty consistent as long as I travel at least 25 mi
Anything that mistakenly happens through the app intely administration can not fix period so, you may get punished for something administration can usually fix right away in their offices, With that being said it can be very much so a inconvenience$$$. No call no show automatic termination with no possibility of rehiring Other then that it's a really cool agency.
Adding work for clinical offices and home care is definitely a good thing to do. I'm a certified medical assistant as well as I hold an associate degree in medical billing and coding, and have plenty of experience in working with special needs children and adults yet your company/app doesn't recognize people like me which is frustrating to me. I'm certified to take vitals, give injections and medications, care for bedbound patients and more yet I'm not able to get any work prospect with you all

Ive had the app for about a year and nothing shows up for jobs available. I constantly change the filter settings and still nothing. I contacted an I.T person and they just said I needed to adjust my filter settings which I have to the MAX distance. I don't understand but I kinda gave up on trying to book a job on it.
I would like to rate this app a 3.5. I love working for Intelycare. I felt the need to rate this app today. I have been with this company for a few years. The app constantly needs updating. The app doesn't save filters of specific facilities. The updates should help the employee instead of always having to select facilities everytime you login. Can you please add a save. I don't like seeing facilities that I have no interest in working.
