New account, finding it near impossible to add my bank account to actually get money into (and more importantly out of) my main account to buy funds. It really shouldn't be this hard, it's all a cluttered mess. The add button is missing on the website I tried the app, it can't do it and simply takes you back to the website with the missing add button, not a great start, your competitor prosper's website and app are a dream by comparison. Funds added and working for me within minutes.

First time I rate an app. I can't buy the fund I want to buy, I press "Trade" and it just sits there thinking... Yesterday it took me 3 attempts to add cash from my debit card, was saying "need full identification" until I ticked "save my card" and then, magic, my identification was suddenly enough!! A month ago, struggled to add cash, ended up adding 2x what I wanted to add, because the first time did work after all. Infuriating!

Great..a few tweaks and it would be awesome. Would love to be able to set price alerts from the app. More stock info when you expand a ticket like you can with Hargreaves Lansdowne or you see if you look at it via a browser Really really would love to see 1 Week price graphs. Currently you get 1 day, 1 month, 3 month, etc. you can on a browser. why can't you in the app?

Whilst in the UK it works fine, but when abroad it is not possible to receive the verification code by mobile. Very inconvenient, it is impossible to contact any customer service, the website is unhelpful

generally poor app. cannot do screenshot despite no permission restriction on camera. Certain items got to be 'transferred ' back to a main web site which keeps saying password not accepted. the worst of all, only 1 day or 1 month chart, no 1 week charts. then fees for each fund cant be seen until you pretend to trade... learn from HL which is much more user friendly !

Very difficult or impossible to update basic account details such as phone number. Had as much effort been put into allowing easy navigation as has been put into selling updates and getting new accounts the app would be fantastic, sadly it is not. security is very important but there comes a point when the security is so cumbersome that it is time to use a different company.

They constantly change fees and charges structures which you can't keep on top of. With an ISA you want some consistency, you dont want to be having to keep assessing if its a reasonable deal and whether you should change and move to another provider. very annoying and frustrating esp for a Stocks & Shares ISA which needs a long term outlook... I would not recommend for what I use it for.

It keeps looping on trying to log in. I give up after 3 cycles and log in using a browser to be told how much better the app is. The app is updated and sometimes I get in on first attempt...not often.

Brilliant service from ii, all of the staff are so helpful and the platform is incredibly easy to use. Plus the fees are very competitive

I really love using this app. I've introduced it to so many friends and family members, and I've shown them how to create their own portfolios of wealth. I wish something like this was available when my daughter was a baby so that I could have saved up for her many years ago. but thankfully I'm able to do that for my grandchildren. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to take control of their own financial destination. and even more so for those planning for the future of their kids.

Can't even log in. Reset password link doesn't work as I receive no emails. I use a password manager so I know it's correct. I had to call customer services to reset it 27th Oct and they did, but I was on hold for 40 minutes trying to get to them. I have no idea why both app and browser cannot authenticate me, or why my reset emails never arrive. Seriously considering switching to another provider. Absolute joke.

The service provided by II is good. The app is useful when it works. However, when the login expires (about every month) the app goes into a death spiral where it refuses to accept a login. Its support team have responded to my report with advice including "...Clear the cache and cookies in Chrome to ensure there are no residual issues interfering with the login process...Uninstall and Reinstall the App...". It's a real pain that I have to delete passwords etc for other sites so I can use II

good app when it works, but seems to be a bug that stops it opening on the mobile a lot of the time, which renders it useless

trying to log in and it sends me to the website sending me in stupid circles without asking for the OTP - 5 months later this is still an issue. and the excuse for using an old android version is rubbish as I am currently on version 16.

Hasn't worked for a few weeks on my Pixel 9. App won't load at all. Have reinstalled with no success. Have reported it to ii. TBH, even when the app did work it was pretty basic when compared to other investment platforms. ii really need to up their game on this front.

they won't give me back the money in my account. I have contacted them but their instructions don't work and now they say the money isn't in there. the customer support is just a copy and paste of the FAQ. they don't help at all.

Great app but lack of total profit/loss in ISA isn't good. Also constant Saturday maintenance is annoying. Why can't it be done overnight instead? Also needs dark mode.

You really need to fix the logon for the app. There's absolutely no excuse, in 2025, almost 2026 to be having these types of user experience issues. Why am I being told time & time again that my log on is unsuccessful & that I should close the window & log in again from the app, when I'm already using the bl**dy app? Get it sorted.

Good when it works, borderline useless when it doesn't. Adding the cash by the bank transfer they recommend is slow and fiddly, while the log-in often doesn't work for various reasons. The actual ability to trade is pretty easy, but at times I'm regretting choosing this as my vehicle for it.

Got all the customers in on the £5.99 flat fees, then months later jacked them to £15.99. Money grabbing c**ts...
