I like this app. I always had a stigmatism around fasting, but when my new medication was making me gain weight from overeating I decided I should do something. It introduces the practice logically. There is no calorie counting or food restriction on the app, which is one thing I really like. All it has you do is fast at your own pace, drink water, advise sleep, get steps in and track weight to help meet your goal. One star down because they're a little pushy with subscription.

This app would be awesome if you could just do a free version. But they make you do one week free trial by signing into your PayPal for payment, because obviously, people will forget they have to pay $40/month for the service. I uninstalled immediately before I could catch myself signing up. I've been burned too many times by other apps with a similar tactic. These sorts of apps make it extremely difficult to quit,, and no refunds are ever actually given. Look elsewhere, guys.

You're paying for a glorified alarm clock with this app. All of the knowledge, though conveniently packaged in the app, can be googled/researched for free, so your money goes to the reminders, it seems. If you want to pay daily for an alarm clock, by all means have at it. I'll stick to the one built into my phone that I've already paid for.....
