It costs yes, but honestly all I have is gratitude. The price I am charged is really low for the benefit i recieve and the quality of the calls. I would have been so lost without it. my only negative comment is that if I open certain apps like my bank, it instantly disconnects the call. The negative thought is absorbable for the overall package. That being said, if that could be fixed then I'd find it perfect.

"International calls" offers affordable rates to Africa, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, saving me a lot compared to my mobile operator. The call quality is excellent with clear sound and no interruptions, even on weak internet. The app is user-friendly, easy to top up, and allows calls over Wi-Fi for maximum convenience. Highly recommended!

It works fine for international use, but there are two things that really annoy me. First, when buying credit in Canada, it always defaults to U.S. currency. Switching to Canadian dollars makes it way more expensive ..for example, if I buy $10 worth, I end up paying around $14 CAD instead of just $10. Second, once the app credit runs out, it automatically starts using my mobile carrier plan (like Fido or Rogers), and last time that left me with a $70 long‑distance bill. because of the app.

The application has the lowest service fees compared to other apps providing the same service. I would like to take a moment to thank the support team who responded promptly and patiently. They were so helpful with resolving my issues using the app. Good luck

This app is brilliant! my mobile network has been down for 2 days and counting, so this app has been a lifesaver so far for emergency medical situations.. and they even gave me some free credit to start with. You do need a WiFi or data connection though. I suggest you try this and recommend it to others because someone might one day find themselves in an emergency. You can also use a public Internet access point if you don't have any other means.

Very useful app! I live abroad and my family is in a rural area with no internet. This app allows me to call them directly at a very low cost. It’s easy to use, reliable and the support team responds quickly. Highly recommended!

It appears that the app used my mobile SIM instead of Wi‑Fi, which caused Fido to charge me long‑distance fees for a call I made through the Efon app. I contacted Fido, and they told me the calls were treated as regular mobile calls.

This is my first time trying this app, and everything went well until " review the app" interrupted my call two times in the middle of conversation. You have to be aware that this obstacle that breaks connection is irritating, and can actually do opposite of giving you high reviews. So please fix it and let me freely give you my best after I'm done talking to someone without any interruption.

I previously had a good experience with this international calling app, but it has stopped working for me recently. I’ve emailed customer support twice, but I haven’t received any feedback or a refund for my remaining balance. I am very disappointed with the lack of support.

The best on the market, worth every penny, using for years now. A tip for users, if the call has a delay, it's because of WiFi, use it through mobile data, nearly 0 delay.

It was just fine for a couple of calls but as soon as I added money, all the calls were faulty and went on and off. Good idea for an app but if they can fix handle calls they should rebite and re do the app. Aí am.asji g for my money back

My balance disappeared after reinstallation. I emailed them, and they said they didn't find any balance associated with that mobile number. My recent call history appeared after reinstallation, but my balance which was more than £3 disappeared.

The app was fine but recently I get a few problems When I try to call to Yemen it switched to another country to random people. It happened to me multiple times. I lose money because of this thing. The number was correct I have called multiple times was fine then it start happened recently.

Still I can't make any calls when my Bluetooth is on. I put my Bluetooth always on because I am using a smartwatch. But when I try using this app with Bluetooth on it doesn't work. The only thing I can do is to switch off the Bluetooth and make call which works fine.

good. but I miss one setting option to maintain the screen ON. when the screen goes off, I loose my microfone.

Great app. Cheap call rates, works with landlines and mobiles, good call quality, and easy to use. Saved me a lot of money calling a parent from North America on a recent trip.

When you are waiting in busy call centre line and suddenly the apps cut the line due to network but I have full speed Internet connection and mobile network. Still for some reason app shows no network bar and drops the call. Very disappointing

Fair fee and good connection.I love it ,I have been using it for around a year.I tried another apps but there is nothing that can compare to this app.It would be better if you can add gift to someone who shares to friends as motivation

The app is the best app to make international calls and low rate to Nigeria, very clear when talking with it and they do what they say. I have used the free credit the gave and about to recharge it .I love it
