Their customer service is nonexistent. Their AI will create a ticket, but that is where it ends - no response, no follow-up, no human to talk to, email with or chat with. There is no customer service phone number either. The app is good, but once you sign up, you will be constantly pushed to upgrade to Pro Plus, which is annoying.
Best app I've found for my limited purposes. I use the free version to track indices and a few stocks as well as to check the occasional news story. Most important part for me is the widget that lets me monitor a list of symbols on my home screen without having to fire up the app. (Though occasionally the widget doesn't seem to want to refresh without a nudge.) The level of advertising is perfectly acceptable to keep the product free, though as some others have noted, there seem to be more scammy/junk ads appearing these days. That probably has more to do with their ad network provider than with the app. The articles are sometimes interesting and useful--just avoid the comment streams, which are populated by nothing but trolls and zealots both left and right--nothing useful there. Would be great if the company offered a lower-price paid version that removed ads and didn't offer as many of the advanced features. For my purposes, $60/year is too steep, but I'd definitely pay $20.
I had a full year paid subscription. Then along came the upgrade, which I had to consent to to continue using. That logged me out. When I logged back in I suddenly was back using the Ad version. I appealed to customer service for help. No help. So to get rid of the ads AGAIN I had to purchase ANOTHER full year subscription - only this time prices had gone from $19.99 a year to $65 a year. So I was force upgraded. This is how these guys do business folks. BEWARE. Watchlist can't be edited either.
It's a great app, but don't bother paying extra for the ad-free subscription. It was great at first, but then every month the ads would reappear and I'd have to contact the developer to fix it. Then this month, they never responded to 3 attempts to get their help. I've cancelled my subscription to the pay version, but the free version is still ok if you don't mind annoying ads everywhere.
Did not like this app much. I uninstalled it after 2 days. The website shows everything much better than the app. Just use the website. The prices seemed to be lagging and not updating when the app is open in the background. I didn't know if I was looking at the live price. I couldn't easily follow links left in the comments because I couldn't copy it or click it. The UI felt cluttered with ads and menus. The chart makes you rotate the phone and it doesn't save the customizations.
The app is mostly just like the desktop displaying news and charts nicely. It has a lot of ads if you don't purchase the ad-free version on the desktop. It will confuse some users, where if you buy the ad-free on desktop online, you will get ad-free on all platforms. But if you buy on the app, you will only get ad-free for mobile. Good thing I didn't make that mistake. But it's a bad set up and user will be penalized if app users not careful.
While I don't use this app to actually trade, I love it for tracking my stocks. I can add buy/sell positions and it will give me daily changes , as well as, gains/losses since open. Took a star off because the app doesn't account for stock splits or merges. Any time this happens I have to manually calculate the new values and input a false buy/sell position to accurately reflect any gains/losses since open.
Just pay for the ad free version! It is ridiculously affordable, and it is so much faster when you go ad free. The amount of analysis/articles is really good, you get breaking news, alerts etc. I don't use this to trade directly on but I don't really get the idea that's what it's for. It supports trading decisions and getting overall market sentiment. Service is remarkable good and fast/friendly. Trade on an actual platform use this for info. I'm impressed enough with the ad free to go Pro.
I love the app, but navigation needs a bit more thought. For example, I know there are easier ways to check stock prices, but I often times manually enter the ticker symbol - and often times I go several tickers deep. The problem is that I cannot navigate back to the homepage without hitting the back button repeatedly. Needs to be a direct route to homepage at all places within app.
The only widget I have that can do realtime LSE plus has commodities. The news is good too. The fullscreen ad every time you want to open a stock from the widget is a bit much. Just have an ad at the bottom or top of the app like everyone else does. The main drawback is you can only add 1 widget with max 8 symbols. If you add a second widget they both display the same watchlist. If you change the watchlist in one, it changes in the other too. Would also be nice if they had a 1x1 or 1x2 widget to allow a single stock to be shown on your home screen without taking up too much space. Widget is a bit slow to refresh but not too bad. I think with some improvements to the widget functionality this could be my one and only app, but right now I have to use 2 to be able to have 2 watchlists.
Love the app and widget overall. However, it would be nice to be able to include more than 8 holdings on the widget. Either allow a scrollbar to view more, or be able to have multiple widgets on different screens with different portfolios (currently you can have more but only one portfolio will show across all of them). Also I have trouble finding articles in the app that I've been notified of once they've cleared on my notifications bar. Would be helpful to have a section for these in the app.
I use this App daily because it provides major market Indexes numbers in simple way. Also, I read the effecting main Market news every 30 minutes. I find researching about a specific company is also very easy and data presented is also valuable to make decisions. Maintaining your personal Watchlist is very helpful. I had found Earnings dates are sometimes off (so, I always confirm it with other sources). The App membership cost is reasonable for mobile and desktop versions.
Works pretty well. I wish there wasn't a watchlist size limitation, and I had to turn notifications off because I found the editorialized comments on price movement to be annoying. "Up" or "down" is a sufficient descriptor. I don't need "rocketing," "pumping," "tanking," or "plummeting." I don't know what the trigger points are for those adjectives, but crypto hits them every day.
I had been using pro subscription, but had limited access to it AI features, so I went from pro plus. the moment I subscribed for Pro plus ,my subscription converted into basic free version, my money also got deducted, It has been 2 days since then and I am still waiting for my benefit of pro plus.
New to the app and bought the premium variant, was surprised that the daily chart only draws 5min intervals. Would be nice to get an option for smaller intervals like any other app provides. Also when opening the app, I would like to directly land at my watchlists, not "markets" and there less so on "popular". Weirdly, it still wants me to upgrade to Pro despite me having it and access to its features. Otherwise it seems good so far!
Refuse service simply by display "no internet". My phone, if truly no internet, how can I write comment in google store? All other app works well. Thanks for the reply. In the afternoon it works fine。in later evening and midnight, it again. Another phone with sim card has no problem. But I cannot pinpoint it on my eero router. One device, sometime works sometime not. I could not conclude it is nothing to do with app.
It's ok. Does most things you'd want as a hobbyist investor, if you're prepared to ffaff around to find it. But overall the impression I'm left with is that the app (and e-mail messaging around it) is more interested in trying to sell you the next tier up, rather than letting you get on with using what you've already paid for. Big no-no for me. Also, there are bugs: => Push notifications don't take you to the news you expected it to => WarrenAI freezes, and anyway I prefer my own AI
Even though I have the latest version 6.6.2, I still face some problems like I can not make changes in my watchlist like moving stocks from watch list to another or change the stock place in the same watchlist, when I delete one stock, it appear again after a while, Another problem sometimes there are delay in updating the price and sometimes the screen frozen from time to time. But in general the app is good. Update: after fixing the problems, the App deserve 5 stars

they renewed my subscription without my permission and even worse they went all out and charged me for the most expensive option. I will be disputing this with my credit card . I rarely used this app as it really doesn't help me with my investments and wasn't what I expected.
Poor customer experience. Paid for the pro subscription, and it will not register in my account. Support is non-existent, no one to call and automated emails from AI chatbot go unanswered. Paid for a service I don't have access to. Seems like a scam at this point. Update: I've contacted via automated system, multiple times no proper feedback provided.
