NOT FREE!! You use the word "free" no less than 15 TIMES! in the description of this app. Apparently, that's only if you don't have more than 5 items to put on an invoice. Why not be honest & let people know the limitations before they waste their time downloading it?! I realize that you worked hard to make the app & you're entitled to make money from it. I JUST EXPECT YOU TO BE HONEST UP FRONT, AND YOU'RE NOT. Because of that, your app was immediately deleted. YOU DECEIVE, I DELETE.

They don't seem to have tech support when you have issues, sent an email two weeks ago and no response. Other app I use if I have Internet they have tech support withing 1 minute of you sending a request.... They won't let me use the app on 2 or more of my devices. The only thing I like is that you can add a discount for each item if you want to.

This app does not work on all devices, as stated. I have tried several times to add this to my laptop, because the invoices refuse to send, too often, from my phone. This type of activity creates business appearance failures, in the eyes of the customer. It makes us look incompetent as a unit and as a business, as a whole. The worst part is this, I have lost out on receiving payments on time, due to the constant eras created by this app. I shouldn't have to deal with this. I pay money for it

the app stopped working just 1 week after i purchased the one year vip version. Despite providing the necessary details, the invoice remains blank. I've dispatched a couple of emails to the customer support team without any reply, and I'm at a loss on how to request a refund. Given my daily requirement for the app, I'm compelled to seek an alternative invoicing service as this one is completely inoperable. I'm disappointed! Waste of money 😕

Well I thought they might let you use their service to create an estimate but they charge you right off the bat. No free service here but they have one of the easiest invoice and estimate makers available from start to finish and it's really a reasonable price for what they give you. I'd give it 5 stars but I don't agree with the permissions required to use the app. Read the unchangeable ones on the second page click on the 3dots top right corner. You can't deny them. I need a "Fix Tax" option in the app. Currently, the system calculates tax on the discounted price (Net Price), but for my business, tax must be applied to the Original Retail Price (Gross Amount). Example: Retail Price: 1000 Discount: 200 Current Tax: Calculated on 800 (Incorrect for me) Required Tax: Should be calculated on 1000 (Original Price) Please add a "Fix Tax" feature similar to the "Fix Discount" option to ensure accurate billing

Unexpected Charges and Poor Transparency I’m very disappointed with this app. After installing it, I noticed unexpected charges on my credit card that I never authorized. There was no clear explanation, no warning, and no easy way to contact support for help. To make matters worse, the app doesn’t provide a straightforward way to unsubscribe

Crafty. Thought the app was good initially, but then 4 downloads later, it won't let me download any more invoices unless I pay them for it. Corruption, greed, and capitalism at its worst as usual. Could just offer unlimited downloads for free, but have a pop up advert each time you download an invoice, then you'd get money, but not from a sole trader, who doesn't make a tonne of money. Some of us just want to be able to invoice customers and not have to pay to do so.

hi... the app is a great app.. however, I am having problems syncing my data to a new phone. support has contacted me once, but the advice did not work. I need further assistance, and now no one responds to my emails. please contact me urgently, I have tried to reach you via Facebook and numerous times via email.

I'm a VIP subscriber and yet I'm unable to use on a new device. I can't stick to one phone forever because of this app. There should be a way to allow subscribers login on a different device if current one is lost or changed. Too bad.

Frustrating, the syncing part not working right. I'm not getting the older phone to sync the for the last year all the invoices. The clients synced but the invoices are stuck on 23

Dont get me wrong a love this app. And also has lifetime description- but not able to transfer cloents data or old invoicese to new phone.. Loaded the app on new phone and app knew instantly that iam vip, but no data available.

Actually the app is fantastic. but I would recommend to add Gst amount and Sub Total seperately in the dashboard instead of Total Paid. that will help us to easily identify how much GST we have to pay.

Very nice app and easy to use, but the monthly subscription button takes you back to a yearly subscription no matter how many times I have tried. please look into this and revert. thank you.

Excellent Invoice App,simple to use and it's effective. No hassels,no unwanted ads.

Easy to use however, some days it works well, next day vital information get missing from the invoice or the invoice divides into 2 pages. it's pretty frustrating.

In the About section of the app, it is clearly stated that this app is completely free, but in reality, this is not true. The app contains excessive ads and pop-ups, and every 5 to 10 seconds it redirects me to the purchase screen and asks me to buy a plan. If the app is truly free, why is there constant pressure to make a purchase? Ads are understandable, but this many pop-ups and repeated purchase prompts seriously ruin the user experience.
