Terrible experience booking in first place. No option to add additional driver, assured by support that as soon as the car was collected I'd be able to add additional driver. If I had issues they'd sort immediately (support were answering within minutes before I'd handed over cash for the contract) I had issues with the spec of the car supplied compared to paid for, reported immediately... No reply 3 days now. App does not allow a drivers date of birth before 1 Jan 1970. Useless!! Be aware!!
There's a lot to say about this service and none of it is good. I'll keep it short, since I WILL run out of space to type. The service requests are insanely difficult to complete. They never contacted me for ANY services and I had to get them done on my own. They charge your card without authorization and you can't take your card out of their system until you close the rental agreement. Less than 1 star. AVOID.
Terrible experience when trying to return a car. no information. no reply to my message in the app and didn't pick up my calls. Received a message that someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours after the scheduled return date. Who is expected to pay for the other days and also I'm leaving the country, who was to wait around ?!?! I've updated star to 4 due to the fact that it was sorted in the end. but still it was a hustle, hence not deleting the actual scenario.
I have noticed that, without any notice payment will be deducted from the Card even if paid the fine from our end. again they will deduct the amount. so now I have to pay multiple times payments. I never had such kind of experience with any Rental Team.
I made two bookings, and the amounts were deducted, but both were cancelled without any explanation. The refunds have not been processed yet. In addition, the customer service experience was very disappointing—I was kept on the phone for 32 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected without resolving my issue.
The booking experience with the app was smooth. They don't separately charge for delivery of vehicles which is great and unique. The vehicle option is also huge and covers all customer categories. thank you
Make sure to take pictures of fuel gauge. They handed the car to me with level 6 out of 8. I made sure to return the car with full tank. I checked with the guy who got the car and he said all is OK. Later I goy charged with an amount approx AED 30 with the reason being thatvI returned the car with fuel level 6 out of 7. The only proof I had was the payment at petrol station but stupid me I didn't take a picture of the fuel gauge. Pretty sure they do this on purpose, so be careful
i had the car for 6 months, everytime they will deduct Salik charges more than the actuql amount. Also upon tge return they charge you 10 times extra for any damage even for a small scratch. At first the experience was good till all the charges will be applied. Avoid taking car rental from them, instead book directly from car rental company, as they will add service charge from car rental company and additional Invygo. highly not recommended.
I booked a car, they took the money but did not deliver the car in the required time. This is the second time it happened. I suggest they actively update the customer if there is any change or delay in booking. very unprofessional.
Very bad experience with this car rental app. I rented a car from them for two months. During the second month, I increased the number of kilometers and paid the extra amount in advance. Later, they sent me a message saying I still had extra kilometers and needed to pay again, which doesn't make sense. Also, they deduct rental fees and traffic fines with extra hidden charges without explaining or breaking down the costs. No transparency at all. Not recommended, Be careful if you use this app
I rent Invygo seeking a rental rate difference and I wish I didn't. First: Poor support. Chat doesn't work on iPhone. Phone calls only work from 10-5pm. Emails response after 24hrs. Second: Auto renewal and deduction from your credit card, even if your intention is to return the car. It should NEVER be automatic Third: Bad documentation that is focused on the UAE market. So no relevant help for KSA Fourth: The application doesn't make it clear what trap you put yourself in. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
Very bad experience with Invygo. Promotions are misleading and customer service is extremely poor. Money was deducted before booking confirmation, then the booking was cancelled without informing me. I was waiting for the car and missed an important job interview. Refund takes 7–14 days, which is a big problem as I am unemployed. Very disappointing service.

The worst experience I had was booking a car that was supposed to arrive at three o'clock and did not arrive until nine o'clock, and in the end the reservation was canceled without my knowledge

If you get a fine, they will take money directly from your bank account without asking you for and they will add very high fees on top, calling them "admin fees" just to pay for that instead of asking you prior to do it yourself. so at the end the fee end up being 30% more expensive that what it was.
It's very poor service not respecting the customer time the more important things to dealing with cheap rent cars company (legend) even the company not honest in there words

Terrible experience. Attempted to rent a car and received an email that it was not approved. Contacted support and was told it was because I had to change the City within the App which was fair enough even though I received no errors while making the booking through the app. Changed city and made another booking only to get rejected again, reached out to support and this time they said oh it's because you have to change the car and select another one.
I did monthly rental for a 2023 Changan Alsvin with 7000km on it. It was advertised to have Bluetooth, CD player and Mp3 player and much more. What I received after they waited too long to deliver was an older vehicle that was dirty and smelly on the inside with no features that was advertised. With over 50000km on the odometer. This is the worst advertising I've ever seen for that ridiculous price. I was willing to pay that price for a clean vehicle but that was atrocious. Will update if fixed.
